I need to move to Canada. Serious question, how does a US Citizen become Canadian resident? US is falling apart, no longer a place I love. It's so sad.

It is no longer a secret. President Donald Trump is a Russian Asset. He's openly destroying American Allies and closest friends while getting extremely close to Russia. Canada is America's closest ally, neighbour, and trading partner, and this is how you're going to treat them. The sooner the American people realizes this and pressure their elected officials to make Donald Trump to reverse course, the less damage this will cost Americans in the long run.

It's not that he's leaving, this is what Canadians feel. Why is everything so cynically political in the US. We say what we mean, and mean what we say. The US can no longer be trusted.

President Trump doesn't care. The US has been subsidizing Canada's electrical grid for over $250 million dollars a year. Canada will loose that. In addition, US automotive industries like stellantis are moving productions back to the US from Canada. Canada has been charging the US dairy products 250% in tariffs, US Bourbon and whiskey 180% for over 4 years. China has been charging Ford 200% tariff so much so that ford can no longer afford to sell their vehicles in China.....all these outrageously high tariffs were designed to protect their domestic products.... China was suposed to spend 4 billion dollars a year in US goods but they have been consistently spending only 1.9 billion each year . Trade deficit of over 2 billion dollars. What sane person would allow this to happen in a free market and call this fair trades????? I have no knowledge of this until recently.
