The population in Canada is now over 40 million and gowning so it appears that there are some people who don't agree with you. I wish you would have taken a few thousand of those people who are constantly sneaking across the border into Canada with you, as we could certainly do without them. As for health care, it isn't perfect here in Canada, but I would certainly prefer what is available here rather than being one of the 32 million Americans who can't afford medical coverage and, if they suffer a catastrophic medical problem, end up losing everything they own trying and pay the bills and end up living on the street.

My cousin just paid $8,000 ( 6 million naira) for a Visitor's visa to Canada, his agent promised him that his Visitor's visa will be converted to permanent residency within 2 weeks of his arrival which is costing him another $2,000. Immigrated to Canada 15 years ago, and I, too, experienced the problem with Canadian labour experience to get a job in my field even after make some studies here, but in the end, I made it. Finally what made me stay here was not job or making-money opportunities, it was Canadian values, culture, landscapes, less crowded cities, life quality and quietness. I love this country. I like USA to visit though.

Solution: elders teach their grandchildren languages that weren’t erased by genocide and environmental /spiritual cultural practices and lifestyles before they’re gone by paying first people elders and streaming it into all Canadian classrooms so the children can see a future where they’re valued and all Canadian kids can get a full education and learn accurate history. Making canoes, baskets, sacred ceremonies, food growing (that they taught to pilgrims so they’d survive here), etc. No, I’m not indigenous. I’m an immigrant like all but the first people. They’ve an amazing culture that’s been all but lost . When we don’t see ourselves represented in any media, any careers, and start our lives in extended poverty based on our race, and all that was taken still today, it’s no wonder the teen suicide rate for indigenous youth is more than double / triple all non - indigenous youth. She told me Canada was sold to people in her country of origin as a ‘multicultural’ safe haven without extreme racism still prevalent today and within our history. \n\nI’m ashamed of Canadian government promises for over 100 years that aren’t fulfilled. All children deserve healthy drinking Water and an education. Period. Especially, the ambassadors of this amazing land that they see as themselves without separation. That’s accurate. While driving to Alaska I picked up a crying ww who was stranded about 20 miles away from home. She seemed to be a nice lady until we went over a hill and was immediately passed by a police officer going in the opposite direction. He looked at me (in a new white firebird) then at her and put on his lights. I warned her the police will turn around and stop us because he saw her. She didn’t believe me so I instructed her to simply observe. We both looked at the speedometer, 61! He turned around and came up behind us. I pulled over and he walked to the drivers window and asked HER if she was ok? She stated yes. He rudely asked for my license and registration and stating I was doing 70 in a 60. She attempted to defend me but he ordered her to be quiet. Her mouth dropped. I informed him I was at 60 but didn’t know the road would drop. He wrote me a ticket. I scribbled my name, he tore the ticket off the pad and threw it in the car. Asked her if she’s sure she was ok? She said yes and he walked away. She was clearly saddened and offered me dinner once she got home. She kept apologizing and I stated we live this way everyday and I’m use to it. Thanks for the offer but I’m on my way to work. At least he didn’t take my car. She started crying. I informed her she didn’t do it so not to worry, just learn from the experience. I left Canada and later was notified at my address in California I had a warrant for an unpaid speeding ticket, then later notified I was banned from Canada for carrying an illegal firearm. I imagined what could’ve happened if I was alone. Stay out of Canada! The system seems to be the same as America.
