I agree with everything Trudeau said except the part about Donald being a smart guy.

Terriffs are nothing new though. I think it's insane that America's have to consistently payout our tax dollars to other countries. The President is wanting these other countries to step up to the plate and do their part. It's okay for them to let cartels and fentanal come into our countries and kill Americans by the masses. I'm sorry I'm American born and will put America 1st. Stand 10 toes down and not be a dang traitor. Americans are so quick to change sides when shit get a little rough. I'm with Canada. I am not pleased how CNN presented this speech however. They should have let the French speech play out with interpretation as Trudeau is not repeating what he already said in English and he provided more information. Also CNN keeps interrupting the question/answer portion of the speech. I want this news from the horse's mouth, not the news person's interpretation or regurgitation of what was said. I went to another source to see the complete speech instead of staying on this channel. I recommend that other viewers do the same if you want complete information.
