It’s not just food bank either, they all apply for welfare and immediately get assistance even though it takes months to get as a natural born citizen, and that’s even if you get it. I was shocked to find out the federal government was paying indians to move out of Ontario and BC into Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba because the coastal cities infrastructure was about to implode in certain areas. So they they told these people to move inland, and if they do and stay there for 18-24 months, they get $3300 dollars a month every month for that duration. My disability cheque, that I paid into for 40 years of hard work, comes out to 950 dollars a month. This is absurd. These people get literally everything handed to them, and STILL abuse the programs meant for those who are struggling. I have never in my life met such an arrogant and utterly dishonest and disgusting group of peoples in my life. This isn’t just one or two bad apples, this is happening in every city around here. They also get first dibs on any and all medical treatment and specialists. Many local residents who have already been on waiting lists for years to get treatment are getting bumped in order to accommodate the new invaders. It’s basically impossible to find a doctors or dentists office accepting new patients. ER rooms are full constantly of these people coming just for runny noses and coughs, clogging up the already strained healthcare system. The prairies hospitals (at least where I live) were barely holding together before this nonsense. Yet somehow, this is all just white people being racist huh? \nWell I’ll tell you what, I’m not white, my people were on this land long before anyone else can claim to be, and while I’ll admit there’s often still a lot of animosity between natives and whites, youd be quite surprised to see how many of us are in agreement towards the current behaviour of these people.

State and local governments cannot be forced to help with deportations HOWEVER they cannot interfere with ICE and Border Control. That is a federal law. Laken Riley Act does require any illegal immigrant to be immediately turned over to ICE if they have been previously arrested even for a misdemeanor.

My apt building is filling up with immigrants, all the whites are moving out as the landlord is letting our building turn into a slum, whenever i call, he is in India, he has not fixed a damn thing and as white people move out, he does not clean the apt between people, he let's them move in with other people's garbage, he did that to me and when i complained he asked for the keys back, he is also doubling the rent of the new immigrants. Illegal immigrants who come to America after a woman is already pregnant for the sole purpose of giving birth so the child can get citizenship and the parents can use that as an excuse to stay in America is an abuse of our constitution, and an insult to every immigrant who has come here legally, and every other immigrant who is waiting for their turn to come here legally. I came to Canada in 1989 with my twin sister. I haven't left Canada ever since I came in. My twin sister left Canada for good in 2023. I did not come to Canada because I needed more money. I came to Canada because I did not have a country. Canada became my home country but the crazy thing is I don't recognize the Canada I knew over the years. Many people came to Canada to take advantage of this wonderful nation. My beloved city of Toronto turned into a third world country. I'm now in Alberta where I work hard and pay my taxes. My Canada is a paradise on earth. My Canada deserves people who loves it. I had my hardship in my early years and that was what I had to go through. When new immigrants try to cut corners, I always remind them to earn their muthafuka turn. The liberal party screwed up Canada. I’m an American citizen who was born in the United States (Hawaii). Everyone has the right to support or not support President Trump’s plans for mass deportation. The interviewer asked this Mexican American woman her opinion and she’s entitled to her opinion. There are a lot of Hispanic people who agree with Trump. I don’t think she’s turning her back on her family by saying “it’s okay” if they get deported. I think she’s respecting and supporting the rules of Immigration laws to have legal documentation to live in the United States. Rather than disrespecting and ignoring Immigration laws the way her family did. I think in a way she’s saying “it’s okay” her family gets deported because they deserve to be penalized for breaking Immigration laws for entering and staying in America for 20 or 30 years illegally which is valid and understandable. It comes down to the phrase “You commit the crime you do the time” whether it’s family or not. I believe she has a leg to stand on because she followed Immigration laws, received her Green Card and is living in the United States legally. If a family member of mine committed a crime and were put in jail or deported back to their country I would say “it’s okay” too. You reap what you sow.

In Canada now Canadians are so angry at Indians coming here on fraudulent papers, conducting themselves like savages without any morals or standards. Turning every restaurant they work at into a biohazard public health danger. It's absolutely sick and these new Indians are majorly racist towards white people. Indians are being beat in the streets now on a daily basis. Canadians are starting to fight back and send a message. Do not come to Canada. There is no affordable housing available for anyone.! There are no doctors for the majority of the population now. Hospitals are forced to close. I appreciate your take. I believe Canada's key issue is that it is facing a cultural decay, which is not exclusive to Canada. Many countries in the west are challenged by similar things such as aging populations and unaffordability. \n\nIt works in a cycle: governments and corporations take turns screwing over the general population and most people cannot afford anything. Corporation does A then government does B; government does X then corporation does Y. On the surface, government is _trying_ to do a good thing, but it backfires quite often, leaving the average person feeling scorned. \n\nChief among these corrective measures was mass immigration, and because there was already a climate of indignation, the introduction of too-many-immigrants was a huge slap in the face. Instead of making sure Canadians were better taken care of, the government responded to the corporations--not the people. \n\nGDP numbers mean nothing to the average Canadian person if their quality of life is in decline. The only people still in favour of mass immigration are those who do not have to confront it on a day-to-day basis. Even Canadian-born (or even Canadian Citizens of 5+ years) minorities, think the immigration problem is too much.

Immigration is a joke. We had a great system its absolutely broken now. We are literally turning into India 2.0.

The damage to Canada's economy and society is already done. Even if we replaced the corrupt government tomorrow and replaced it with a good government it could take decades to recover. The Government of Canada combined with Bank of Canada turned the economy into one giant Ponzie scheme. The Trudeau government literally used immigration to attack the living standards of working class Canadians. We are a corrupt, undemocratic country. A debt slave colony.

I am an immigrant turned Canadian. I had to score points to come here, and I gave a job interview and cracked it on day 3 after arrival. Paying hefty taxes, integrating with culture, following the law of land just to see this country turning into a mess! Seeing govt favoring frauds, leeches and unproductive foreigners over hard working and honest people.

It’s crazy to see all the comments about turning her back on family. You do understand all illegal immigrants are criminals as they didn’t go through the legal process to come to the USA. I see a lot of (what I assume is MAGA) crying about confusing illegal and legal. Clearly this video was mostly about illegal. But the few charts with legal immigration data included show that there is a turn against both legal and illegal immigration (see chart on left at 1:50 ). Seems like MAGA victimhood seeking, as per usual ? Also note the massive run-up in Trump's 1st term in encounters (tripled from 2017-2019) ? He was only saved by COVID collapsing the economic drive for illegal immigration. And even then, most of the run-up post COVID lockdown was in place by Jan 2021 ( 3:30 ). So he does not have a great 1st term record, despite the hot air. Let's see this time, will be interesting to have the massive military deployment needed to detain, intern and eventually deport the 12m or so total ? Note again how that number has been basically constant over very slightly declining since 2005 see at 4:15 . Hmm, manufactured crisis? ???? Can't wait for the induced Trump inflation. ? Anyway, all hail glorious leader! One land, One people, One leader!

How bad are immigrants to the US economy..or jst Americans are now turned into racists

I am definitely ok on cracking down illegal immigration and there should be criminal charges for employers that employ these migrant workers with slave wages. However with that being said to deport almost 20 million people that make up more than 50% agricultural workers in the country is a logistical nightmare. Once these migrants go these jobs will need to be filled presumably by Americans that command higher wages. I mean if Trump said he wanted to bring cost of groceries down this might not turn into a good plan.

There's a piece missing in the puzzle. Has anyone asked where's Mexico in all of this? everyone seems to forget that they're America's southern neighbor, and they're not helping with anything to mitigate the border crisis. Mexico has to be sanctioned, because they're not actively partaking in the protection of the shared border with the US, they're allowing immigrants to cross the border unchecked, sparing themselves the trouble of dealing with them. They're throwing the ball in America's court, making immigration America's problem. Since they share the border with America, they have an obligation to combat illegal immigrantion but they're not doing that. They want to get rid of their crimnals and the poverty in their country not by enforcing the law and trying to invest in their infrastructure to enhance the living standards of their people, instead they're encouraging them to move to America to find a better life. America doesn't have to pay the price of Mexico being a failed country. They're turning their backs on their own citizens and trying to get rid of them, obliging them to take the perilous journey across the border where they're prone to crime, drugs, rape, human trafficking, sex trafficking, child abuse and all sorts of tragedies but to them the ends justify the means, and they have the nerves to call America racist and inhumane for not rescuing them from the situation that they created for them in the first place. Since the vast majority of illegal immigrants came across the border with Mexico, they should be deported back to Mexico, and Mexico can take it from there, not our problem anymore

I'm also an immigrant, been in Canada for 16 years, came here initially for uni. It's funny that I have no negative feelings towards immigrants from any other countries but India. And I didn't have any negative feeling toward them before I came to Canada, if anything, I only remember something positive my grandma telling me about Indian people being beautiful, that they have big beautiful eyes. After I came to Canada, over the years, based on countless personal experiences dealing with them, sadly my conclusion is 99% of them are bad, 1% are the exception. They are aggressive, rude, stinky, unhygienic, dishonest, always trying to take financial advantage of people or situations to save a few more bucks by being super annoying or cheating, extremely disrespectful and aggressive towards women!! Really nothing is appealing about them. And at a job position, 1 Indian will bring 10 Indians, 10 will bring 100, they are slowly encroaching the environment and taking over everything. Other races try to assimilate into the local culture, while the Indians are imposing theirs onto the local and other cultures. Canada feels like it's turning into a second India. It's lost its politeness, manner, rules etc. I no longer want to live here, I plan to move back to my country after a few years. And I don't really go to Tim Hortons anymore cuz the Indians are taking over all the franchises and lowered the standards of Hygiene and friendliness. I don't think I'm being racist, cuz I'm not having all these negative feelings based on their skin colour or origin. It's purely based on real life experiences in dealing with them.
