I have been working with immigrants in Ontario for 22 years. I have come to realize immigration is a racket to benefit the corporations and banks. Canada uses immigrants for cheap labour and to raise price of housing so property owners get richer. I will give you an example from my caseload to give you an idea of how bad its here now. I had two Ukranian families return to Ukraine!!! yes, you heard it right. They were doing so bad here they chose to return to Ukraine, a country at war. Please before you come to Canada, do your homework, think twice. My recommendation to you from my experience is please reconsider your decision to come to Canada at this time.

Come on people, what happened to us as human?! Why can’t we treat people with respect and dignity. He is just doing his job and tying to provide for his family. Be kind to people because the table could turn at any point of your life time!

I am in the top 15% of earners. I couldn't afford to buy my house today. Same house I bought 18 years ago while I was making half of what i make now and I was the only earner in my family. I have money left every year , but I can't buy anything anymore. My kids will NEVER own a home unless something changes .

I'm Indian but not born in India for 3 generations and even in my country, the Indian/Paki immigrants are just coming in droves. There's a distinct culture difference. It's like 10 or 15 years ago, the Indian government opened the gates and said OK, you can go now... And off they all went to every part of the world ??\nFrom a financial perspective, it's definitely not good for the economy, cos they milk the system, don't pay taxes and send money out of the country back to India.\nIndian people though are not generally dangerous though or drug dealers, definitely not like some of the black countries like Nigeria where many will go to a new country specifically to do crime. Somalian people on their other hand are family oriented and get involved in business, not crime.\nHowever, uncontrolled immigration places a huge strain on the system.\nIn this video though, why are the white people involved in drugs. i am in a college in a small town in Ontario and in my class we have 54 students and only 4 not including me are local students and the rest basically 90% are indian and the rest nepali from Philippines and some African countries and i moved here from usa with my family in 2015 and even up till 2019 canada was livable and now its not its impossible my plan is when i graduate i will move back to usa or some cheap country like Mexico Thailand and work remotely i am not against immigration but the path this country is going in accepting crazy amounts of student visa is wild also i feel some what bad for some of these students they get sold on a lie being canada is affordable they can find job easily and live comfortable but at the same time these students should do their research and its nothing but a infinite money maker for collages but at the same time they are kind of forced to do so to make money cause here in Ontario ford cut budgets for collages

I was in the emergency room a while back. The entire thing was full of Indians with their elderly parents and families. It took me 7 hours to get in to see a doctor. I was also on a wait list for 9 months for a heart scan.

I have family in Toronto, and they've told me how difficult it was to evict some Indians who rented units in the buildings they own. They absolutely wrecked their units, turned them into pigsties.

It's funny on a Travel Group on Facebook. There was an Indian complaining that no one would talk to their family in Cancun.\nPeople were telling them they have to be more outgoing in smile more to engage other people and cultures a sudden instead of letting this person get away with their made-up racism in their head.\nI was on vacation I heard a young Indian couple talking but they were bragging and bragging about a low-level job and how they were going to get rid of employees and it was just a turn off to even listen too, because they're trying too hard to be relevant around people because they work at Wayfair ?!

Arabs also have their families, country, business, ethics, social responsibilities.Ofcourse arabs have given employment to them, how much they can extend themselves

These Indians immigrants come legally not illegally. Indians in Brampton are the ones who are highly educated or running Buisness, . Not to mention their strong family unit . meanwhile the white Canadians are high on drugs and relying on gov support. you should review this video theres alot of biases and extreme right wing views, the problem is the polititions who are in with the colleges. there is a great housing crisis here and the blame goes to the closed minds and manipulative medias that make it seem like its a livable and affordable place. It is all Trudeau's fault he allowed all this immigration . I am myself immigrant but when in the 5 latest years 87% of your immigrations is one nationality only, there is a problem. When they do not integrate buy all tge house we can not afford and live 5 families in them this is bad political décisions that bought Canada to the point of no return and the economy and housing in the whole.

Do to this I moved outta Brampton after being there 45 yrs. Had to leave family and moved to our island of snow to keep them away

As a Canadian I don’t want to move to another country. I’m happy here but I have my house, my family, my job… I travel a lot, but home is here. My kids are young and I hope that in 15 years things will change for better. I love this country too much, with all the problems

I came in the 80s to canada as a landed immigrant which is equivalent to a PR now. Life was much easier for newcomers then to start. Jobs were readily available and with a good command of the English language and a broader mind to accept other cultures and people i felt the adaptation was good. As for the struggles i had lots of patience and didn't mind doing my own chores. Cook clean at home and work in a 9 to 5 office job. I even volunteered as a Sunday school teacher to young children. I also kept my hobby as an artist. It depends on ones courage and patience and ability to adapt in a foreign country. Canada was the best decision i took for me and my family especially my children who graduated here.yes now i am retired over 60 and yes i do spend time abroad including india while it snows here? after covid and the ongoing wars and the recession around the world life is not the same in any part of the world. You have to make the best decision for your particular situation you are in. I never regretted coming to Canada ??.

BUT just why is Brampton so indian. Its because 25 30 years back, new arrived non whites couldn't get a job or rental in majority of other smaller cities. I know, I was one of them and know 3 other families who moved here from even nearby places like Markham, Orangeville, Guelph etc. This embarrassing but inconvenient true was notably from this show

They have a formula: buy a franchise(subway), buy a house, sponsee young people by giving them housing and a job and then keep doing it over and over. The family across the street does it. They have moved to Brampton and own 3 (million + dollar)homes in Brampton and the immigration machine is still working in the house across the street.\nThe new immigrants have to pay their sponsee and work it off at the franchise. The people we know are good people but this could easily turn into slavery.

Country need stable families with children to stop the influx ??

Not too far from me is a shelter. Once a gigantic Toronto Hydro building now just a gigantic building that houses immigrants.The immigrants in this shelter all originating from Africa. I have yet to see, white, asian or brown exit this building. It houses both women and men. No families with kids..that ive noticed yet. They seem to be treated very well. Everyone looks happy, healthy and full. They enter and exit freely and usually have their best clothes on like they are about to go to church. Food is is delivered to them everyday. Fully cooked meals ready to be eaten.. and im sure brought in multiple times a day. Incredibly gross of Canada

20yrs ago families moved to Brampton for cheaper home ownership. Then expectation's of cheaper rent and too many immigrants ruined Brampton

White Brampton millennial resident who grew up in 99.9% white East Coast here- this video does not provide an accurate representation of the entire city. It shows a tiny sliver. Brampton’s crime levels are lower than most other GTA cities. I feel safer here as a single woman than any other city I’ve lived in. There are Indians calling back home to their families in India in the middle often the night and they often go outside so as to avoid disrupting the sleeping members of their household. This makes me feel very safe bc I know there are normal ppl out late at night and it dissuades criminals. For the population size of Brampton, the homeless population is very low. There are folks who do sit in front of that church - tho it’s not at all dangerous like you said. There is a homeless enclave hidden in the woods behind a shopping plaza too. I see almost no homeless ppl. The biggest problem about Brampton and other suburbs of the GTA is that there are many scammers. They scammed their way into buying homes with fake T4s. They scam the CRA by not claiming their rental income so they tax evade. They use all this extra money to buy more homes which they rent out and fraudulently put them under their family members names to avoid designating them as investment properties meaning they don’t have to pay capital gains tax when they sell. T

I hate the self-defence laws here the most...I could be charged with murder for killing someone invading my home, trying to steal from and hurt my family? That is laughable. Canada is the epitome of politically correct culture and I wanna stay waaaaay far away from that

On top of that they breed 8-10 children, 1 person works in a family unit, collect government assistance and speak no to little English.

You're free to judge but I have not seen any Indian/ Asian/ Latino immigrant homeless. Indians bring high skill in IT, banking and medicine which Canada desperately needs. Latino/ European ethnic immigrants also work very hard (construction/ farms etc.) and support their families and children. These basic skills keeps Canada running. Immigrant children are the highest number of graduate degree holders. Students line up in hundreds because they are willing to work and make a mark. They stand in freezing weather for hours just to try their luck. That's dedication. The only homeless I have seen are Canadians/ Native Americans even when the govt. pays millions in welfare and development programs to get their life back on track. Also, all these immigrants pay thousands of dollars to come to Canada (Visa fees, plane tickets, moving expenses) so that they can pay taxes to Canadians. Why are you crying all the time just they are not into cold pasta?

I understand. I'm going back to Europe after 17 years!! I'm a certified teacher with a brilliant teaching career in Europe and I cannot teach here. Everything is so expensive and I cannot make it anymore. I agree, it's just very sad, it's our life, our dream. I came to Canada with a lot of love and with the willingness to give all my heart, potential, abilities and skills. I cannot make it anymore...my soul and heart are slowly dying. I'm 55, I cannot end my life working two or more jobs and moving every two to four years because landlords keep kicking out of the house old tenants because they raise the rents. Over $3000 a month. Who can afford that? I'm a single mom. Buying a house is impossible as well...\nSo I'm going back to my country. I'm packing my 17 years of life in a few suitcases in one hand, and my son on the other hand. My heart feels heavy and abundant tears are falling off my eyes, but I'm sure that we are going toward a brighter future and surrounded with the love of family and friends.

Hey I’m Canadian and I feel bad new comers coming here looking to realize a better life when the reality of that matter the things they can access and freedoms they can have will be limited. There’s a serious medical access and to find a family doctor or wait 12 hours at the hospital. Also when people are professionals like engineers or doctors they have to start from scratch that’s amazing how many doctors or other high level professionals I met as a waiter, taxi driver, working min wage in a store…Oh boy the insane proportions of the housing is ridiculous to say the least. There’s people with 9-5 making 50k at the food banks, now low income people make less wayyy less. So I think they are even turning away international students. It’s quite unfortunate and not realistic. I live in Montreal. You know to know french here Quebec french. Well the increase in crime is because people are getting desperate and are in poverty and desperate. What n unfortunate situation.

I live in a majority Punjab community that also houses a lot of people from Africa and South East Asia. It also contains a lot of drug addicts and homeless people, mostly white. What I see is non-white people who have grown up during a period of time in which a serious effort was made to destroy the family, the church, patriotism etc. Conservative values essentially. On the other side is a group that has largely maintained their religion, social norms, work ethic etc. and is OBVIOUSLY so much better off, so much more productive and happier. There is a real lesson to be learned here if we have the wisdom to see it. Btw, I am white and I really enjoy living here but it is not hard to see that things could become very difficult if there were, for example, a major rise in unemployment.
