It is the Canadian government that makes Canada sound like we are welcoming to all immigrants. That is not the stance of many citizens that own the government. It's like going to work and your boss paying you to tell him or her how to run their business. Canada is a pretend democracy that has governments who work toward their own agendas. They are a globalist bunch that spend your tax money on everything accept real Canadians.

Over 7 minutes to explain that Canada is a big hypocrite. Their officials and citizens tout their liberal leanings publicity to make themselves look good and compassionate but turn around and mess everyone up. One example is this piece about immigration and the other is environment. They boast about supporting causes against global warming but it is Canadian companies that will go to extremes to build oil pipelines disregarding the environment and personal property. It’s is also Canadian mining companies that lobby to reduce protected lands such as national parks in other countries so they can mine it. Canada is like wolves in sheeps clothes.

As a Canadian I feel sad for all the families who cross the border seeking refugee status and don’t get accepted, but at the same time you can’t just come into a country illegally, without proper documentation and with no threat back home and expect to become a citizen.

According to the laws of America TRUMP had the authority to stop immigration from certain countries but the Canadian laws don't give TRUDEAU the power to unilaterally change immigration policy.\nTrudeau believed like OBAMA that the Liberal media and self censorship of the citizens (afraid to speak up and be branded as racists or even lose their jobs) who disagreed with him would allow him to do what he wants.

Its even harder for american citizens to gain duel citizenship. Its a detailed criteria to meet. You must know french and pass canadian history exam.

there is racism and prejudice everywhere. on every level no matter gender, race, religion, culture. etc. no matter where you go. but if these guys take a trip to any of those corrupted third world backwards countries they would see how good they really have it. us foolish americans canadians dont know how good we have it. we are living in the freest country nation and society ever seen in the history of the world. at least our country creates new laws every year to make our people feel safe. but other islamic countries continue following laws made in the 15th century. do you see and appreciate the difference.\n\nsure people will label you based off your skin tone and your demeanor. BUT WHY? because they have had bad history with those that look just like you. i have had REALLY REALLY bad experiences with asians in everything. so i naturally stay away from all asians and i do not trust them. WE NEED TO PUT OUR NATIONS CULTURES first. and thats what we have to teach everyone. we put our canada america pride priority and whatever culture we came from LAST. THATS WHY its best we learn to fix our people in a whole in our country before bringing in anymore foreigners who do not respect our nation. lets stop third world immigration and work on making our country great again. so we can stop all this crime in our neighborhoods. because it hinders our progress. once every race color ethnicity of people are acting right then we will have no prejudice based off color or even gender because everyone is giving everyone respect. but because CRIME IS HIGH in all foreign races, and we continue to disrespect eachother. nobody feels safe anymore. whether your light skinned white or black.

Im a Canadian citizen (born in Toronto) who hasn't lived in Canada for over a decade. I left and declared non-resident status. I visit nearly every summer, spending around $8-10k a trip as well as sending money back to support my parents in Ottawa. I get nothing from Canada, and rightly so. I have to purchase my own health insurance when coming back. That's completely okay with me because I haven't paid into the system for over 10 years. How in the hell is someone who hops over the border with no previous ties to Canada entitled to ANYTHING though? They should be shipped back to their country of origin and duties assessed on any imports from that country should be raised to cover those costs or some other method of recouping that money should happen.

I'll lay it out for you: Me: typical middle of the road liberal oriented Canadian. Non white, immigrant (I wasnt born here) I worked in a Refugee housing for over 4 years in Ontario. Most were not war areas refugees (Yes I know there are other types of refugees). I only encountered few refugees from war areas. ONLY 1 person from Iraq, about 2 families were from Afghanistan, 1 couple from Pakistan(I doubt they were real refugees they spoke fluent English, maybe political refugee), and a most from African countries. Its too far for real refugees to get here. Its Easier for them to go to other countries nearby or Europe. MOST SEEM TO BE ECONOMIC REFUGEES. Most were coming from Africa. Some are coming from Latin America, which shouldn't be happening. Once they showed up at our doorstep and we processed them into the system, they were immediately in the same class as a Canadian resident homeless person if they were making a refugee claim. We get money to house and feed them (from the government), and they are given a stipend for basics from the government processed through the Social Assistance/ Welfare system (they get less than a resident/citizen I think.). They then have to get their case processed by the refugee board, and most seem to get in. I've only heard of few getting sent back. One person I know at our facility, was given a subsided social housing apartment after a year in our facility. So they went straight from a shelter to a government/city owned subsidized apartment. (Didn't seem like it was a issue for the housing worker...they didn't report it (if they were not the ones that helped the person to get it), they were white, the housed person was Latin. This refugee claimant, and then month or two new Canadian resident person was given an apartment in a prime area of the city, instead of the 1000's of Canadians, those who came before them, and born Canadian citizens on an extremely long waiting list. How this was allowed to happen I don't know. The person was probably sucking on someone's straw. I'm just trying to think the barriers these people have to go through to get a job here. We are far removed from the time of the 80's and 90's., and housing and jobs are so hard to get. Lol the "Canadian government asks them to repay the traveling cost to Canada if they are sent back"....I wonder how much the government recoups?.....more like 0 probably. What a bunch of crap. How do you demand someone to repay their flight cost when they get back to their country?

I don't pay tax. I live here. and I am citizen of Canada. I never said I am Canadian. I always said proud to be foreigner. This land belong to INDIAN others all is foreigner.

Why are people calling her racist? Seriously? If you have not gone through the proper process to get your actual Canadian citizenship you are not Canadian. Period. Just because you are being given asylum in a country does not make you a citizen of it. It's amazing seeing Canadians stick up for themselves. Enough has been taken from us. I will agree that the PM is focusing too much on refugees. But that doesn't excuse this behavior. Canadian citizens are Canadian citizens. We're all decedent from immigrants

If he just went through the proper channels in the US he wouldn’t be having these issues in Canada. Now he’s an undocumented and illegal worker in Canada and is taking advantage of the system. Canada does have stricter immigration laws than the States. I’m all fine with Canada accepting immigrants as long as they do it the legal way and go through the due process that the government has put in place. But this guy has pretty much screwed himself over and is taking advantage of the Canadian citizens I feel

All people who do not assimilate must be deported. As well as just stop immigration of Muslims all together. We are at full war. The governments back then were very strict and careful. And did they have as much deaths of terrorism? LEGAL PROPOSITION - DETRIMENTAL CONTENT OF THE QUR'AN\n\nWe demand a full legal inquiry into the validity of allowing the Quran to be printed and imported into Canada. Considering it's anti-democratic ethos and contradictory laws in regards to Canada. The inquiry should take into account the following Islamic permission and compare to Canadian law to deem if the Qur'an and Islam should be permitted to exist in Canada:\nsex-slavery, bigamy, domestic violence, honor killings, killing of apostates, pedophilia. and on the basis of lack of freedom of speech, freedom of conscience, equal rights. The legal inquiry should thoroughly probe the nature of Islam using the written verses of the Quranic hadiths and Islamic commentaries written by clerics and Islam scholars. We demand that if the inquiry concludes that the Islamic agenda violates and threatens our citizen's rights to live freely and safely, then we should seek to ban the Qur'an and Islam permanently from Canada.

Solution-citizens of these countries need to find the courage and clarity to express their disagreements and let their leaders know what they feel, and perhaps remind them who put them in power.
