Instead of making other countries richer, we should focus on manufacturing and building here at home. This would keep more money circulating in the U.S., boosting economic growth and strengthening our own GDP. A stronger domestic economy means more jobs, higher wages, and greater financial stability for Americans. Regardless of who’s president, we need fair trade policies that benefit the U.S. just as much as our partners.

I’m a Canadian and no fan of Prime Minister Trudeau. It’s unfortunate the best speech he ever gave was after he resigned as Prime Minister. What he has said in this speech is absolutely true, despite the fact, I think Trump is doing some good things for the USA. This Terrif war with your neighbour is stupid. Unfortunately for us in Canada our Prime Minister has not given us the tools and freedom to grow economically and prosper the way we should have. Picking a trade war with Canada, Mexico, China and major economics is a very bad idea. It will not bring anybody to the negotiation table to get a better deal. It will drive them away from US partnership and they form alliances, new trade routes and partnerships, de-dollarization, etc. Just think why does a country needs USD when they cannot trade with US. If true why canada not invest back to USA make fair economic as purpose make a trade balance both two country. In fact many factory moved from the usa to canada and USA trade deficit with Canada. Canada, Mexico, Germany and other countries who are getting caught up in the orange turd of a president's mess. He's not my president and just so you know I've never voted for him. I'm so embarrassed to be an American right now... Since I cannot trust anything our president says, let's connect some dots. \n\nIt appears this is a war about resources: Canada has, oil, rare earth minerals, and lithium. If the U. S. Can bring Canada to its knees through economic means rather than force, it's still War. \n\nI'm hoping Canada finds other markets for its products and basically says fu to the U. S. Exports markets to Europe duty free. I hope Europe responds to Canada in a positive way, which I'm sure they will.
