Except trapped in a human body that we vicariously live our Luddite fantasy through in glimpses. What if this culture is one generation away from producing a mind like Albert Einstein’s, or skill like Leonardo Da Vinci? Or what if they simply want to have a simple life without high childbirth mortality, and starvation.

Many of the facts were some % wrong. Although I love India and happily worked in India for almost decade, but lifestyle and personal life is better in Canada, because in India big business tycoon says people should work for 15-18 hrs. Personal life put on shit. It’s not easy to settle here easily and definitely have to struggle a lot, and that is same in India if u are builting things by your own and not on with family support. Homeless people are being provided with proper shelters and money in Canada, but being druggist they don’t live there. Skilled people here are not struggling much, but if u go in comfort zone and continue with basic jobs, u eventually will struggle. People don’t wna go to distance city, hence all problems.

Also I second that as a Canadian I really love and enjoy American people. Anytime I visit USA I feel so welcomed, they are always so kind, joyful, generous and hospitable. Honestly I don’t know why they get such a bad rep like I don’t have one bad thing to say about any Americans I’ve interacted with.

My family are Central American immigrants. The vast majority of them have been blue collar hard working people that helped shape what we live in today. I am first generation born Canadian coming from this blue collar family of hard working immigrants that earned their Canadian citizenship. I think most of us who have immigrant family from anywhere have seen this. I cannot necessarily say I’ve seen this type of work or drive to contribute from the Indians that immigrate to Canada. Yes there are some who really contribute, but that should be the norm not the exception. I don’t have anything against them, I just really wished Canada would be more diligent on who they let in and how many they let in. This is the result of just opening the flood gates. Canada has always been multicultural, but you gotta earn your keeps.

Germany is enroute, but I'd say Germany has a slightly more right to do this since they didnt charge tuition fees for a looooong time. The taxpayers paid the fees. But when the students turned into taxpayers, we have paid a lot for the economy as well making sure the homeless, and unemployed germans get home and money per month. So, I 'd say Germany is enroute now to follow Canadian model just lagging behind by a few years.

I was just saying to a friend recently Indians have degraded the standards of everything, including the banks, the food industry, and everything they can put their hands on. Cibc and Scotiabank used to be open on the weekends now you can't even go there to do businesses all becuase they have degraded the standards of the banks ihop food is way below standards the only things they are doing right is building decent houses. Rubbish video and info i earn 50k a year and got approved loan of 4 lakh . You can buy a condo in 3 to 4 lakh , and treatment waiting list according to priority if its really urgent the no needs to wait . I have been in Canada for past 10 years. Life have changed a lot since then. Standard of living has come down. Rent and mortgages increased. Job lay offs. Higher grocery rates and everything have gone up. It’s so hard to survive here. I had a severe sprain in my knee and I could not walk at all. I got MRI appointment 1 year after I went to doctor. This was the worst thing I experienced. My daughter was born very micro premature, doctors took good care of her and she survived here in Canada. We paid 0 dollars. In India the treatment would have costed close to 1 crore or I can say there is no specialized treatments in India for such micro premature babies. I’m thankful to Canada in this case. I have seen best and worst. So I’m neutral here. But I strongly suggest students not to come to Canada at this moment. This country does not have enough jobs, no proper education, no standard of living now

Waiting times for HC sucks thats true.\n2. Housing crisis true. same situation everywhere not just in Canada.\n3. Medical expenses not covered??? Provincial HC covers the most. Rest is covered by insurance by employers. opt for it and there will be no problems for the expenses then.\n4. Never heard or seen a immigrant getting deported unless individual has done some thing wrong.\n5. Cons- im earning 1778$ biweekly and i get 1415 only in bank account. 20.50% High tax\n\n2. If you are sick, you need to go to medical clinic where you will wait hours , then docter will ask you for eg blood test, for that you will book appointment with life-lab , they will give you appointment after 5 days, after appointment, your results will will be sent to the doctor and then after you need to make another appointment with doctor to discuss results. The fever treatment takes about 15 days to know the cause ??\n\nPay 3X more fees than domestic students\n\nIf somebody stealing from your store police will come late like 2/3 hours than in case they are able to catch the person they will release them. You cant stop them from stealing \n\n4. If you are doing self defence, you can only hit them in the same amount he hit you, if 1% you hit more like slapped two time where the homeless/drugee slapped only one time, you will be charged with criminal case. \n\n4. Toronto police is saying you must leave your car keys in front of your door so thief can easily steal.\n\n5. If you call ambulance they will charge you 150$ even in emergency

Let me tell you about my healthcare experience. My girlfriend got hurt in the head at her work and we went to hospital just to make sure if it is alright and nothing serious had happened. Sounds alright if you are in India. Here in Canada, little did we know, in the emergency ward there was only one doctor, treating on severity basis and it was taking more 6hrs just to wait there in the room to even meet the doctor. And people of Canada says it is normal waiting times. I swear to god this came from a guy who was sitting in front of us in the waiting room of emergency ward in a hospital patient’s robe ? with a dripper attached on his left hand! I truly missed Indian healthcare at that time….

This video is exclusively for students and people who are going without any research. I was on temp visa and got PR in a year. Dru*s is a problem every big city in US too. Would you say the same for US too ? Yes, Canada isn't able to take load of more people and policies aren't evolving but showing the videos of particular places and calling the whole country horrible, is same as showing population and poverty problems in india calling it poor country. Healthcare is problematic because there are not many people qualified to do jobs. In the end. if you hate struggle, tough life, foreign countries are no place cos you are starting from zero. Leaving comfort zone and moving out is always challenging. Those who moved out earned good money and came back to India are happier now cos they have the money to function in india and international exposure. It depends where you are in life now and what you are leaving behind. Indian universities are great, and studies are top-notch. However unemployment is still big issue. Do your research, evaluate your options and take a call. And if it didn't work out you can always go back.

I’m also from Canada, everything stated is very true. Education is not that great as compared to what fees we pay, think again before coming. Job currently isn’t available. Part time is also hard. In part time, you will earn to complete your housing and accommodation allowance but will not able to collect for your college fees. Just count it yourself, $17.5 per hour is minimum wage and for 24 hours per week. Also minus taxes from it. If you are planning somewhere near Toronto or Vancouver, please stay way. You can try going New Brunswick either. It’s cheaper as compared.\n\nHowever, did you notice something about all the commonwealth countries, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, UK, etc etc. they all are facing the same problem. So, hold on your horses. Research before going. People do go different countries, might be Japan, and other countries. Don’t ask a barber if I need a haircut, similar don’t ask a consultant if I can go to Canada or Australia. They will always say Yes!

Canada is the most beautiful country in the world that’s its usp , again we Indians can learn something from Canada is the way they preserved their nature that is remarkable that gives them good oxygen rich air , water and hygiene that Indian people are far away or never witnessed in their life. We don’t have any greenery in our country we really need to work on improving that but neither the people nor the government is interested in making good changes or even have such idea in head ! Along with that Canada has strong tax system you really get tax return as well as strong labour protection act that guards its resident from exploitation and employees can sue the employer if exploitation is provable on table with facts. India doesn’t have any strong labour protection body this results even in corporate jobs you have to work more than 8 hours and no OT , plus Canada has EI (employment insurance) so that means is , if you loose your job for any reason you will get government assistance to help to pay your bills till you find your next job. Plus disability benefits , food banks , freedom to live your life the way you want, you can eat what you want, religion based stupidity doesn’t exist in that country. So yes it’s true I don’t like the Canadian PM either but overall Canada is really good country and we Indians can learn atleast some good things they carry and adapt to our country and make India bit better place to live. The moment some says truth we Indians start bashing and may say go to Canada but we don’t realize our own problems and don’t wanna work.
