It is not the immigration policy problem.. It is the quality of people who are being considered for immigration (based only money now a days unlike in the past). In the 70s & 80s it is Ph.Ds, Highly technically qualified people around the world who were given Immigrant visas/citizenship... But these days, all junkies from war torn nations, third world criminals and their children (with money) getting into Canadian universities. Earlier, Universities used to conduct exams at off shore centres and select candidates but now a days it looks like Universities are bankrupt and ready to take in anybody with money thanks to agents of these education institutes( These agents make even a Donkey with money Qualify for university admission !) Those who get into these universities are more interested in all other things except Studies....So Quality immigration is more important than Quantity imigratikn. Hope Canadian Govt will take a critical look into this aspect. We xan not see developed cojntries having this anarchy on the streets on a daily basis.

Biggest question is... Has the Canadian ever been the native, the same goes to the UK and US. So what as long as you're white you're not an immigrant.. Give me a break. If those people come legally and immensely help your economic to build the nation I don't see where's the wrong.

The countries of European nations are being flooded with foreigners, overrunning these nations. Places like England, Germany, France, Netherlands, etc are ethnic wellsprings. Just like Japan, Korea, Vietnam, India, etc, etc. Flooding these wellsprings with other ethnic groups dissolves the ethnic groups (the nations) of those countries. England should be for the English, Japan for the Japanese, Germany for the Germans, etc. If the ruling regime actually cared about respecting different ethnicities/cultures and their existence, if they cared about actual diversity, they'd be opposed to immigration. But instead they are destroying European nations - and places like Japan and South Korea are also in the early stages of this. It's evil. \nAnd as for why Canadians are getting upset is because the ethnic compositions of Canada are changing so fast. So fast. It is becoming like a different country. Why are they doing this to us? It would feel more comfortable if the homelands of European nations were not under this same existential threat, but they are. It's alarming. This is horrific.

why are they not going to africa or asia. only going to Europe because its rich and full of resources and have very good social programs. that why many of them coming to western nation to benefit from our system we put to help out the needy. Brampton crime rates are 30% lower than the national average Violent crimes in Brampton are 27% lower than the national average - Just saying. As one who live next to Brampton, I don't see any issues there. Walking around Brampton is fine.. it was WAY worse in the 80s. The crime rate has been dropping each year over the last 20 years. They could still take people in who are in immediate danger. I mean, sure he's gotta point, but looking at another similar situation in Ukraine where people HAD to leave like elderly people, women and children who weren't in a position to fight the invading Russians, Western nations took in millions of refugees. That's bull. The government has never invested in housing the way they were supposed to be. I don't remember the last time housing was part of election debate. Neither at provincial level nor national level. Immigration is again used at the boogeyman to justify housing problems. Grassroots organizations have been saying for years that we have a housing problem, and since it wasn't a sexy subject for politicians, they never talked or did anything about it.

I would love to come and visit, but not in this disgraceful manner, i would pay my ticket go the embassy to apply for a visa holiday come through the airport legitimately on a sight seeing holiday and return to my own nation once my holiday time is up.

The problems seem to stem from Israel claiming National Security being threatened. But the refugees being forced out of their place has not been a problem for Israel, no not atcall. I like multiculturalism and this country is founded on immigration. But we need to put cap on each country when receiving them so to maintain the balance of good mix.\n\nI get bothered why this guy statistically divide white vs others. In the end this land belongs to the indigenous people none of us. \n\nAnyways, most of my friends from Western Europe, Japan, Korea and Singapore - first world nations, have already moved back after couple of years of living here. Aa a dual citizen myself, I plan on retiring in my other country.\n\nThis country has to realize if they receive massive influx of people- they need to invest and build more infrastructure. Look at Gardiner- it's constantly on construction mode. Hire more surgeons and make better family doctor system. This government only legalized marijuana and brought more problems. Even if you study stats from government subsidized housing, most immigrants work and get out of help but the old immigrants (whites) usually don't flip out of the situation for generations. So there is no reason to tie and blame the Indians for our old problem of homeless population. Stay on point and stop tying it down with non-related issues.

Canada isn't a nation of immigrants at all. Canadians are the descendants of immigrants the same as everyone else on the planet, including the indigenous.
