In case anyone is wondering why so many Indians are trying to flee Canada here it is. Under Trudeau and the liberal government Canada was basically giving a free pass to anyone who wants to come to Canada through colleges and universities, if you get into a Canadian school, you can get a study permit (which also allows you to work for 20h a week). Additionally after the schooling you are given a guaranteed work permit for the same duration as the schooling (if you went to school 2 years you get a 2 year permit, 4 years you get a 4 year permit, ect.) A Canada and immigration agencies (for some reason) basically advertised this to India as a guaranteed way to get permanent residence in Canada. Canadians hated the massive flood of people coming into Canada (about a million a year at its peak, which for a smaller country like canada is equivalent to 10 million people coming into the USA every year). This is really unpopular with voters of course (in part because of the housing, food, and low skill work shortages it created), and the next Canadian election is this year. So the conservative government has vowed to massivly decrease the number of immigrants coming into Canada and the Liberal government knowing that this can be used against them in the next election is decreasing the amount of PR cards they are given (like a Canadian green card) as well as the people they are letting in in total. Now as the (mostly Indian) immigrants work permits expire and they will soon be kicked out of the country or no longer legally be allowed to work, they are fleeing to NYC to try to take advantage of the sanctuary city (something that does not exist in Canada).

The coyotes are still operating to get people across...they are just going through California, a sanctuary State!!! ??? i just saw a report of sales people in a coyote office working a little harder to get their customers. It is expensive to pay a coyote. So it is a very lucrative business!! Lots of folk from Europe are in the coyote business. It is shocking that ICE is helpless as these coyotes advertise in the open in a lot of countries!! \nCountries like Ecuador have visa on arrival for any country and so they all fly into those countries who get an income from visa fees. Chinese, Filipinos and indians are using that route. They have to get to the Southern border, it is like getting from NY to LA. So it is expensive. But the coyotes have not closed shop! They know they have California open!!

If not doing so already why doesn't ICE have checkpoints where ALL buses and taxis are stopped and their passengers check for their immigrant status. It all boils down to Trudeau and Canada's lax tourist laws. People from south of the U.S. border now find it easier to fly to Canada and sneak across than try to cross from Mexico not to mention Indians (7 Eleven kind) and who knows\nhow many other ethnic groups. If Canada is so great why once they land there.......stay there. Tom Homan deport them ALL.

How is it that these people fly into Canada to head to the states? Why don’t they fly straight into the states? Like East Indians? What are reasons differing in countries? As a Canadian I do not trust Canada what so ever and use no visa’s or something to deliberately enter Canada, but I don’t know the details if anybody knows please share your knowledge. For sure this is a route to Canadian demise somewhere or another.

I like Firstpost because she usually says it like it is. But this time she’s way too biased and went straight to play victim. Doesn’t she know how in places like Australia and Canada thousands of Indian people on temporary visas have taken to the streets to protest that these countries want to “deport” them when their visas are expired and they decided to overstay their welcome? Also, Indians used to be pretty quiet and kept to themselves… At least where I live! But lately they’re more and more unruly, and act like they own the place. A good dose of self-awareness wouldn’t hurt her.

We don’t have them here in America like this, I know people that live in Canada and they say that Indian people are the worst part of living there. There is simply too many of them that refuse to fit in with the citizens and their own culture.

Yeah, i dont blame any Indians personally, lots of good people that had no way of knowing how bad the immigration problem has become. I definitely put 100% of the blame on government, and maybe a small minority of the worst migrants.

It’s just playing with people emotions… not providing real information… we all are human beings… we need to appreciate each other… \n\nThese countries have some rules n regulations for human beings to develop equality n equal opportunities. Most of the NRI appreciate that as we haven’t got that in our own country.

I love this as an Indian. Modi was getting too close to Trump and forgetting about our core foreign policy principles of strategic autonomy and multi-alignment. Indians are the smartest people in the world! The world knows it too! ???

I know a fair amount of Indian people who have come to America legally, and started multiple businesses and created generational wealth. Why can’t these people do it?

I dont like the indians here either. They cut line in SFO. Asking people if they can seat on bench while other people already sit on it, etc. In tech companies, as you already know, they all came here to become CEOs of all the tech companies. Yes, tbey r good at wat they do and they know which asses to kiss. But i just dont like the way its going in tech companies and im sure all of you know wat im saying.

You know I think this is okay. We will stop the brain drain that we have. Indians are innovators, and silicon valley would not be what it is without Indians. Live and enjoy life ina country that does not have racist sentiments. India will become big, but we need the power of the people to achieve this.

Lets keep i real. The desire that most immigrants have is homeostasis which is the familiar. All humans do this. Individually indians are usually smart and decent people. But in groups ( and this doesnt just include indians) you get this group thinking that is prejudice against anyone who isnt one of their own. Im fairly certain its a good demonstration of what a different culture would experience in their own country. This is especially noticeable in markem with the Chinese population. \n\nLet me say this loud and clear. We didnt let you come here so you could start your own countries inside of our country. And beleive me, your gunna get rocked and put in your place if you guys keep coming here and being disrespectful. That goes for the any culture who is putting themselves first at the expense of other Canadians, and im not talking about white canadians im talking about all Canadians from anywhere. These are attractive features of canada that play a role in why people want to come here. And leave where they were. Its it logical to think that you have more to learn about us then we do of you? Not being on some selfish punk shit is canadas greatest strength. Its that same inclusives mentality that keep the government corruption very small which empowers the citizens to make them successful and able to contribute more back into this system. The very nature of hoarding resources for ones family, same culture, etc are the same oppressive situations many of these people left their countries to seek better opportunities. But once given those opportunities and a chance to decide for themselves, a lot of these people use their liberties to create exclusion and hostility toward out groups. The indians do this in a very overt in your face way, the chinese are more polite about it but both have this way of looking out for their own and not being concerned with anyone else. As far as im conerned you should all be split up and dispersered to live in different provinces and cites. I know this isnt realitic but it would save them from what a lot of them are gunna end up be exposed to which is experiences with native born Canadians who are going to very rudly show you what happens when you disrespectf someone in their own home. \n\nThe party is over. You people need to start being Canadian and care about Canadians like you care about your own culture or get the fuck out!

Since I was a kid and i saw people moving abroad and starting the new life, I only saw them going there in a better country to learn, adapt , and respect the laws and locals. We still do things or festival with our community or shared our cultures to create a multi-cultural events. We don’t lose who we are and our ethnic but we don’t bring them and force into new country. We can do our thing with families, in the house, or our embassy. We are welcoming people who wants to know our cultures but not like Indians. Indians are force and likes hey looks at me. Here in California I have met many wonderful Indian nationals; however, many assist and support the concept of illegally immigrating to the US. One woman I know, from Delhi, married one guy then divorced him, and then within a year married and divorced another man. Does anyone care about the trauma and fact this is called grifting, basically criminal fraud for a green card. She was on her thrid target when I had to stop knowing her. There are allot of Indian nationals here involved with many shady businesses, doing crime here is acting as a parasite - something easy to do as people genuinely like Indian people. Also California now has anti caste discrimination laws, the only state in the US, that should tell you allot about their integrity.

As a Brit I know many decent integrated Indians here. But none of them are recent arrivals. Older immigrants were respectful and wanted to be British and adopt British ways. But newer immigrants act as if we owe them something while acting in disrespectful dirty disgusting ways. For example in India I have to use Indian toilets as Indians do. I don’t pretend I don’t understand how to use them, I don’t need instructions on the door and I don’t break the toilet by standing on it, shytting up the walls and all over the floor and leave it there like that’s normal. I’ve worked in offices where this was routine when Indian contractors were brought in. Integrated Indian men seem to take great pride in dressing smartly and smelling good. But it’s really common for Indians to smell REALLY BAD. Poor personal hygiene plus excessive amounts of Indian food (you’re abroad ffs try some different food!) creates a truly vile odour. Some Indian men also think it acceptable to stare at and harass British girls (although to be fair they do not have as bad a reputation as their neighbours) they are also rude and racist to white people especially women. Some Indians in 2025 still seem to think they’re living under the Raj and Britain is ‘oppressing’ them. They’re not and we’re not. The empire brought benefits to India and left peacefully over 70 YEARS ago. We don’t owe you ANYTHING. This victim mentality means India will NEVER be a proper first world country. You can flood the world with sheer numbers but you will never be respected or improve the world in any way, you will only ever leech off the invention of others. I do not mean to disrespect the many decent Indian people I’m just telling the truth. As a culture your presence outside of India is negative because of the way so many Indians act, trying to create India wherever they go. And they have the cheek to say this is ok because they got colonised. WELL SO DID WE! That is the truth.

If you wanna know why all these rejections, look at Canada! Canadians are some of the nicest people on earth, but the anti-Indian sentiments in the country have been steadily growing over the past few years for a reason. While some of them settle into the Canadian culture, a lot of them have instead decided to import India to Canada. The question then is, why not stay in India? If you wanna be Canadian, be Canadian, don't try to turn Canada into India 2.0. That's why Canadians seem anti-Indian now.

Canadians have been left behind by their own country in favour of Indians. At old age homes, Canadians are being passed up and made homeless in favour of new immigrants (all Indians), all low income jobs have been taken by Indians, locals youth can't get jobs. Indians are super racist towards white or latino people (like me), and they are not taking up Canadian customs and manners. Canada is being ruined by Indians. Canadians have been left behind. 1 in 6 people globally are indian. Their breeding is out of control, and they ALL want to come here for free healthcare, hand outs and fresh water. I mean, look what they've done to India, Canada is next. It is all ready in severe decline, and quality of life is at the lowest ever because of this.

The reason is that some Indian finds it difficult to integrates.\n\n I know one Indian lady that have lived in one country for over 20 years and the lady cannot speak the language of that country. I don’t know about rest of the world but in the US alone, 700,000 Indians entered the country either illegally or overstayed their US visa just last year alone. In Canada, some Indian international students were discovered to have forged their education documents and now have been deported. Temporary workers are demanding permanent residency after work visa extensions have been cancelled due to housing shortages & increasing unemployment rate. \n\nIndian people in general are good workers but these protest aren’t helping and demanding they be allowed to stay while their documents are forged is upsetting Canadians. True! West won't answer your question but You too are hiding significant details in this video. Also true, West relies in Indian talent however that does not mean the talented ppl should be above the social construct. In US DFW airport as soon as you exit the airport premises you will start smelling awful odor, walk few steps ahead you will see the reason, all the poles are covered with a grainy red paint like stuff, which as a proud Indian, you would definitely know what it is. Its not like the administration don't clean the place, however, it is still in that condition. This is just 1 of many reason why Indians are being looked at as nuisance these days. And finally, what is with Indian behavior, if they are treated with respect they misunderstand it with being submissive and try to dominate the people that are being respectful until they are shown their place and if they are misbehaved then they act as if they are being discriminated. So as a media person, it would be a good thing if you publish a video telling Indians to learn ethics, learn social sentiment, learn proper behavior, and most of all learn to quit back-stabbing behavior before they leave for other countries and I believe in a decade or two these misfortunate events will slowly start to decline.

I mean how far you would go thinking world is stupid and you can prove it.\n\nSORRY, there are hard working, intelligent and qualified Indians that get visa and there are people who get visa on family migration quota for example but many others, give me a break.

First of all . I am an Indian living in Australia. \n1. The way some of us are behaving in these countries is the worst . Instead of respecting their culture and laws, we start behaving in the same way as in India .\n2. I don't want to put it out, but some people from certain places have a ready solution even if the immigration change their rules . They know every means to cheat their way in. \n3. Take, for example, 200 people come from other countries and do nonsense in India. Will we allow them ? Noooo, right ... but right now, thousands of our Indians are damaging other countries, bringing all kinds of dirty activities we do in India .Unnecessary protests are just 0.1% of them\n\nThis is the best decision taken by the other countries and it should become more strict in the coming days

Stop acting like you don’t know Ms Sharma, visas for Indians are rejected mainly because when you apply for a tourist visa, most of the time you are not really visiting that country. You have plans to settle there. Many people do go to these countries as tourists but they know very well who seems like a tourist and who doesn’t.

The problem is fear that Indians will travel to the West and not go back. Not just Indians, but Africans, South Americans and many Asian countries do the same. I've lived in the US for 55 years. There was an Indian music troop that came to the US to perform, maybe 20 people, including singers, musicians, comedians etc. After their tour in the US, half of them did not return to India. They figured they can make a better living in the US and live here as an illegal immigrant. This is too common. The next time when a troop of musicians want a US visa, chances are the immigration office will think twice about approving a visa. I can travel anywhere with a US passport because people know that Americans will return back to the US.

Ms. Sharma please do not MISLEAD + CONFUSE viewers in name of Nationalism.\n\n\nIf it is news worthy, I think PM office should RETURN the favors to ALL these countries and stop issuing VISAS.\n\nAs far as I know [and i can be corrected] visa fees are on a equal footings [in terms of cost] . But ofcourse, if fewer people apply for Indian visa revenue for Indian government woll be lower.\n\nPlease understand the subject matter and then report it and NO DISINFORMATION or MISINFORMATION. I live in Canada. A citizen now, love this country but India is and will always be a home. Canada is facing hard times currently, which is being faced by every country now and then but even the cause root of all these problems Canada is facing right now is coming from somehow from India. The most disruptive and disturbing people are here from India only with no civic sense. They come here and do not value the Canadian culture at all. They do all sort of illegal activities and try to do jugaad in everything, from which we escaped from India. Even on political grounds, the man who somehow messed up everything was under the influence and pressure of the man having Indian roots. I love India without a doubt but we can’t deny the real facts why Indians are being hated everywhere. People in my community here ( whites, First Nations, old Indians) love me and my family because they know how we respect the culture and values and laws of Canada. But there, where people don’t know us personally, we get judgemental eyes because of our colour and we know why, it’s not all of us, but still majority of us have destroyed the image of India and yes Indians deserve to be banned now. We need skills and knowledge and we should class apart from the stupid ones.

Now all the countries around the world know that Indian come in but never want to leaving. The people of the world are waking up to see the true. Indian Student come for work not to study and visitor visa come in also to work.

how about indians entering countries on visitor visas and staying illegally ... so 1st and foremost we need to mend our ways \nlot of people are after easy money or some fake illusion of luxurious life abroad without putting hard yards in ... fact is most of these idiots end up selling their ancestral properties or forcing parents to take unfavorable loans in search of their world of fantasies .\nMy advice to all such people skill up and work on yourself you will be able to live your life with dignity irrespective of where you are either in India or abroad . Most people don't know the everyday struggles of illegal immigrants .... they are never respected hard to find white collar jobs and end up working overtime and highly underpaid (employers mostly desis/indians takes advantage of their situation and pay them less than minimum wages ) for sake of putting bread on dinner table for your family .\n\nPS : I am not discouraging anyone from seeking opportunity abroad but cautioning against using illegal means .Do it legally and live a life of dignity .

Cheating, lawless citizens to blame, who don't know how to behave in a civilised setting and lacks basic civic sense. No one prefers people from the land of 'scamsters'. Indians need to stop illegal migration. With 1.4 billion people we know there will always be such cases but offlate I feel this has gone out of hand. \n\nShould we blame the countries that reject?\n\nI’d rather look inward. Poor governance, pollution, corruption, lack of jobs and all those agents that have ppl convinced that they would rather be dishwashers or uber drivers overseas but not run their family farms or be entrepreneurs in India.\n\nEasy to blame. Most of people don't know that India is not a homogeneous country with one language and culture.\nIts more like all europe as one country.\nBut one thing i can add is that 99% of these illegals are Punjabis and Indian Muslims...both of who are bane to India as well!!

Indians from outset is suppose to be polite and adhere to them, no questions asked. Suddenly Indians have been empowered and doing good in their life and asking back questions. Indian immigrants don’t assimilate. That’s why they think it’s okay to take a shit on the beach. Indian hygiene standards are low. When you land in India, you are greeted with the smell of it. If you know, you know. It’s a stench that can’t be ignored. \n\nThey bring their mindset here and do not care to change. Why should they? They have formed communities here where they can all continue acting the same way they did in India. They don’t have to take accountability. \n\nMy parents immigrated here in the 80’s. They chose to come to Canada and maintain the standards of living here, not the ones from Bangladesh.\n\nIf you are an Indian immigrant, who recently immigrated here, I encourage you to question yourself before you decide that people are being racist towards you. Are you showering and wearing deodorant? Are you taking a shit in the street?

If we, the United States, know how many Indians are crossing the Canadian border into the U.S. side, that must mean WE are letting them in. Why the heck not return them to Canada right there and then? They are surely not being persecuted in Canada, so why allow them in? And the same goes for all the undocumented people crossing over from Mexico. By making it so easy and allowing all illegals into the country, the United States is really at fault for the mess that it is in.
