How times have changed. There were a lot of Indians in tech with me in the 80s in Southern Calif. We had so much fun!! I loved that they were immigrants who already spoke English.

Coffee shops have up to 80 percent of their employees are foreign while Canadians are homeless,jobless and houseless ! Why should Canada welcome foreign graduates when no other country in the world would settle for that ! It is just insulting and disgusting ! Go home and make it better for you at your home ! Can’t recount the stories I heard of Canadian students put on wait lists cause the foreign students had priority ! Just disgusting !

The amount of temporary workers being accepted into the market in last few years is the largest of all years. Large amount of India workers has flooded into to labor market already. On the contrary, the immigration programs plays no efforts to attract investors. The economy phenomenon of Canada now is there are a huge amount of families waiting for jobs, but there’s not enough businesses to support.

Why is it if employer already allowed to recruit and approved LMIA foreign worker still need work permit is just a redundancy. I was born in Canada but my parents came here a while back for a better life almost 25 yrs ago. They immigrated legally, my father was very educated in his field of engineering but redid his education here. Am I apart of this problem? I feel as Canada is my home and I have adopted a lot of the customs, but if I’m disrupting the flow of how the medical system works because of my foreign blood then I might consider finding another country that is already preset for someone like me.
