Toronto is literally a drug infested crime ridden menace of a place. There are shootings every month. Public transit is so poorly planned. Homeless everywhere. Car thefts are common and catch and release protocol for thieves only make it worse. Montreal is the only good city imo but it has its own problems with French racism and lack of jobs.

Not just Brampton but they’re even starting to invade all the small towns everywhere. I’m planning on leaving Canada in a few years if this is how it’s going to become. Pay insane taxes just so our politicians can spend it on other countries and people instead of their own citizens. They said i just have to pay 150k Indian rupees ( around $1900 USD). Found out later canadian government have tie ups with these agents in india and are attracting young indians to move to canada under 6 months on PR by selling huge Canadian dreams filled luxury houses, cars and all that nonsense. Believe me canada is the easiest country to move from India and the cheapest one too. I'm glad i rejected to move to canada everytime they pitch me those ideas. So please do not hate indians. Even they're being duped by these agents and canadian government.

Where were you so called Canadians when covid 19 hit. Oh! I remember you guys were chilling out on government benefits. \n\nInternational students and workers were the ones who kicked the ass off at sales and service sectors. Without worrying about covid they worked at every job. The jobs where Canadian resigned. Canada can change any rules that it wants but they are saying that this was done overnight and they basically had to change years of planning and effort now.

We came to Canada 5 years ago, through Student Visa ( Masters) , wanted my kids to learn english too, the pandemic hit and borders closed. Plan was return. During pandemic we had to change our visa and got the PR and got good jobs,. Met great people and decided to stay because is nice for my children. What I have to say is: there is wayyy too many Indians, we didnt want to do any school work with them, we dont want to work with them, we dont want to live in their neighborhood. ( its weird to admit it), at this point, we dont want to go to Walmart, is just their irresponsible attitude everywhere , also descendents of India (2 and 3 generarion) that I met are shocked and upset with soo many and the elementary schools are packed full portables. There is no balance. Their culture will dominate in 100 years from now. This is how immigration works. The outcomes will be seen later and will change Canadian Culture forever.

This lack of foresight and long-term planning will not aid the relationship going forward.

Why admit students to diploma courses? Why charge $50,000 to them for shitty courses? Why make education a business? Why make PR a business? \n\nCanadians are not at fault, nor are students, its the government who brought in 1 MM students in a year without any infrastructure or long term plan.
