Biden and Harris could pardon all illegal immigrants and then Trump's plan is over.

Once you move inside America, you want American politicians to care about people inside America rather than people outside America. The politician's first duty is towards his/her citizens. You cannot have homeless Americans while illegal immigrants are being put up in hotels. \nThe real question is, does the USA need more unskilled people, whose primary contribution is manual labor? More and more jobs are going to be lost to AI/Robotics. Think of the scenario where you will have vast swathes of the population unemployed or underemployed. Is that desirable? Think of the chaos that will cause. More doctors and scientists are always welcome to immigrate anytime, and such folks all do so legally. \nThere are enough people already in America to do what needs to be done. We need to first build infrastructure using existing citizens to enable the next wave of immigrants (several years later) to move here. You just cannot have more and more people put more pressure on an already crumbling and ageing infrastructure, driving up rents for low-income Americans.

I'm for Democrats. However, I don't understand why illegal migration is supported by CNN. I mean why do we even have a law that calls them illegal immigrants if the law isn't being enforced?

This guy is clueless. INS already places holders on illegal immigrants who committed violent crimes, and then deports them upon the end of their sentence. Is Trump going to take them out of prison, and release them back to their native country. And what if the host country does not take back the criminal? Educated people tend to have fewer children. Uneducated people will have more children, will be more economically oppressed, and are less aware of their rights as citizens.

Economic indicators say the economy was good. The economy and GDP grew, but the working class didn’t think so. Well, when the number of illegal immigrants per year far exceeds the number of new jobs per year, then the wages of the working class people will not keep up with inflation. Under Biden, the new jobs each year was an average of 1.2 million, but the number of illegal immigrants coming in looking for jobs was over 2 million people. For comparison, under Obama illegal immigration was just 300-400K per year. So as you can now see, the border crisis was a much bigger issue than the Democrats cared to admit.

Democrats don’t see the irony of being self described humanitarians and then crying “but we won’t be able to exploit illegal immigrant farm workers and prices are going to go up!” lol.

Regardless of how you feel about illegal immigrants, mass deportations will result in 1. An increase in prices, especially food, considering many if not mostworkers in agriculture are illegals 2. A contracting economy overall, considering illegal immigrants spend money on the economy. Reducing the population by 15 million will result in a recession.

I'm an immigrant, and here is my opinion: If something is illegal, then it should be prevented and fixed. If someone breaks the law, there must be consequences. If you don't like it and you want undocumented or illegal immigrants for any reason like economy or humanity, then change the law. But the law should always be abided by and enforced. You make a legal procedure and admit immigrants based on the needs of the country and the applicants' merits. And of course, some percentage for the refugees whose life is in danger.

Illegal immigrants can do the right thing and start leaving now. And everyone responsible for allowing them in needs to pay restitution back to the American people

Why are democratic governors and mayors trying to keep illegal immigrants, who have committed violent crimes against American women ,children and men from being deported? Why do they want these people to stay and continue to commit crimes against American citizens? Why continue to destroy America?

The drive company Lyft has lots of illegal immigrants driving for them. From Mexico and Venezuela. They're driving GMC Traverse SUV's, and BMW's and don't speak a lick of English. I know this because I asked them.\nRight here in Houston Texas.

This is a massive task and in my opinion impossible to achieve. Way more difficult than had the wall been built 40 years ago and proper controls been implemented. You can get it done now and that could lower illegal immigration to as close to zero as practically possible. But the 15+ millions unaccounted for are likely here to stay.
