For those saying that there must be another part if story, surely. \n\nBut if you look at the code of conduct civil servants agree to follow and are expected to, you won’t find any place of this kind of behaviour by the officer. \n\nIn positions of responsibility, exemplary character is expected to be portrayed. The job is not without its perks to justify following through on the difficult path of maintaining that code of conduct.

I am from the Balkans. I have been studying, living and working abroad since I was 18. Germany was the 7th country I moved to and the first country ever I felt unwelcomed at work- because of my Balkan origins. I must say I was rather shocked because being a very open, international professional with lots of experience, I thought something of this kind would never be even imaginable. However, outside of my work field I gained many german friends pretty quickly - friends for life ( no competition here, haha). 10 years later, I am still here and the situation changed to better - a lot. A mix of getting trust, learning the language, and getting more international colleagues. I am totally thankful to the health system - they saved my life. If I stayed in my country, I would have had serious health issues. I am thankful to the democracy, freedom of expressing, schooling system( so much better than in my times in Yugoslavia), salaries, and many other things Germany gave me. I am living a good life, best life any of my family members had in generations. I would like to stay here as long as it feels good for me and my family. Having a german father to my kids is however the strongest link to me feeling home in Germany -having a local within your family makes it all a lot easier.

I live with 70% inflation in my country and this is what I think: \n\nI don't know if there is a direct translation of this economic model but let me explain: prices increases in two ways, if there is not enough supply, prices will increase and if there is high demand for a product&service, prices will increase. In Turkey, they increase the prices by tricking people that prices will eventually increase, so buy it right now. THIS caused a loop and huge inflation also rush to houses, cars, hard products etc. That way, companies make enormous profits especially construction companies & car manufacturers. Why did government decide to do that so? Because government wanted to secure financial status of these big companies without banks giving them loans by transferring wealth from people to companies.\n\nThere is another side for these moves: Globally, there is an ongoing plan to lower birthrate in well-developed countries such as Canada, France, Germany etc. Why is that? They say, people from western countries create more carbon emissions than people in India, Bangladesh etc and in order to ensure green transformation of energy, birthrate must(?) fall. \n\nThere are also other reasons that we live in difficult times. But that's enough. We, people, have to do something. The day passes without a protest, governments & big companies get more strength and enforces hard conditions on people.

I work in two trucking companies and many drivers are Indians and are always very nice to me. I don't have a problem with them coming here to Canada to live and earn a good living . BUT please obey the same laws as we have here in CANADA this is OUR COUNTRY not yours. If you cant obey by our laws than you have no rights to our country.\nThis is suppose to be a peaceful country BUT now its becoming a war zone for everybody from different countries entering here and thinking they can come and change our country good looks and laws to fit them.\nWell I say you don't like our laws than go back to your country and stay there. We have laws and we must obey them so what makes you think you can get away with your crap that your trying to shove down our throats.\nWe took you all in all thanks to the dam Liberal/NDP, which this should have been done slowly and got people that can help grow Canada instead we have unknown crimmmals that are now somewhere in our good country killing children and people. Rent has gone up, food costs, gas, medication. That's all we can afford. So more people out on the streets. At this time, there is a world wide immigrate problem causing more homelessness. We faced over millions from Mexico and NYC got immigrants from all over the world. The city is trashed. Ohio got thousands of Hattis people. Europe has immigrants from Africa and Asia. Our country and other countries have absolutely no infrastructure and funds to support these people. Ohio is asking for government assistance. The solution now is strict immigration laws and border laws. Everyone that is not a USA citizen must be sent back to their country. Visa cards. Passports. Hungary has the top security system (google) to keep immigrants out of the country. Worse. Thief and crime have skyrocketed! Everyone in NYC are robbing anyone they see and stores are\nclosing. They don't get arrested because anything under $1000 is not a criminal offense. The USA needs to get a grip! These people are asking for handouts, which means the USA poor will not get benefits. It is not just Canada. USA people are getting out of the cities! This is a world wide crisis. Say your prayers. We really need a savior to show up!

These students and pro Palestinian protesters must be deported. They only use these weeknesses in our liberal policies to live and stay in Canada. This is not by chance the Trudeau administration has done this intentionally. I say anyone who has come to Canada under this Trudeau government be deported.

As an Indian, I must say, somehow the worst of our lot have ended up in Canada. You can see in the video, most of them lack the braincells to even articulate their point. Canada really needs a much better vetting process to take the actual migrants who will contribute to it's economy.

I must say that I'm a biracial German American, 49. In the last two weeks twice I've been racially attacked verbally here in my German hometown. Today they wanted to see my German passport. I'm shocked because I'm very proud of my German/Bavarian heritage. WTH!!! Never experienced that in my childhood or youth here in this town.

I am in the country in rural Northern Ontario and I must say life is still grand! I do avoid the major cities as they are too busy, too much traffic, and yes too much homelessness! This is due to ALL POLITICAL PARTIES NOT INVESTING IN GOOD CHEAP HOUSING! Yes, it is a problem with ALL the political parties, NONE have addressed it, from even before Harper to Trudeau today! See you are a respectful and good citizen who we would have no problem welcoming to Canada. It's the others who are ignorant and who do not respect our countries culture. If you plan to immigrate you must respect our culture and act as nice or nicer than the reputation us Canadians have. The reason we are upset with some Indians is they have no respect. Some of them throw their garbage everywhere on the streets on the beaches on our walkways. I get in India the culture there may allow you to throw garbage in the streets and lakes and rivers. Get the right people for the right jobs, if you MUST bring in immigrants!\nThere are plenty of Canadian people who can do low wage jobs. Besides, low wage jobs are a good opportunity for youngsters to learn good skills while earning some money on the side to save for college. They are NOT, and I repeat, NOT for immigrants who have other skills to bring to the Canadian market.\n\nThe IT sector needs a serious overhaul. You need people to fill up roles in corporate jobs to boost production, because Canada is seriously behind in technology. Healthcare needs serious people too. There is no point in bringing promising doctors and healthcare practitioners who can improve healthcare services and the number of capable doctors here, but have them working low wage jobs instead to make ends meet. That is unfair to those people and unfair to Canadians who need good medical services in lieu of the taxes that they pay. Canadian Experience is a joke and a very cheap trick played by the incumbent government to swindle good, deserving people of their hard-earned money.\n\nEnough of bringing in refugees into Canada and destroying the economy by giving them handfuls of money paid by Canadians themselves. I have been in Germany for almost a year .Came in with a job offer . I must say that every appointment with government offices are stressful as they expect you to speak German but I don’t think they are wrong . We all know that the official language in Germany is German , you get by with English but it’s only fair to learn the local language..

I'm very sad to hear about the situation Canada is in now, it's unbelievable! \nToday I live in Germany, but I hate living here, despite the quality of life and security that this country still has, there are other factors with which I have not adapted. \nWhat I can say is that it's getting harder every day to choose a country to live in, because they all seem to be decaying. Today, when I think of a new country to live in, I have a lot of doubts, there aren't many options. If a country like Canada is like this, everything else must be much worse.\nCoincidence or not, Canada, among others, began to decline after the country embraced the Woke “culture” and opened its doors to certain types of immigrants who are incompatible with the country's culture. I perfectly understand what you say about Canada. I think it is largely due to really poor and incompetent leadership and to some extent, a lack of independence to do what is best for Canada instead of another country. Whichever country you choose, I wish you all the very best for a happy and more fulfilled future. Liz seems to exemplify the following, which I learned in a first year macroeconomics course… The first rule of economics is understanding limited resources (supply and demand curves along with production advantages); wether you are a private entity, a non-governmental organization, or a formal government, this rule is unquestionable… Moving on… The first rule of politics, particularly with the progressive left (and I say this as a classical liberal) is to ignore the first rule of economics… No matter how sophisticated technology becomes, a centralized government will never be as efficient as the invisible hand.. Likewise, progressives these days (which apparently includes most liberals from what I see), never think about how open borders impacts housing demand, which impacts the market price for housing.. Yet, they somehow think the government can fix all of this (simultaneously ignoring that the government must become authoritarian to actually do so; all while demanding democracy - reminding me that democracy is two wolves and a sheep deciding on what is for dinner)… Anyways, maybe my initial conclusion is premature, just sharing my thoughts!

I have been (mostly) a life long Liberal living in Toronto. I can honestly say, the Trudeau Liberal government has been the worst government at any level I have lived under - including Mike Harris and Bob Rae. Justin Trudeau likes to cut ribbons and make big announcements and spend time on the completely wrong priorities for Canadians. We need a government focused on the economy and the things it takes to build a thriving 21st century economy. Yes, it takes immigrants and those people will need the basics: a job, food, shelter and services. Instead we get dental care, pharm care, daycare - all these things we can't afford and that do very little to build out a thriving economy we need. We have lost decades due to poor planning of our governments and now we all must suffer. It will take generation to fix this, meanwhile our competing countries will all pass us. I will rue Justin Trudeau and his incompetent Ministers and enablers for the rest of my life.

Last week I went into a Tim Hortons and 4 indians stood there, ignored us for 5 minutes straight. They were literally chatting in their language the entire time had weren't doing anything. Now I understand what everyone else was saying. These people really must think we're punks and confused our kindness/tolerance for being weak lol

I’m an Indian international student currently in a master’s program in Canada and I think this video perfectly speaks to a lot of problems in the country. I chose Canada due to its high quality of education. I personally also think the country messed up with their mass immigration with no quality check of individuals coming from India. If a person is allowed to be in a foreign country they must assimilate into its culture and values or at the bare minimum not force your own beliefs on the people there. I find a lot of entitlement certain immigrant population feel quite ridiculous , it’s not racist to want people who come into your country to be respectful of it’s values. I would just like to say that not every Indian immigrant is the same though there are people who just wanted a different life and embrace the culture of the country that they had an opportunity to be a part of.

How is it that every immigrant in the world is being threatened with death. There lawyers know the law and everyone says the same things. This madness must end.

it must be global warming , it fills so exotic here like never before I see people wearing this exotic dresses and turbans everywhere , they have nice suntan ,basically we don't need to go for vacation to this places the vacations and the places came to us , east Indian markets ,restaurants , daycares run by east Indians every Home depot and Tim Hortons , liquor stores , and now slowly radio and TV , construction, and almost everything else. I have to say they are so power full and smart , but us ? we are slowly disappearing because we are lazy .

I must says the Canada was the ideal destination a few years ago but seeing the opposite trend now, many people are moving back to their country of origin or either moving to different country where the living cost is affordable, things are not great here and now the Canada's immigration policy are changed significantly as well in which they only give to certain category of worker who meets their labor market needs such as healthcare, STEM, construction worker, traders, french proficient people and others.

Cons- im earning 1778$ biweekly and i get 1415 only in bank account. 20.50% High tax\n\n2. If you are sick, you need to go to medical clinic where you will wait hours , then docter will ask you for eg blood test, for that you will book appointment with life-lab , they will give you appointment after 5 days, after appointment, your results will will be sent to the doctor and then after you need to make another appointment with doctor to discuss results. The fever treatment takes about 15 days to know the cause ??\n\nPay 3X more fees than domestic students\n\nIf somebody stealing from your store police will come late like 2/3 hours than in case they are able to catch the person they will release them. You cant stop them from stealing \n\n4. If you are doing self defence, you can only hit them in the same amount he hit you, if 1% you hit more like slapped two time where the homeless/drugee slapped only one time, you will be charged with criminal case. \n\n4. Toronto police is saying you must leave your car keys in front of your door so thief can easily steal.\n\n5. If you call ambulance they will charge you 150$ even in emergency

Bro, I'm living in Vancouver from last year. Took 40 Lakhs of Loan for My MBA, chipped in money for fees. Till date I've got no benefit from Canada, except for bills and spending money on taxes and rent. This is damn true! - Work permits are getting queries, PR files are getting rejection. No job part time opportunities.\n\n1. Renting a room, especially for boys is the hardest if you are looking a private room. (my rent is 950$ for a private room, i struggle to pay this every month - without having a job)\n2. All banks want you to get enrolled as a student, then give credit cards, so you can easily buy things and pay them more and get you involved in the loop. \n3. I've applied in almost every job for part time, got rejection due to no available positions (Reasons : too many applicants)\n4. You are not gonna get a job in your field, unless you are into finance or IT with a found background.\n5. I DAILY SEE OUR PEOPLE ALSO GETTING ATTRACTED TO THIS CULTURE, SMOKING WEED ON A DAILY BASIS AND DOING MANY THINGS WHICH I FEEL STUDENTS MUST NOT DO. \n6. For my chest pain, they kept me waiting 4 hours in a line. Asked me that if i can stand and sit for a while then i must not worry. I was completely weak at that time, shivering and going through 101 fever.\n7. 75$ monthly for MSP insurance we pay as temporary residents -> still waiting for 4 hours to meet the doctor.\n8. Current situation of students is worse here, no opportunities for many students who come with hope, especially if they are coming for PGDM, or bachelors. Currently at this time only, MASTERS is given a priority.\n9. Don't think about applying for PR, unless you are filthy rich, unless you have exceptional skills in the industries which IRCC is looking for.\n10. Racism is at its peak, especially only on students** sad thing to say but yes this is the reality of international students.\n\n\nI hope all my brothers and sisters here come with a planning, strategy and best and worst case scenarios preparation. Canadian govt needs to control the how much of each race they gonna let in... on one hand the govt might have a population target but on the otherhand they should strive to study the demographic target or balabce n include it in ghrif plans .... at somd point the govt must be willing to compromise the population target to a healthy bslance of demographics.. it cant be free for all as there more thsn 1 billion indians & the majority of them will take any opportunity to jum in any 1st worl country... n indians im not being a racist but have one of the stongest culture n civilization... if u chose a majority of the immigrant pool from them.. they will a not adopt to the host country's culture but instead uphold their culture n eventually impose it bec they have numbers.. indians tend to favor fellow indians in recruiting for a job..... they have no qualms priotirizing an indian in india vs say a chinese in canada...once the indians get a hold of a company u will notice all the employees become indians in time.... its bec they indianize thd work culture, no longer inclusive n diverse.. also they practice nepotism (hiring friends, cowrkers, neighbors from theirprevious lives in india), they only talk their language among them, they keep info n knowledege related to work between them, they collaborate only with fellow indians, bangladeshi.. indians are like this anywhere. In singapore, dubai, middle east, europe, usa\n\n\n its not fair to the canadian eufopeans, cadian africans, canadian asians, candian latinos, etc....

As an immigration that moved 34 years ago. I can't believe I'm saying this but we must VOTE TO STOP IMMIGRATION. There's no other way to save the country.
