There are so many illegals Indians here. . They have taken all the jobs. ., In Brampton nobody else can get work. . They are also very rude and racist. . Lots of them are criminals. . It’s time for Canada to start deporting illegals . These Indians act as if this is India. .They don’t behave as if they are immigrants. . Enough.

Lets keep i real. The desire that most immigrants have is homeostasis which is the familiar. All humans do this. Individually indians are usually smart and decent people. But in groups ( and this doesnt just include indians) you get this group thinking that is prejudice against anyone who isnt one of their own. Im fairly certain its a good demonstration of what a different culture would experience in their own country. This is especially noticeable in markem with the Chinese population. \n\nLet me say this loud and clear. We didnt let you come here so you could start your own countries inside of our country. And beleive me, your gunna get rocked and put in your place if you guys keep coming here and being disrespectful. That goes for the any culture who is putting themselves first at the expense of other Canadians, and im not talking about white canadians im talking about all Canadians from anywhere. We re all equal and you will not be allowed to position your selves in a way that gives you immunity to these values. \n\nIm getting really tired of going into business like tim hortons and knowing what the nationality of the owner is by just looking around at the staff who work in fhe business. We let you have a seat at our table to break bread with us in a mutually benifital relationship. But what is pretty evident is that a lot of these people dont like us and if it was up to them we wouldnt exist. They fail to behave in a way that acknowledges the truth. That the family whos heritage is of this land, built this house that your living in. With our low corruption goverments , our clean drinking water, our free health care and education system, with our opportunities that make it possible through merit and hard work that it doesnt matter what family or where you were born. These are attractive features of canada that play a role in why people want to come here. And leave where they were. Its it logical to think that you have more to learn about us then we do of you? Not being on some selfish punk shit is canadas greatest strength. Its that same inclusives mentality that keep the government corruption very small which empowers the citizens to make them successful and able to contribute more back into this system. The very nature of hoarding resources for ones family, same culture, etc are the same oppressive situations many of these people left their countries to seek better opportunities. But once given those opportunities and a chance to decide for themselves, a lot of these people use their liberties to create exclusion and hostility toward out groups. The indians do this in a very overt in your face way, the chinese are more polite about it but both have this way of looking out for their own and not being concerned with anyone else. As far as im conerned you should all be split up and dispersered to live in different provinces and cites. I know this isnt realitic but it would save them from what a lot of them are gunna end up be exposed to which is experiences with native born Canadians who are going to very rudly show you what happens when you disrespectf someone in their own home. \n\nThe party is over. You people need to start being Canadian and care about Canadians like you care about your own culture or get the fuck out!

I work in construction and can confirm a lot of the big companies have been exploiting this system to cut costs because they get hand outs from the government to offset the wages of these foreign workers. \n1. There are some good people who are foreign workers who do good work and want to integrate into our culture, but there are many who do not respect our customs/culture and do shoddy work.\n2. Youths who would otherwise be interested in getting into construction are apathetic, lazy and have no ambition because it's so hard to make ends meet from the ground level.\n3. Why would employers take a lazy apathetic youth over a hard working immigrant, even if they suck at their job and are hard to communicate with?

The reality of the situation is that while Canada’s retaliatory tariffs will hurt the US a little, Trump’s tariffs hurt Canada a lot! Right now we’re in a moment where Canadian politicians of all stripes need to placate the public’s demand for retaliation, however no matter who the next PM is, they will quickly and quietly be working to undo whatever factors led to this situation. That will mean acquiescing to Trump’s border demands among other concessions. One would be forgiven for thinking Trudeau should have just gone along with them in the first place and spared Canada the pain.

I am an Indian in America and Indians need to develop India ??, 1) Ending the Caste System 2) Industrializing the country such as Manufacturing, Logistics and energy India has a lot of Natural Resources such as coal and Iron 3)Establish trading Partners with US, Germany and UK, Brazil. They are very strong and smart countries with a lot of great companies that could be advantageous. 4) India needs to be more capitalistic to avoid a brain drain. 5) Indians need to eat more meat and work out more, you look at the Brazilians and Nigerians they are great MMA fighters. In america its about 13% so a 25% increase would cost more but it wont have any significant impact.\n\nNo doubt this tarrif war will cause far more problems for canada mexico and china than america. By a LOT. \n\nI dont think america is being selfish either. China does nothing to protect america from sending precursor chemicals to america to manufacture fentanyl. Canada facilitates illegal immigration and fentanyl into america with no accountability. And mexico is illegal immigrants by the MILLIONS and is literally working with the drug cartels. If they sort out those issues the trade war ends. \n\nI think america has every right to go to war to protect its sovereignty and its people.

canadian military will take transgender military members. Our military pays for the surgery, gives free counselors. There are a lot of conservatives in the canadian military, including my husband, and he works with a lot of transgender people and no one cares. As a New Zealander I worked with a lot of indian colleagues who actually TOLD ME that they studied AND copied each others assignments & tests in order to pass their engineering exams. Its evident because when they pass & they start working you can tell that SOME of them dont have a clue what theyre doing & they either end up getting fired or they leave the job. You ask any Indian person out here what they do & it is: IT/ENGINEERING/NURSE to name a few...Its sad because they told me that SOME are pushed heavily into it by their parents and their life is not their own.

Lived in Canada for almost 40 years. Worked in USA for 5 years 25 years ago. I did make a lot more money in USA then, luckily, I was in my 20s and almost never seen a doctor in my 5 years in the USA. \nThank God I didn't get into any accident while there. \n\nIn general, I observed many people in the USA are not good neighbors. Simple observation, ex you drive and merge into a lane in a busy SF Bay Highway you need to fight hard to get into a lane. In BC, Canada, merging lanes is very orderly, each vehicle takes turn merging into a lane one entering from one lane and then another vehicle from another lane with respect and consideration. \nIn the USA, I think it is this brutal mentality translates into policy in health care and education, you are not responsible to help your community in any way and take while you can for yourself.

They are extremely nepotistic and will only hire other indians and family, it’s next to impossible for young native born Canadians to get even basic level entry jobs if the person hiring is indian. \nindians have abused the goodwill of our citizens and our social assistance programs. For the first time in nearly a hundred years our local food banks had to shutter and turn people away because INDIANS were using it as a free grocery store when they had FULL TIME JOBS and brand new bmws, then they post videos on social media saying ‘how to get free food in canada’, while some poor emaciated bastard gets turned away. What makes it worse, a lot of these Indians, especially in the prairies, already have their groceries subsidized by federal government, and they STILL abuse the food bank. It’s not just food bank either, they all apply for welfare and immediately get assistance even though it takes months to get as a natural born citizen, and that’s even if you get it. I was shocked to find out the federal government was paying indians to move out of Ontario and BC into Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba because the coastal cities infrastructure was about to implode in certain areas. So they they told these people to move inland, and if they do and stay there for 18-24 months, they get $3300 dollars a month every month for that duration. My disability cheque, that I paid into for 40 years of hard work, comes out to 950 dollars a month. This is absurd. These people get literally everything handed to them, and STILL abuse the programs meant for those who are struggling. I have never in my life met such an arrogant and utterly dishonest and disgusting group of peoples in my life. This isn’t just one or two bad apples, this is happening in every city around here. They also get first dibs on any and all medical treatment and specialists. Many local residents who have already been on waiting lists for years to get treatment are getting bumped in order to accommodate the new invaders. It’s basically impossible to find a doctors or dentists office accepting new patients. ER rooms are full constantly of these people coming just for runny noses and coughs, clogging up the already strained healthcare system. The prairies hospitals (at least where I live) were barely holding together before this nonsense. Yet somehow, this is all just white people being racist huh? \nWell I’ll tell you what, I’m not white, my people were on this land long before anyone else can claim to be, and while I’ll admit there’s often still a lot of animosity between natives and whites, youd be quite surprised to see how many of us are in agreement towards the current behaviour of these people.

I was in the Missouri when i got sick. I drove home and was diagnosed with a brainstem tumour. 10 hr surgery, 4 surgerical teams, icu, wks hospitalization. Months of rehab and homecare. The school even arranged a cab to take my 5 yr old to school. I have seen bills for pts who didn't make it home and had to have surgery in the US before being repatriated back to the icu i worked. It was an eye opener to see what they were charged for a box of kleenex, a catheter, an iv bag etc. I would have lost everything if i had to have surgery in the US. \nMy sister is currently in hosp in the US, and she is getting good care. I drove down last time she was in, and i was impressed by the lovely large CCU bay, but, hey patients are paying for it. She had a fancy postop CABG pillow to splint her chest when she had to coughed. It had a cute surgical heart on it. I am sure it cost $$. In Canada, we give our pts a regular pillow, some iv morphine and tlc when it hurts when they cough, no fancy cartoon pillow, but no bill either lol. She's a senior on medicaid so she's not going into massive debt or dying in her home to avoid going to the hospital.\n \nI have been travelling to the states since 1976 as a young child. I love the states, I have a lot of family there. My dad lived there until his death. My great grandma immigrated and died in Montana. I have never had a negative experience there in over 49 yrs, other than the old lady backed into my parked suv in the hobby lobby lol parking lot l\n\nA big plus in Canada, is paid Maternity/ paternity leaves and also caregiver leave. Your mom has a stroke or child has cancer you can take time off work to care for them with partial pay and not worry about losing your job

Palkhi as much as I like watching your news your views here need to address real issues. I am a proud Indian who has lived in the UK for over 50 years. However I have to say whilst there are a lot of highly skilled Indian immigrants on work visas who contribute immensely to this country. however we now have a huge community of Indians those who have come over on illegal documents or on holiday visas and then never go back. They end up working in menial jobs or not working at all and perhaps this is an issue India needs to address. Sadly these immigrants will never be an economically contributing asset to this country or any other country and I am not surprised that the visa rate rejection is so high.

There are too many Indians everywhere you go in the world, too many still trying to get out of India. Working in Canada at a fast food restaurant gives someone from India (Mumbai, Delhi, Lucknow....) a better standard of living than a middle class living in India. States like UP, Bihar, MP, Rajasthan... still living in 18th century. Gujjus were the first to got out and then Punjabis and then everyone, they damaged the reputation of Indians a lot.

Things not mentioned in here are that number of people applying for foreign visas have increased significantly and number of visas accepted are relatively same. Lots of phone scammers have already got the Green card in the USA. Scammers were given student visa by carriers and they work as couriers. Stealing from poor people.\nIn UK ALL of scam calls I am getting are from Kolkata. They steal poor pensioners without any heart. Heartless and cruel. Indian students miss behave, laugh and talk louder on the high streets, drop waste on the street. Truthfulness, kind heartless should be part of education system. Also there's no place for bribe in these countries. In India rich parents show their kids how to get around by bribery.\n\nEducated and intelligent Indian scammers are a world known issue.

Improve trade and cut H4 visas for US as i have no idea on other countries. H4 visa housewives will really depressed in a country like US. because of depression crime rate will be more.? sometimes you wont have any indian friends near by even it has more indian immigrants. Give jobs to indians who are living there for generations. They must have contributed tons of inputs larger foreign trade income etc... At the same time getting Indian visa is also not so easy. Ranking may also depend on number of tourists who want to visit. Indians these days in far reaching in numbers due to the middle class economic upliftment. It is not that India is equated with tiny unknown countries.\nNext as far as the visa rejections are concerned very few student visas and work visas are rejected. So educated lot are not rejected. Most of the rejected visas could be tourist visas, who want to go there in disguise of tourists who actually propose to go as domestic or business helpers. Of course the visa fee is high. That could be discouraging point for many who want to go for just earning and also a source of income for those governments to compensate wages to be paid to their white workers to handle umteen number of applications.

No point in thinking about a few people who helped build Dubai or those one of cases like Pichai & Nadella. Think of those who go their and cause concern to those countries.

No need to worry. These issues are transitory and our people need not go to USA. USA companies are planning to move operations to India to hire skilled people. So, jobs comes to our cities. In the long run, it helps us. Our people work in our country and pay taxes to us. Now they are going to USA and paying 35% income tax to USA government. In addition to that, they spend a lot on their monthly expenses. If the Visas are closed and jobs are outsourced to India, it helps our economy a lot. Just be patient

People talking a lot of negative things in the comment section about Indians being this or Indians being that ?. I think the Indian Govt is ensuring that the passport stays weak. Otherwise, what's stopping the govt from flexing its economic power. The reason is, when its complicated to get a visa to travel abroad, it dissuades Indians from going abroad for tourist purpose and those people travel withing India and that money gets spent in India and boosts Indian economy, and when its complicated to move abroad for work or study, it helps reduce brain drain (but that also needs quality higher education and good employment opportunities to work in the country's favor; not going into whether that's the case or not).

It's good news indians should remain in india, live in india work in india so that india will become the most preferred country.\nif we indians give up on india then who will improve the condition of the mother land and its children.\n\nwe need to do lot of sacrifice as children of mother India to develop and nurture it.\n\nAnd its a ongoing and continuous process.\n\nWe need our indians to develop it otherwise it will not rank among the greatest countries.\n\nWe must dedicate less time on entertainment and full time for india .
