When she started with 'we need to take our country' back, I began to think she meant Mexican-Americans need to take back their country that was originally part of Mexico but was taken from them by the United States. eg Texas and other border states. Then you need permission from the RTB to send them to collections, which can then take months if ever, to get the money back.
