I am living in Canada from last 5 years and lived in 3 different provinces ontario, Manitoba and now in Winnipeg. I have plenty of information regarding child health care, women health care, pregnancy issues and housing as I bought house couple of years ago. So if you think my knowledge can help you please let me know, I would be grateful to share. Also I can tell you about UK aswell because my first kid born there. Thanks

As a Canadian I agree that Canada is no longer a great place to immigrate to. I disagree that it is due to racism (my parents were immigrants) but now the cost of living is too high due to shortage of housing supply and inflation. Salaries have not kept up. Immigrants do have a much harder time gaining employment in high skilled jobs especially if their English is not PERFECT. And local governments have not prepared the infrastructure to handle the massive amount of immigration that the government has accepted over the years. Our schools and health care systems are overwhelmed and stressed to the point where 1/4 of people don’t have a family doctor and getting into even a public school has become competitive. \n\nThis is not the Canada I grew up in or thought my kids would grow up in. It’s hard even for Canadians to survive and immigrants coming here without a 6-figure salary job will struggle to survive.

Everything that's being said in this video is so true....my elder sister lived in canada from 2012 to 2022 and she has witnessed declining of that country....health-care is big issue....housing has become expensive.....too much of inflation....she had to travel to india in order to get her knee surgery done as waiting time was 120 weeks something....finally she moved back despite having PR and living happily in Mumbai eversince

Excellent vedio. Whatever information you have gives is absolutely true. I totally agree with you. Health care is not exactly free because people have to pay 40 to 50% tax. Jobs are not there. There are many other draw backs in Canada. \n\nUSA is more difficult than Canada. Nothing is free in USA.\n\nWe can go on and on with this discussion. \n\n\nWhat I will say is that in my personal opinion India is the best country to live in. There are many government hospitals which give free treatment. Government is providing free rations and houses.\n\nPlus in Dental college one can get free treatment to some extent. \n\nOverall one cannot compare the facilities available in India with any other country.

Trudeau the incompetent narcissistic dictator is to blame. Only building 200,000 houses max, but allowing 1.2 million immigrants in every year under Trudeau. No homes, no jobs and totally destroying health care by allowing seniors in with multiple health issues, too old to work, etc.

Indian's are saying they're too many indians here. Its not a secret. We're completely overrun. I like indian people mostly, they're hard working, they don't live off the system, non violent, and they're polite. I honestly feel badly for them. They are treated like garbage by schools (who are robbing them blind) and other Indians who are taking advantage of cheap and under the table labour. They could do with some respect for our laws regarding distracted driving as I've seen countless indian people texting and driving with their feet on the dash whilst operating an 18 wheeler on the highway..Not exactly what I'd call safe or considerate. If they learned how to drive, and %50 of them went somewhere else we'd be fine. They've completely taken Brampton and most of Toronto over. Its too much pressure on our housing and health care currently. We're bursting at the seams with indian people. It's out of control.

canada never wanted the deluge of immigrants - that is a desire of Trudeau, libs and ndp leftists. it is not just the 'economy'- over taxed health care, over burdened housing, over run schools (surrey now introducing staggered starts), and some immigrants might not share same values of liberties.

Immigration is good, but we have reached our limits. We need to scale back and let our essential services catch up i.e. health care, education, housing.

It's time for Canada to deport these people they are the reason that the country is in a housing crisis, a major strain on our already strained health care, the reason Canadian students struggle to find employment, not to mention how difficult it has made it for some canadian university students to have access to the relevant classes because they fill up with foreign students. This ends up cost the Canadian students more money and time to complete their degree, it's not fair and as a parent of a Canadian university student I am beyond frustrated with the state ofbthis country because of the overwhelming amount of immigrants here, and to say that they are adding value to this country by filling jobs and growing the economy by putting the money they earn back into our economy is naive and false because the jobs they fill now require 8 employees to the same job 4 employees were able to handle before these immigrants came along and as for the money they earn, while that gets sent directly back to the country they originated from. Also not to mention the crime rate increase as well as the increase of scams. They are offended by the truth but to bad, the truth hurts and life long ( not 5 or 6 months) tax paying Canadian's are the ones hurting the most. The majority of these people are not escaping from war torn countries. Get out Go home because canadian's want theirs back!!

I am Canadian and I work in an area with a lot of foreign student labour. This is an accurate summary of the situation. I have some college education, and I noticed many Indian students are going to private colleges a distance away. I believe the colleges aren't properly vetting these students in order to allow more in and collect more money from them. International students pay more to go to school in Canada. These young people unfamiliar with a western education system don't understand things aren't being done properly, but the bad reputation of these schools gets around and these students credentials are worthless. It's sad considering families frequently go into debt to send their kids to Canada. Mass Immigration is ruining housing in Canada because not enough building happend to house the sudden population increase. Canadians access to services such as health care is hindered by the population iincrease. Something as simple as the common language spoken in the country has changed. It is true if the goverment changes the people in the country the goverment has changed the country.

International students are not the issue like the Government wants you to think ... its the massive inflex of illegals in our County, being provided with housing subsidies and health care. Jobs taken from Canadains. That's the problem. Legal immigration has never been a problem.

Used to be if you wanted to come to Canada you had to have a certain amount of money! I think that should be the case as well as also educated. Australia had a point system and its very hard to immigrate there, we should have that too. Lets stop dumbing everything down! Immigrants come and they come from 3rd world countries and they then offer their serves at lower standards. I used to house clean, I was a single mom with 3 kids and I made a good living. I lost a few jobs to NANNIES who were hired to take care of kids only and before I knew it they were cleaning the house and I was let go. Now those nannies could have just looked after their kids. They didn't even get more money to clean the house. Screwed me out of work and gave them selves more work without more pay! I see it in the Massage Therapy industry too, they post rates a lot lower than the going rate! Janitor serves, truck driving, all are being dumbed down and lower quality! Franshises all being bought out and having major health issues with food quality...dumbing it down to their country of origin!! Im so sick of it all.

Yes, there are no guarantees in life, but immigration consultants aren't instructing you to be realistic about immigrating to Canada even if you are a nurse, studied in STEMs or structural engineering etc. Alberta could start charging provincial taxes, Quebec could cut off their welfare. And other Canadian cities could stop collecting garbage all the time and not fix their roads because many people can't afford to pay their property taxes due to high employment. The globalists want 15 minutes cities. The federal government is assuming massive immigration will solve Canada's aging population. It won't. Health care is actually better in 2nd and 3rd countries if you have the money. Even if your home country is at war, it's still better than the drug crisis in the major cities of Canada. No joke. Now, does everyone get it? Canada can not afford to pay for any social programs, even with taxing the middle class to death. This isn't about racism or blaming any mirgants it's about corrupt dishonest politicians who will increase the number of children living in poverty. Canada is the worst place to immigrate to! Do proper research!

Its a similar story everywhere! Increasing house prices, crime and lower quality of life and health care for the native people! Its the same in UK, france, Germany and Poland. The bative people are against the government decision but are ignored while we all get invaded.

Instead of blaming these people, one must question their own government authorities who make the rules and legislation to facilitate this. Maybe it's just the truth of a desperate Canadian economy that needs immigrants to keep fueling the 'aging' Canadian economic engine. These people come in and work hard, odd jobs (not to mention the exceptional skilled ones as well like Doctors, health care workers etc.) which the regular Canadian wouldn't do. I've been in Canada for 2 years without a Family doctor. Thank God, the last 10 different Doctors I met were all fresh immigrants and came to my rescue. Ask your conscience, without these immigrants, you wouldn't be getting your late night coffee at the time Hortons drive thru, no one to take your blood works without you waiting several months in waiting, no ways for universities to subsidize tuition fees for the poorer Canadian students. If immigrants stop coming in, the nice detached home you live in will go down in value, the nice truck you drive will become more expensive, your kids University tuition fees will sky rocket, Canadian companies selling groceries, furniture, etc. Will have lesser revenue and eventually get eaten up be American giants, Canadian companies won't have cheap labour to build those much needed housing. \nNot only question your government, but also question your 'own' people.. Where are they to serve you? Where are the so called patriotic 'original' Canadian Doctors'? They are off to US to earn more money. U think they care enough for their home country?\n If Canada won't, somebody Else will accept these people. Hence get rid of ur ego and attitude, it's YOU that needs immigrants more than they need you ?? \nLastly, don't forget your ancestors too arrived here in ship loads from Europe as immigrants, taking away the land belonging to the native Indians who were slaughtered and today live as prisoners in reservation lands... on their own soil. Is not just house prices , that's nothing compared to many other problems with Canada. There is no life in Canadian living , health care is a joke, hospitals are another story, Dr's are businessmen, weather is another thing, food quality is lowest in the world, politicians are stealing by law, Canada was ok 25 years ago and before. It's ruined now. It won't be the good country again , damages are deep.

There IS NOT a lack of housing in canada , there IS ONLY an affordability problem along with far too much immigration by volume and time frame . Our services and infrastructure (ie; transit services , health care , employment , realisticly affordable housing , finances , etc .) are no where near adequate to accomodate canadians even before the over populating of foreigners . They have been coming here and buying up all the affordable housing during , and post pandemic , with offers far above listed or fair market values , to push owners to sell without question or thought . Following this they stack multiples into these homes illegally and against code , to be able to take up all employment at wages that canadians can't survive on ,forcing them out of employment , homes or both . Once stable and trained to know that business operation , one of their people buy the business and no longer hire any canadians . YES ! TRUE FACT!! How is this accepted ? This is something we could never get away with anywhere .... Selling your country , one property at a time , is only absolute lunacy . They pay top dollar and care nothing about the money , because being that they own most of the businesses , they will get it all back from you within about a years time by raising prices ultimately to do so . Why we have been so run into a crisis within a silent war , is far of that beyond me as we should b lead by our suposed intelligence . There is only right now to react , and correct on this !! Same demographic shift happening in Oshawa over past 10 years especially. Lots of homeless addicts downtown area also. Immigration intake beyond ability to met social needs, health care needs, jobs and housing.

Very high rent, housing prices are ridiculous, poor health care, very high taxes, poor political leadership at all levels of government. Please investigate before moving to Canada.

Canadian authorities offer nothing but lies and misinformation when it comes to relocating to Canada, they offer all kinds of wonderous programs and relocation assistance to leave you high and dry with nothing - Canada is becoming an economic wasteland which offers no prospects and no future. Housing and rental markets are a joke. Health care system is a joke...... I spent 7 years waiting to sign on with a family GP. The employment markets is a total joke with wages being stagnant for around 10 years. As an immigrant your home country qualifications won't be recognized by Canadian employers and used as another excuse to offer you a pathetically low wage. Then there's the never ending bureaucracy if you want to relocate or establish a new business...... the only thing that seems to thrive in Canada is political corruption..

Send them all back and send more of them . Everyone can thank Trudeau for all our problems with health care and housing and wages. We never had these problems until they come here .

Work on making your home country so good that you will never want to come back....because you are creating problems here for native-born Canadians by clogging up our health care system, our schools, our housing, and our national identity. *shrugs* Canadian here. No interest in leaving, especially to the US of all places.\n\nI mean think that through. My income tax is around 17% of my income. My capital gains on investments is around 15%. I get free health care (which while obviously not free - is paid out of my taxes, yet isn't rationed or in-network restrictions, doesn't have copays and cover 90% of my medical needs). I have a government that even at its worst, is orders of magnitude more rational and public serving than the US (and god help you if Trump gets back in). Not to mention a country that doesn't literally have a major gun violence/mass shooting even EVERY FRICKING WEEK, unlike the US.\n\nAnd yes, I live in Metro Van and I have an 850 sq ft two bedroom apt I'm renting for $1250/mo - so maybe the problem isn't simply that the housing market is too tight (which it is), but that you've picked a city in high demand that's boxed in on four sides - ocean to the west, mountains to the north, US border to the south and what little farmland the lower mainland can sustain to the east. You could, of course, move elsewhere in Canada like Edmonton or Calgary, but yeah...not whiny enough, I guess.\n\nSorry, you're entitled to you views of course, but I can't help thinking most of your problems are self-inflicted... so yeah, move to the States.\n\nI'm SURE it'll work out better for you....

The description of Canada, high cost of living, monopolies, high cost of housing, declining health care...is exactly the same as Australia...as all those things are also happening in Australia...

The housing crisis is unbelievable. Last 5 years house prices went up dramatically. Cost of living; our grocery bills doubled in the last year! Health care system is crippled. We moved to another city and still waiting for 2/3 years to be assigned a family doctor! Safety is becoming more and more issue. People used to keep their doors unlocked. Now? No way josey. It is sad. I m looking for a change. Next election, definitely will vote for the opposition party.

The crazy thing is that some Canadians still have faith in Trudeau's party or just have too much trust in the government that they can turn this around. I want to see this country prosper but every few months I just keep on seeing new policies that the current government makes that just doesn't make sense.\n\nFew things to mention\n- No more investment in more roads by the federal government (I understand they want essentially to have citizens use cars less but they haven't provided a plan on how that money would be invested? I have yet to see trains being invested to connect cities such as High speed rail?)\n- Increased carbon taxes (most premiers were against this but they negged it on)\n- proposal and voting for Increasing taxes on capital gains (impact business that invest in Canada)\n- This is a positive thing but also happened because they polls went to the dump (increased investment in housing) and then decrease foreign student admission for future years ( I think this is where liberals say they have hope, but it's at a point where they messed it up and now are trying to fix it to make it look like they are fixing someone else's mess\n- The government is also just adding more policies we can't afford such as Dental plans for certain incomes, food in schools while the free health care doesn't really feel worth the taxes when the quality is not there. ( This is how they want to be the good guys when the conservatives need to cut costs to help resolve this mess)\n\nThe liberals are kind of like that guy in the family that takes a loan, pockets some money for corruption, then gives money away to charities saying I'm the good guy, and then doesn't know how to pay the loan back so asks for their family to help fund the debt.

The problem isn't always from a federal perspective. British Columbia fools elected a socialist government who have also created hardships with high cost of living, terrible health care, and housing bureaucracy. In fact, being a landlord is so burdensome, many are selling their rental homes because it's the only way to escape the cumbersome challenges of owning them. This is adding to the crisis because renters are being evicted in BC because people like us are getting out of the rental game. It's not worth it anymore.

Health care zero, Housing planning zero, Immigration overcrowded management zero. Why to move Canada?

This nation is very overrated beyond belief. I get that the nation has free health care. However, everything is insanely expensive from houses to mere groceries. Specially—in B.C.—rent crisis is an ongoing problem, causing young people to move from one AirBnB house to another. Because the government of the aforementioned province is really hapless and meek. Yes, there are not that many rental units available for young families and fresh-out-of college students. But, we will not build an ample amount of rental housing units for the poor and the young. How can people manage to start a family and a business? You have to come into inheritance to do that. Bad. Really bad.

It’s not just housing and health care. Every aspect of life is in crisis. It is okay if one has a government job else it’s challenging to survive in job market and we are competing with so many students. Most managers like to have these students as they have very limited knowledge about rules and regulations and can easily be taken advantage off. \n\nPeople are leaving North America due to woke culture and both Canada and USA are turning into third world countries. People are ashamed to tell that they live in North America due to lower standard of living. Time to pack up

I'm Canadian and I don't recommend coming here. I wish I stayed in Taiwan. Also, were you rejected by the US? Many people end up here if they don't get into the US. We don't have the housing, healthcare and education etc to support more immigrants. It can also be really hard in the US if you don't have a higher income and health insurance. If you have the latter, you're ok. I have retired American friends in MI with decent income and health insurance and their health care experience is good. But no health insurance in the US isn't good. Canada's public health care has long been dying. I don't know why we're taking more people in when our systems can't deal with it to begin with.

This is the price to be paid. Canada needs desperately imigration, otherwise it will disappear as a nation in 2 or 3 generations.\nBirth rates is too low. Nobody wants kids because life in freezing countries is too expensive due winter gears, hitting, cars, insulation in every building, store or house, gas, salt on streets,  shovelling, mandatory insurance for everything, health care is a joke, and so on. It is endeless. \nCanada is definitely an uninhabitable place. 92% of canadians live very close the US border due the miserable freezing endeless drepressing 9 months cold weather. Nobody wants go north. Freezing weather makes life unbearable and extremely expensive. If we had a free US-Canada border, Canada would  be empty..\n\n.

Sounds like most places in Canada. The house next door was just purchased by south asians. They put in a ‘suite’ and judging by the number of people it looks like 2, maybe 3 families. Send them all back. They’ve got homes in India and come here to take advantage of health care, etc.

You say why no one wants to live in Canada while the population in Canada continues to increase. Problems with housing started years before Trudeau was elected and continued to get worse and the Conservatives are just as culpable and are using it as a political tool. I guess you haven’t looked at how much it costs per month to cover a family for health care in the USA and that’s after spending thousands because of deductibles before you even get covered and only if you can afford a policy that covers 100%. Pie in the sky is for suckers.

Blaming immigrants is a bit odd and clearly not addressing the real issues of the housing crisis which is insufficient supply and financial investment (essentially you can make the most money out of any investment in it with incentives governments have had in place for years - a classic bubble). For health care, clearly a lack of sufficient funds for an aging society and with worse and worse lifestyles (food, exercise) for our increased longevity. If we don't want immigrants we should consider increasing wages for certain work with clear shortages such as long term care for the elderly - which for reasons stated before, will have a demand that grows exponentially.

It's way too late now. He needs to deport at least 75% of these people. We can't handle them in housing or health care or any other of our shitty government services. A million would be almost okay, but it's been over 5 million in less than the 8 years he's been ruining our country.

I am an immigrant, close to become a Canadian citizen. I chose Canada to live with my family and I love this country. \nThat said, I could not agree more with what was said. Things are completely out of control. We can't bring that many people and have no infrastructure to support them. Housing, health care, everything is in a crisis because of Trudeau. If I get my citizenship before the next elections, I will help voting him out!

Housing food health care jobs demand is way up now. Trudeau will be exiled within the next ten years. Maybe with can air drop him into Gaza.

If you compare job growth to immigration it's obvious that Canada's immigration is ideologically driven. There aren't anywhere near enough jobs, let alone housing, health care, etc. Canada's ruling class is deliberately engineering a future descent of Canada into overt feudalism and lawlessness.

If you are a skilled and talented immigrant, do not come to Canada! Your foreign credentials will be severely downgraded and you will be stuck working a menial job. As well, there is a shortage of housing, long waits for health care and everything is very, very expensive from food to fuel and many other things. Its probably the easiest (Western) country to immigrate to but not worth it in the end.

Canada is going downhill for the past 20 years. The list of problems faced by Canada are many, this includes unaffordable housing, a dysfunctional health care system with never ending wait times, over taxation with little or benefits in return, an exploding homeless population, and an economy dominated by monopolies which leads exorbitant high prices. Trudeau believes the solution to all of Canada ills is to increase immigration to a recklessly high number and double the size of the federal government, this recklessly high number of immigration is exacerbating Canada’s problems and not improving it. Thanks to Trudeau Canada is headed for third world status.
