Americans are our best friends.......Canadians have a bad perception of Americans, and none of its true......great people, and great country & a great culture.......lived in Michigan for 30 years, and enjoyed every minute.......now I have American son and Daughter, and Michigan born grandkids.......love the USA......Canada really blows.....too socialist

Such generalizations. After listening for just one minute I conclude that you found out that lumping everybody into the same basket was stupid but it took you 25 years to find that out. Wow! More people are killed or injured traveling in car than in a mountain bike. There are 50 states in the USA so most statements you make may refer to just one or two states. Canada has 10 provinces and the health care is slightly different in each province. Wait until you have lived in any country for a few years before you can talk authoritatively about it. Canada is a good country to live in so is Australia but even better are some or the northern or western countries in Europe where health care is affordable and good and food is affordable and good. The USA has more millionaires and billionaires and a lot of them are in government. Think about that. Lots of guns and judging by the news quite a few racist cops who never get punished. Think about that too. Bad water in many places; also worth thinking about. There are more lobbyists than there are legislators and they all make money; think about that and ask yourself why.

I'm not from Canada, but I don't like this people to come to western countries to make a living without to get rid of their costumes that are not compatible with ours. Canada sounds identical to Australia except the weather is warm here not cold I think I'd say Canadian people I prefer but than America has everything available which can be a good thing or a bad thing thoughts from melbourne

Canada's cold, expensive & boring. The people here spend 1/3 of their time talking about America and the other 2/3 about hockey and how accepting and 'nice' they are. Our country hates Americans yet they rely on American brands, tv etc. For their livelihood and know more about their political situation than their own. I want to move sooo badly

Probably the only thing i liked about harper. \nHe actually protected Canada from the bad type immigrants (there are good too). \nHe made a law making companies hire Canadians FIRST and if they really cant find someone they can hire immigrants. \nHe also lowered the quota of immigrants coming in every year to a reasonable amount that we can actually handle...\n... I am actually not a harper supported believe it or not and voted for Trudeau but tbh Harper does have some things right. Very few things but yea.

To people who say That Canada is their country\nCanadian themselves are immigrants and they were immigrants once. Attacking natives and taking over their land is something that all Canadians should remember. Original Canadians are Natives.\n\nIf Canada hates Islam so much, why they allow Muslims to enter their country in the first place.\nif you allow religious people to live here, you should bear their religious and cultural practices as well. \n\nYou idiots don't know anything About Islam.just for few groups who were created by the west to ruin Islam's reputation, and for destruction of Muslim countries, You open your dirty mouth and throw out bad words at Islam with what ever dirt you taste. Remember you are in Canada. Its to bad the President of Australia was not here. I like the way she thinks and i hope Harper adapts her ways too. Its truly getting out of control. And we are going to suffer for it.

Blacks arent the problem in canada as much as it is in the US. There was no KKK here. The people that do deserve the knowledge is the Aboriginals. The government treated them bad and so did the churches. They are what the Canadian government should be addressing and not so much the blacks as they are just as equal as a white man in Canada now. Jobs for the government 1 year have to hire more minorities then another year females and what not. I cant speak for what it is like in the US but where I live blacks are treated the same as whites. There are some arabs that think they are the gangsters and hate white peopl for ni reason. I asked them why they hates whites so much and they said its because they are pussys. That aint no damn reason. If you disagree please enlighten me with your knowledge. And if you live in the US dont comment saying you know more because i doubt you were even taught a single thing about canada in school. But if you do know something please teach me.

Speaking as a white man I have to admit I don't quite understand the need for anyone to organize as a race in Canada. First generation clubs from whatever country, sure, but as a race? Is it the elephant in the room... American slavery?  I can't help but think that most perceived problems blacks have in Canada are due to American issues we see in movies and media.\nWe in Canada bend over backwards to offer opportunity to succeed. Even touching on racism is widely and loudly crushed. I personally, as do most, give any individual the opportunities they deserve but it's up to them to screw it up or not. To me, if any minority can't make it in this society they aren't trying.\nIt's actually worse in my mind to be white male in public forums because our views and opinions are marginalized and shouted down. Youtube and the internet are the few forums where honest feelings and opinions can be spoken. No one with anything to lose would say this in public for fear of attacks from the thought police. Pretty sad we live in a free country that actually doesn't allow free speech from all. I guess some are more free than others.\nKeep telling me I'm unfair and bad, when I'm not and I might actually grow resentment and the very prejudice you're complaining about.

This was so disappointing to see. I was considering moving to Canada because in the USA racism and racial profiling is so bad in the south. I am so sad to see that blacks aren't really equal anywhere.

Well, this is bad for the UK. Hopefully we can do something in Canada before it happens as it does in every europe country. Oh wait, it has already started, someone save us :-/
