My apologies, Prime Minister!

From Austria, irrelevant as it might be, I want to express my deep gratitude towards the Canadian Prime Minister for setting an example how true and excellent statesmanship looks like!

As an American, I’m deeply sorry for what we’ve become by electing this orange idiot into the White House. I stand with Canada, Mexico, Ukraine, and the rest of our global allies in opposition to our “president’s” bent to authoritarianism and isolationism. I truly hope that we can course correct before we (globallly) plunge into something much darker. \n\nKudos to prime minister Trudeau and other leaders speaking truth and calling the situation we’re now in for what it is.

I hope next time our prime minister has to go to the oval office they wear jeans and a hockey/lacrosse jersey and walk in with a plate of poutine ??. Jk, kind of ?.
