This really put things in perspective of me. As an African American woman I was interested in moving to Canada because you hear so many great thing but to see that I still will be facing the same things is definitely a wake up. I know it happens everywhere I was just hoping it would be better and more tolerable.

You say that both countries are very patriotic but I must say, as a Canadian, I really don’t see the same level of “patriotism” here in Canada than in the States. It’s definitely not expressed the same way. Maybe being from Quebec is influencing my view on this a bit haha, but no I don’t think I would have used the adjective “patriotic” to describe Canadians in general. I don’t mean we hate our country, but it’s not like at the centre of our thoughts constantly.

I dunno if it's just the way my tv works but I could definitely see that man's face and I could easily identify him if I went to that business.

As you can clearly see what nation of people is causing all of this stress upon this planet they are so proudly ignoring everything and reaping the benefits from All Nations. Things is definitely changing and with that being said we got next so give it a minute they asses is going to feel the change..

I did not see “anti-Islamic sentiment” in this reportage. I saw a definitive insularity among Muslims against their host country Canada, a growing sense of anxiety among Canadians at the artificially created growth of Islam in the country and a lot of inertia on the part of Canada’s official response to Islam which has been inspired by the naive, school kid Trudeau. What surprises me most is why there is not a massive revanchist movement against Islamists - why everyday we don’t hear about mosques being burned to ashes and Muslims being beaten, killed or mutiliated. That should be the proper response to the growth of Islam - in any country.

Your just making a fool out of your self. This comment was not necessary... You see at least true muslims like me don't use perverse language like you did. We resort to peace and try to express our selves intellectually. You are insulting just to insult and have no self respect or restraint. Learn more about islam, starting with the definition of Allah. Educate your self on how you can express your self. You have a brain? USE IT ! peace be upon you all and may allah (god ) guide you - u need it.
