Racism was far more prevalent in Canada decades ago. I remember hearing stories from my aunts and uncles about the types of things that would happen when they first arrived in the country. People would heckle and threaten visible minorities. \n\nBut I can say I have personally never experienced systemic racism in Canada. This country gave my family and I opportunity, safety and a just system. I was born and raised in Canada, and this is my home. There is no other country I would want to live in.\n\nLong live Canada and what it stands for. God bless this land.\n\n\nEdit: I forgot to add that the post secondary program I graduated from had a disproportionately high percentage of students belonging to visible minorities. This is the case with similar programs across Canada. One could argue Caucasian students are grossly underrepresented in this program. Does this not fit the definition of systemic racism stated in this video?

Especially if the previous night the person happened to be watching the local news & everyone they saw on the news was committing a crime looked like you. I think what happens is people get grouped together from someone elses behaviour. I remember in Toronto in the 70's a guy from India or Pakistan planted a garden in a room of his apartment. The tenant below called the landlord to say there was a leak upstairs and his unit was being flooded. People judged all people of his ethnic background to this man's standard. You think that landlord wants to take another chance.

Some people say come in legally, but he can't seek asylum just because he wanted to protect his family or want a better life for his children. It doesn't work that way. He has to have documentations or proof that his life or family's life is in DANGER. That is why he can't come in legally because he will not be approve on just those conditions, surprisingly even in Canada. When Trump was tough on the illegals on our southern borders, I remembered seeing Canada PM said they are welcomed in Canada. I guess many people heard it too and took him up on his offer. What happened Trudeau having to eat crow, eh?

Remember under Trudeau this is the new normal, bringing in criminals to our country. The only way he was caught is cause he used the same address's which is stupid....if he would of just used different ones he would still be totally fine and allowed to commit fraud against all of us. Trudeau is in bed with these people, i can guarantee Justin himself will make sure nothing happens to this man.

The young boy was comparing the Indian wage rate and Canadian wage rate that’s horrible lol to c his views about his motherland as I’m living in Nz but I will never say my motherland has gone through such bad time i agree there are few drawbacks in India but the amount of freedom and love we get in India is never going to happens in any foreign country I think he compares his reason of being happy is money this why he is being so cheap even remember the they sell sugarcane juice for $5??

Call me whatever, but India has been dealing with this for a very long time, probably since 1980s. I dont hate islam but I dont love it either. Let's just say that I wouldnt buy a house in Muslim neighborhood. It has been a nuisance to India since a long time, every time we screamed in UN for help. We got shut down until the problem reached world wide. People say it started happening since Iraq and syrian war which is slightly incorrect. This problem has been there since ages prior to war, It just manifested on a high level recently. There are so many examples...This religion feeling which later turns into violence starts with your own house, your upbringing and your own values. If a kid is used to seeing his mom being suppressed then when he grows up, dont expect much from him. Now every community has this issue but in Muslim community it is engraved in you the moment you open your eyes on planet earth. You cannot defend the argument when someone says Women are suppressed in mulsim culture. The most hurtful thing happening is in UK. A country which gave you food, shelter, respect, a better life. You are trying to impose your values on it? As a matter of fact, good muslims should come out openly and boycott these terrorist who are trying to create chaos if they really want to show good intentions but you wont see any (for obvious reasons). They often cry about they being a victim but what about other people?? If all good muslim come out and boycott bad muslims then that would be a thing to appreciate and notice. In last you cant clap with one hand! Remember that.

People, remember that female children in the muslim world are not only abused physically but they are also abused mentally, from the cradle on they are brain washed to be intimidated by the bad things that will happen to them. Muslims, wake up, just try for once not to follow the book, do not follow the Imam, do not follow what the men in your family, what can happen? NOTHING! muslims and non muslims will end up 6 feet under like everybody else, No Allah, No Mohammad, Nothing. Muslims follow witchcraft, muslims may as well believe in Santa Claus, the 3 wise men, and all the witchcraft they like. One day they will realise that if they are running away from misery, they should stop bringing their misery to countries that now are a paradise to them. Muslims are either crazy, stupid or both
