Those US citizens who did not vote for tRump and we support Canada. My husband is a retired Airborne Ranger who worked cooperatively with military personnel from the UK, Canada, Germany, France, and other democratic countries around the world. We are just sick about how tRump has treated our allies. He is a bully and a draft dodging coward. The dialog between Canada and the US need to come together for a global solution to peace, prosperity and security. Everything is about transactions with this guy. \nThese tarrifs are obviously temporary and Canada needs to speak to Trump on Global issues and yes they need our inports, their cost of food is outrageous. As a European having lived in both Canada and the United States for prolonged times, my view is this: Canadians are basically the same as Americans but with Health Care. They have a common heritage and history and this is like a brother turning evil and hurting its siblings. Trump is smart? I don't think so, he comes across as a low IQ individual born with privileges, heck he has been bankrupt what is it four times? Right now he thinks he is making America Great again but instead he is on a path to bankrupt even the US Economy.
