She conveniently missed mentioning the real reasons why visa applications of Indians get rejected -\n1) Thousands of Indians go on tourists visas only to 'disappear' and never return. It doesn't just happen in Canada, US, UK, Aus but also welcoming countries like Thailand, UAE.\n2) Indian Visa (to visit India) itself is one of the most expensive and complicated to get for foreigners, so other countries have no incentive to make it easier for Indian citizens.\n3) Developed countries know that if they make it 'easier' for Indians to travel to their country, they will end up with tens of thousands who wont want to go back to India. It is already the case when its difficult to get a visa, imagine the situation if its made easier.\n4) Most of the Indian tourists fall under the mass category, they are not like the heavy spending Chinese tourists. We are not the most well behaved, so till we start getting more affluent, we wont be in as much demand.

Well, there are good Indians and scammers Indian. Scammers in India are causing headaches for good Indians. That is the facts. For instance, recently some Indians took a huge loan in UAE and left for Canada with that money. That has put the UAE government in a position to make the visa process more difficult to find out if bad people are getting the visa or not. I would say, the Indian government should introduce a process to thoroughly investigate a person before they apply for a foreign visa, and it should be honest to see some improvement in Indian behavior in the foreign countries. If not, that number is just going to go down. It doesn’t matter how much you scream. Do that for the sake of good Indian people.

Believe or not because of the behavioural issues also become one reason for rejection. Maybe not a big reason but it definitely should consider. Any immigrant who enters to a country must obey the rules and policies, respect others, environment, culture etc. in Canada from some cities other nations are moving out out due this people are trying to make here as their country in all aspects. Most of them are really loud in stores and anywhere we go. Definitely there should be some behavioural lessons for them for sure. Some make illegal documents. Some so gossipy at work places. Some tell so much lies to reach higher places at work. Some are gangsters. We have other nations but I personally see only very few nations don’t blend well with the country. Every country have people as mentioned above but it’s more commonly we see and noticed in some cultures due to poor and no proper education. It’s unfortunate

In Asia they would be shot. Thats why I have so much respect for those countries. Illegal activity that puts their citizens or their well being at risk will not be tolerated. You do the proper paperwork and you get your visas. Cartels put them crying women and children on them front lines to exploit sympathy from Americans. This is a latin American problem why those countries are so bad that those vulnerable women and children are in those desperate situations in the first place? Why is their police/ government not protecting them????

Biggest obstacle for Indians is lack of respect for foreign land laws. For last 6 decades one can easily witness how careless and carefree Indians live in their own country. Small things from traffic rule followings, bribery, cheating anyone and everyone who is not alert or crook. Their ill actions from very young age onwards speak much louder than their worthless words. Ms.Sharma you have glossed over issue of illegal migrants creating challenges for popular western countries! We Indians can not demand visa free or easy visa travel just based on economic rise! There is much more to it...try to put out a well researched paper! Sensationalism does not serve the cause of our countrymen!

You need to explore the fraudulent ones too and not just blame other country's visa process which is the same for people from non-indian origins. The actual issue is much more complex. More foreign workers can destabilize and harm their own people's opportunities as well. May be we should explore why indians are trying to leave india so badly and address those problems first.

Indians are peddled this dream that everything outside is a heaven since early childhood. They see pictures of skyscrapers in Manhattan, London and Frankfurt and think everyone is living like that outside. These people are further brainwashed by immigration agencies and disguised human traffickers to put lakhs or even crores on the line for just going outside. They sell their lands, properties and other assets just to be able to go out pursuing a misleading dream.\n\nThis is a problem especially in states like Punjab, Gujarat, Telangana, Andhra and Kerala, where most of the people still believe that it's better living outside than inside. These are not people who don't have anything in India but rather well-to-do families that have homes and assets and families in the country. \n\nThen comes the added Western bias and negative media image through propaganda. \n\nIndia has much work to do - if the country keeps complaining, nothing will get done.

I sympathize and relate to this situation so much. I will always love my home and native land, but I don’t miss the struggle of living there. I had a good job, but everything I made went to the cost of living and I had very little left over to do anything worthwhile. I left in 2019 and it’s even more desperate there now after the COVID pandemic. I miss Canada, but I don’t miss the struggle. I hope you are all doing well and living happy lives wherever you are ♥️

Thank you for bringing this to the forefront. Also, I think what is equally if not more damaging is that our experience of Indians is that they cheat. Whether a driving school, moving company or other business, they are well known to bypass regulations and swindle Canadians. Demanding overcharges at the time of delivery etc. If there is a scam running, they are involved. In about 2004 almost every Indian real estate agent in Alberta had their license pulled because they were proven to be involved in mortgage fraud on a massive scale. Not to mention we can no longer enjoy peace and quiet in our own homes without having some Indian calling us from India, trying to plant viruses on our computer, steal our life savings, or otherwise do as much damage to Canadians as they can. If there is a way to cheat the government or cheat on immigration, they will have their hand in it. I will not even talk to an Indian on the phone anymore - period! As a general rule, Canadians have learned that they can't be trusted.

American's are not well liked around the world. I have been to a few countries and when I'm asked if I'm American, I tell them I'm Canadian. Their attitudes change toward me immediately. Until then, they don't really give much respect or treat me very well. This is very unfortunate and says a lot about American's.

Well, Australia has high sky property values, is very similar to Canada but doesn't have Trudeau. Yet the property values are sky high.\n\nSame is for Healthcare: compare UK or France. These countries don't have Trudeau but their Healthcare has deteriorated since COVID.

Born and raised in Canada. Grew up believing anyone could do well here if you apply yourself as an average person. Household income was higher then the USA and for the most part 'middle class life' was pretty attainable. Now I've had some bumps along the way that has nothing to do with this to set me back, but today I look at the 'make a life market' and the opportunities are none. You either own a home and are doing well, or your a renter going backwards every year because of inflation and the brain drain. Entrepreneurs have left the country. We as a country have not done much since the 1980's. We stagnated in The Boomers success and never made a future for their children. Then in the past few years, we have rampant immigration to add to the fire. Canada, for a lack of words is a Dumpster Fire. DON'T MOVE HERE!

We emigrated from Europe as a family to Canada 12 years ago. I felt cheated. Nothing in Canada was better than the country we came from, in fact it was much worse. It completely disrupted our lives. I got a very strong and uncontrollable feeling that Canada would turn out very badly for our family. After a year we went back to our own country and since then we have been doing very well again. It was a great adventure in which our dreams were shattered. I could write a book about it.

Why is it that the United States, Europe and maybe Canada are so much against Migrants? Virtually every person in Canada is an Immigrant from Europe! Virtually everyone in the United States is an Immigrant from Europe or forced into Slavery from Africa as well as the Chinese Immigrants who helped build the railroads. Just look at Toronto for example. The Chinese don't move to Brampton, and the Egyptians don't move to Unionville. You are mostly talking about the big cities. I will bet that things haven't changed that much is your small town in Saskatchewan. Too many people are gravitating to the large cities. The wealth of our nation was built with our farms, mines, forests, etc. Trades people and farmers built this country. Too many people want to sit on their ass in front of a computer instead of getting busy. For those immigrants who can't make a living in Canada, it is time to go home. Some who have the skills and attitude will do well. Other won't. We need successful people, not another user of the food banks. The author of this video, seems to have had enough money to travel to 50 countries! How many countries allow you to earn enough to have kind of opportunity. Why don't you stay on the farm?

My husband and I are engineers from the US and Mexico and have lived in Germany for 15 years. Both speak fluent German and have raised three kids here. Yes, many people are racist. But if you learn the language well it’s not that hard to integrate and then things get much better. Germans can be the best friends you’ve ever had, much better than superficial Americans, but it can be hard to break through the shell. We have always loved it here. But to be honest with the steadily declining economy, massive scarcity in housing, and no salary increases in years, we are considering leaving as well. The outlook isn’t good for the Automotive industry and we could make double or triple the salary elsewhere. It would be very difficult to pull up our roots now gs better get better quick or we won’t stay much longer.

Come to Surrey BC! I've lived here all my life, and live about 7km's from the house I was brought home as a baby, so I've never left this city, and I, like that gentleman and lady you talked to, often feel like I am the only Caucasian in Surrey! Go by any elementary school, and you'd find it difficult to see any hair colour than straight black! Like when I went to school, so many now are driven to school by parents or grandparents that where brought over to Canada as well, so traffic around schools very often is chaotic at best! The once peaceful sound of birds singing, is now taken up with sirens, from ambulance and fire trucks, it's hideous! I too would love to move, but we keep asking, 'where'...as we'd like to be in an area with just caucasians, to feel 'at home' again! It's not that I don't like the people, but most in Surrey, are much more well off than the average Canadian, driving high end cars, and even their teenage kids have high end vehicles. So, like many Canadians, I'd just like to see normalcy & common sense once again, and a complete end to immigration, until ALL of our crisis's are taken care of!

What people don't understand is that you can't just start a process in any country unless you have and meet the grounds for starting a process. Each process has its own regulations. Example: For asylum to take place, you have to prove you have a well founded fear of persecution from your home country due to your race, religion, or political opinion. Most of the illegals claiming asylum base on economic hardship, or violence from local gangs, will not win an asylum case. Wanting a better life for your family is not considered valid grounds. The same with legal status: You have to first become a resident which means you have to be petitioned by an immediate family member ( A Parent or sibling with a legal status in the US). Depending who petitioned you, it can be a very lengthy process, up to 26 yrs if your sibling submitted the application! Process is much faster for spouses and kids of US Citizens. Only after several years as a legal resident can you apply for Citizenship. Spouses married to US Citizens is 3 yrs, IF you know english. If you don't you might have to wait till you are 65, when you qualify for the test to be in your native language, but only if you have been a resident more than 20 yrs and so forth. As you can see doing it legally, is a lengthy process, but all these caravans think they can just march in and let the countries accept them without going thru the process and it has caused major problems all the way around. That's why the laws must be enforced to eliminate these invasions!

I am a U.S. born Mexican-American. This woman disgusts me. My father was a decorated WWII veteran. He, too, was a U.S. born citizen, as well as my mother. We never had much. One thing they both taught me was to help people who had less than we did. I look mexican, yet when I open my mouth, I don't have the accent my parents had. I have been targeted by random people just minding my business running errands. I have on occasion stuck up for my fellow Hispanic when I have seen them ignored and mistreated. What the f is wrong with this person. Was she not taught anything about empathy and compassion? Isn't she at risk of being deported? The green card can easily be taken away. I am a double hater cant stand Trump and I am a farmer, i dont use immigrants because i just grow crops that can be mechanically harvested and I have a small farm, But in the past I used to manage large farms where we had a lot of immigrants most were illegal and people don't understand why they're illegal It's because there is an arbitrary cap on how many migrants can come from Guatemala and Mexico if they wanted to come legally just a normal worker They have a 60-year waiting list so it's just impossible to come here legally. Most of these people are very hardworking good people that come here to work for 5 to 7 years save up money and then go back to Mexico or Guatemala build a house and start a business in their own country. \n\nThis year i begrudgingly voted for trump because for me the biggest issue is with the federal and state regulations that make farming much harder than it needs to be especially regulations on diesel engine emissions that cost me tens of thousands of dollars a year and many months of not being able to use my equipment that I spend hundreds of thousands of dollars on. And Kamala was the one who enforced the CARB emmisions standards that diesel engine manufactures have to comply with to sell into California which is the biggest consumer of these engines. \n\nLike right now I have my pickup truck that's been down for 6 months because of emissions problems and so many of the vehicles have emissions problems that the parts to fix it don't even have an ETA because they need to fix so many trucks and I have two other tractors broke down that I can't use all my friends that are farmers have a lot more and dems want to significantly increase emmisions standards in 2026. \n\nYou simply can't grow food at scale without reliable diesel engines There is no alternative The vast majority of food is planted and harvested mechanically in the US The bigger issue with food is not well illegals get deported It is will the diesel engines run to harvest 90% of the calories in plant them. \n\nWe have robots that can milk the cows most of the things that migrants harvest can be harvested mechanically and they are in other parts of the world It's just cheaper to do it with labor once that's not the case it will be mechanized. I would prefer to keep migrants here but give them legal working status if they have productive jobs and they pay tax.

However, the tariffs may as well be a scam to get companies profits as when Trump says 10% on item A, companies are going to raise the cost of item A 12 to 15% or so and blame the cost increase on tariffs. For deportation's, I hope most people realize that many working the fields as low wage labor are very well illegals, but they are hired because they keep food costs low. Raising all prices for the poor Republicans will not be beneficial because prices on goods can increase 15% or more but their employer is certainly not going give them a 15% raise to match the cost of living. So Trump has already made the business environment good for more profits by planning to make life more expensive for everyone so business can absorb the additional profits. Probusiness politicians help businesses make money and that money comes from households and the government. And making the government spend more means the government needs to tax more. But TRump is cutting taxes for the people that have the most money. And Trump raising prices with tariffs justs makes households poorer and business richer. Naturally, the stock market will record highs when all the indicators are that business will be making much greater profits from households when Trump takes office.

It's always.. well... funny?... when rightwing-politicians sketch and communicate simple plans, which sound nice on the paper, but later it turns out that the world is much more complicated than the one-dimensional, simpleminded brains of these politicians. So we have this wildlife eh', and it likes to do this thing that wild life does... and it eats you. Coyotes are one such kind of wildlife. Bears are another. Both are prolific in certain areas, all the way down to the border in some cases. \n\nGranted, coyotes usually aren't a huge problem for us up here, but that's cause we know how to deal with them usually. Bears are another issue, that even we have problems with at times. You'll probably run into a black bear if you run into one. Grizzlies tend to be further north and to the west. You're gone too far somehow if you find Polar bears. \n\nThere are other critters to mention, but they're more active in the summer, like rattle snakes. (Yes, we have them)\n\nOkay, so you got past the border, and you actually somehow managed to survive the winter temps in your trek to some sort of civilization. Now you have to somehow find a place to live. This is of course assuming you decided to try to bypass all our border security of course. You could go to an embassy and declare asylum I guess. Economic indicators say the economy was good. The economy and GDP grew, but the working class didn’t think so. Well, when the number of illegal immigrants per year far exceeds the number of new jobs per year, then the wages of the working class people will not keep up with inflation. Under Biden, the new jobs each year was an average of 1.2 million, but the number of illegal immigrants coming in looking for jobs was over 2 million people.
