Lol no one can just get green cards even before landing in the US you either have to cross the border, or come in using some kind of student visa, or come in using some kind of employment visa which is almost impossible because no employer will hire you if you are not eligible to work in thw US in thw first place

Well im an immigrant myself and i received a green card before going to US. You dont go to the border with no papers ffs, its that simple.

The time for getting a green card for Indians in USA is very long now. That may be one of the reasons.

Indians are also responsible . Bad visa form filling. \nTraveling abroad to work on tourist visa. Escaping into illegal permanent stay into Europe . But yes, Indian passport should be the top 20 but it isn’t because our house isn’t in place. Basically we’re mostly good people but uncivilised , undisciplined , not all but many. Get India orderly first, clean, green, pollution free, corruption free… and if they still do the same it’s because we want to go there more then they wish to come here. Do something that makes them come here. Top quality cheap tourism, food quality, pollution free, reduce population, increase the female population , give equal rights to woman, judicial system in India sucks, court cases should be fast tracked, law should be simple direst and effective. Yeah they may have small business but they have to be vetted and with the courts approval if they want this hear and been approved rhey will have to pay a fine because it is illegal to cross into this country illegally.second part the will have to pay back taxes . American definition of immigration = anyone landing in its ports. Including visitor visas. \nCanada definition of immigration = applicants for a permemant residency (equivalent to the green card)

I’m an American citizen who was born in the United States (Hawaii). Everyone has the right to support or not support President Trump’s plans for mass deportation. The interviewer asked this Mexican American woman her opinion and she’s entitled to her opinion. There are a lot of Hispanic people who agree with Trump. I don’t think she’s turning her back on her family by saying “it’s okay” if they get deported. I think she’s respecting and supporting the rules of Immigration laws to have legal documentation to live in the United States. Rather than disrespecting and ignoring Immigration laws the way her family did. I think in a way she’s saying “it’s okay” her family gets deported because they deserve to be penalized for breaking Immigration laws for entering and staying in America for 20 or 30 years illegally which is valid and understandable. It comes down to the phrase “You commit the crime you do the time” whether it’s family or not. I believe she has a leg to stand on because she followed Immigration laws, received her Green Card and is living in the United States legally. If a family member of mine committed a crime and were put in jail or deported back to their country I would say “it’s okay” too. You reap what you sow.

Nothing is going to change as long as people vote for the established parties. Dominant politicians are not interested in transformational change. Same things are happening in New Zealand.
