Noooo?\nI am actually really proud of being an Indian..\nHow can u Mock our skin color and tone?\nI just cried ...I am 17 and will be migrating soon to study in Canada but I don't want to face such neighbours?

Being truly unbiased with no preference would be not answering good or bad for anybody because you truly dont know and cant just make something up. That test is flawed because it forces you to pick good or bad based on facial characteristics or expressions, not the color of skin tbh

What I came to realize in life is that people don’t really like you, they like your talent/skills. take your time to be skilled in something and people will hunt down your skills. this applies mostly to all people based on statistics. if you are white and you ain’t skilled, you will be fired. as simple as that. businesses want to make money. so if you are black and you have what it takes, businesses will hunt you down since they will realize that they need your skills. I have learned that from Thomas Sowell and it has freed my mind as a young black man. I am a scientist ( I aspire to be the best one ) and I have started to reap what I sow. stop trying to make people feel sorry for you. work hard, get skills that are needed in the society and the rest will take care of itself. Also, you gotta hold yourself on high standards as a human being and you will be a blessing to the community. have a wonderful day y’all. love one another. we are the same race ( human race ) with simply different skin colors. just like FLOWERS of different colors. we need to change our mindset and things will be better for sure.

It’s a very individualistic society, people are busy within- ie selfish , be prepared to face that mental trauma when you are in need of some minor favor and nobody will be there \n4. I have seen people in low paid jobs are oftentimes discriminated for their skin color or ethnic backgrounds. \nYou might not remember me but I used to meet you in IBA Karachi.

This whole “micro aggression” nonsense is what completely makes people not take racism seriously and as a real issue. I for one am not saying I’m one of those people but I’m just making an observation. Because along with real problems of people literally hating a certain group and thinking they’re above them just because their skin is a different color than them, we lump somebody touching your hair?? Some people are just assholes, or weirdos, and need to be put in their place and labeling EVERYTHING as racism really causes a lot of people to not take things seriously when it IS present.

Racism huh? Many Filipinos have white blood in them, the Meztizos and Meztizas. What this creep doesn’t know is that many Filipinos who may not be too fair skinned, have grandparents who are white. What if Filipinos start discriminating guys like him then? Filipinos are a literal mixed blood and can be darker skinned. Skin color has never been a basis nor does it give a right to be a racist. We are all equal in the eyes of God, so why not see everyone and treat everyone equally? Under the law of course, that guy is accountable for his actions. Obviously, court action can only be taken if the family takes action against that guy.

If you used 3 of the same colored people who look and talk different you would most likely see most of these is just due too how they look and not there skin color. Right now you are just taking peoples denial and differences as racism..

I'm a Asian and I always face the racism. At first few times I tried to understand those people and the time gose by. It gets worse and now I don't let those people do that to me. Last time I got discriminated by the U.S.A border protection roll player job. Because of skin color they picked me out from the job. Rest of them are white and no black Latinos nor Asians beside me. I'm sure God will judge them for what they do to others like me.

If a type of dog is statistically notorious for being aggressive and violent you would avoid that type of dog right? well, humans are no different. Think a white guy isn't discriminated against? Walk him through a dark inner city neighborhood and see how he gets treated solely based on the color of his skin.

The reality is that it is much safer to be black. Nobody messes with you when you are black. Everyone kisses your ass when you are black. I am surprised white people don't try to change their skin color to black more often like Racheal Doezal and Martina Big did.

I think we need to come close to each as one humanity. We should at least talk and explore those all different skin colors men and women. Not all of them are bad. I am from the USA. I want to move to Canada one day and escape this hell. I've read many comments and I only have one question. Will I be safe in Canada? Can I get a good job? Will I have a fair chance? If I start a family will they be safe and not judged by the color of their skin like I am in the US? :(\n\nThat's all I want to know. Thank you :)

There is bias in the experiments having the presumption of being treated differently. I did a test going into different stores of the same name and I was treated differently. I also was treated differently by women compared to men. Younger individuals compared to older and depending on the section of store. I never look around to see if someone is around me and when I did start looking, people were there. Could it be we are looking for flaws in people? Society today is being taught skin color, gender and ethnicity are THE reasons you get attention from someone else. There are extremely rude and immorally questionable people in this world, yes. Thank goodness they are the few.\n\nWe cannot give them recognition by building societal rules around their behaviors. Ignore them and they will fade away.

I’m so disgusted in a people who think simply because of the color of their skin their superior. God made us all and he never said you are more than I. But what can you expect, it’s learned, passed down from one generation to another. So sad, some have the nerve to say their Christian, no wonder some people want nothing to do with Christians, but make no mistake all Christians aren’t reglious, some actually read the Bible and know what is right. I'm a Canadian who has spent time living in other countries and cultures. I've experienced racism both for my race and for other races - this subject has clear storylines in North America, a peaceful world demands we eliminate racism, that means all racism regardless of race. Regardless of skin color. Racism exists equally from black and brown towards caucasian, it's systematic racism by class or wealth that I believe needs healing.

I guess racism is not going to disappear.. because it's been there.. since always.. some individuals give more mind to it than others.. some others, pretend.. and others just live with it

lol I worked retail my whole life. We do not follow you because of your skin color, it is usually how you are dressed.... Not once has anyone I have worked with picked someone out for color. We follow just as many whites around who dress like bums as we do blacks.

I did not know my skin's color was brown till I came to America

I think in like these schools or job positions it should be about the skills of the person not the race or gender. If for example 2 people apply to a job and one is black and one is white and the white one gets picked because of his skin color then that shouldn't be acceptable. But let's say that the white guy had better skills in that exact position than the black man then i think the white guy should be picked. It's about the skill not gender race etc.

It happens in every country of the world. It's the indoctrination born from the public and social media, of the stereo typing people according to skin color, culture, dress and monetary value. You never going to shake it until they stop portraying it in movies. That includes every action that people react to on social media. How people react to it will often be classed under the same influence peers have on our young teenagers.

So when a store monitors anyone that is non white, it is solely for racial reasons. BS. a retailer has the right to monitor anyone and everyone regardless of race or skin color. so take your unproven assumptions and go to hell.

I have no problem with skin color or race. I do have a problem when I go to the doctor's office and cannot understand half of what the doctor is saying to me. I do have a problem when I call for technical service and cannot understand half of what the technician is saying. This is frustrating. If people with another first language want to work for American companies where communication is a big part of the job, I only wish they would speak more fluently. I had this very situation this morning. Called for service, could not understand through heavy accent. He was getting very frustrated with me. If I went to another country it would be up to me to learn to speak that language. I dealt with this in the hospital...and in this setting it can be critical. I spoke to the Chief of Residency because of a potentially harmful situation and was told the residents all meet their requirements for English. well, whoopdido...that did not help either of us when a patient was going south.

If this is the case no one should ever go out and travel outside of their country. I would get tired looking at the same skin color if no other races is allowed in a country. Don’t be selfish!

Go to Denmark and then you will see racism. In Denmark it's not just your skin color but that you come from different country.

And why is Canadian government taking so much refugees from Africa and middle east if they know that many Canadian are racists towards blacks and Asians, racists people are just ignorance and they don’t want to accept their denial of the racists. Example I didn’t know that there’s different between humans and we are all humans but not kind of aliens from somewhere, as human being we should have just live together and treat people like we treated ourselves rather than hating others because of their skin color. had my first bike stolen out of my back yard when i was in 1sst grade. 5th grade, someone stole my mortal combat collection. car has been broken into 4 times, car has been jacked off on to, and my bmw stolen. all by the same color skin.

If a store owner can see that most of the shoplifters are black or brown. That store owner are most likely to suspect black and brown people.\n\nIf a black man/woman is being harrased by mostly white people, he/she will gradually suspect that most or all white people are racists.\n\n That trend is really common throughout the world.\n\nIt's just that simple. Try to have an open mind and don't judge people because of their skin color. Judge them because of their behavior.

Racism dont make sense. Dont judge on race or skin color; judge on culture and religion and how human- and womens-rights are handled by those two institutions in the society and countries the people who seem foreign to you are from. Then find out if these people wants to bring those elements of their culture with them to their new country. Then make your judgement. And do remember to hate all religions equally ;)

Racism is just garbage, preconceived notions of others based on skin color and bodily attributes. Any racism no matter the race is bad. It'll be near impossible to rid of it though, it'll never happen.

If a person has a good job and the ability to pay the rent , they should be approved to rent an apartment. Its the skin color that doesn't get them a place to live ! Racism will always be here ! It needs to be eradicated !
