I’m Canadians as myself everything you said it’s 98% accurate about Canada???. I’m moving out few years agoes out of Canada and so happy indeed living in ?? so much freedom depending wich states you want to live freedom on money , health benefit , outdoors indoors activities etc…Canada it’s an empty country, empty land too cold and depress living and please check the population of Canada only worth one states (Texas)USA population. Canada only need immigrants to build their country and in terms of Govn professions their are very selective and it’s hard to get through if your immigrant unless your a scientist or engineers still yiu need to move to other parts of Canada to get hired . Anyway I’m sorry to brings this up but I’m myself a hard worker working in a nursing field it’s very depressing to live in Canada . Since I’m in ??I’m feeling born again happy easy living lots interesting things to do in US… Happy indeed the best decisions of a lifetime ?❤??????

Leave and go where though? The same things are happening everywhere. The politicians and the media are using divisive rhetoric to get us hating and fighting against one another. We need to smarten up and toughen up and fight back. Running away is rarely a solution to anything.

That would be a sad place to live, because there will come a time when you get older you need something paid for because you can't work sun up to sun down, if most of your money is going to taxes it is hard to get ahead one would have to take some money and pay for land outside of the country to have a place to go one day in order to live, but I thought that place was a part of England rule, maybe that is why taxes are so high.

If you want to leave, by all means, just leave. No need to whine about it. Most European countries, including Canada, have heavy taxes, so it can pay its multiple social services that I'm sure you used (and enjoyed) at one point. Like we say here: you can't have your cake and eat it too. If you want wealth without contributing to society, go back to the developing world, lol.

I have no intention of leaving but everything you guys said is 100% true. There isn’t enough things to do for recreation here. And the places we do have for recreation are hours away. Niagara Falls, canadas wonderland, great wolf lodge, CNE. They’re all in the boonies and you can only get to them if you have a car but even then they’re expensive and you still need to drive 1-2 hours back home. Unless you live close to these establishments going to these places happens 1-2 times in a whole year. It’s really a shame because even though they’re expensive I really love going to these places. If I can change one thing about my country I’d say we need tons more recreation spots. We really just live to work at this point and it’s not fun.

Yes the racism is very high here. \nMany people come here for a better life but that is very hard to find now days in Canada. Governments here, on every level have let Canadians down . They stopped investing in affordable housing. They haven’t provide enough placement for education of medical staff over decades and now we don’t have enough nurses and doctors. \nWe need better educated voters but of course they don’t put enough money into education. It’s seems people prefer voting for bullies rather than people who actually care about the people and the land that feeds us. Jagmeet Singh is s good leader but would Canadians vote in a person of colour with an agenda to actual help the people and the environment, probably not. It really is sad because Canada did provide a lot more for people in the past. I agree with almost everything these lovely ladies say as a person of caribbean decent. The health care system is greatly exaggerated and the overall system is such that the harder you work, the more they take from you. There are no incentives for existing businesses or prospective startups with great ideas ? to implement their plan. They rather move to the states. The boring part I don’t 100 percent agree because I think that that is relative. As people from different places and cultures all over the world, what might be exciting for one group would not be for another and vice versa. So I think that we need to create our own excitement and fun. And this depends on social connections sometimes. All in all, I loved what you 2 lovely ladies shared ????

Great idea to speak out. However, it's the same everywhere. Its a cyclical effect, get paid, pay your bills and if there's extra you save. You need to think how to break out of that and take control of your income. When you're making money and positive impact in your community no one cares if you're black or have accent. Hmnn well said and analysed. Can we then say the future if Nigeria is better than the prospect of Canada. Why do we need to build wealth and vanity. As a kenyan living in the UK for the past 7 yrs ,i came into conclusion that theres something not right about nigerians living abroad, among all africans ive met here in England, its only nigerians that never loves their country compared to other africans, ive met south africans ,cameroonians ghanians ugandans malawians liberians and Gambians all of them are proud of their respective countries and they tend to go back whenever they get the opportunity, i inclusive i do go back to kenya like every december coz i just cant stand being in the UK the entire year without going back home for a couple of weeks ...when it comes to nigerians ive met over here theres something always off, they hate their country sooo much to an extent one told me nigeria is a country in ICU ,some even told me they can set foot in africa but not nigeria..so nigerians tell me wats soo bad about your country that you tend to run away from it, even in my home country kenya there are estates designated for nigerians..Besides i prefer being in UK than in north america coz of the distance i cant imagine being in US or canada coz of the flight hours ,they're sooo far away from my country i love it in the UK coz its closer to home and i dont need connecting flights in most cases when going to kenya.

Canada's Cost of living is Joke compares to here in Sri lanka an Average Srilankan Salary is 200$ per month but 1 liter petrol cost more than 1$ imagine how hard it is live here in Sri lanka not only that we import 90% things foreign Countries so Food,Electronics, etc are unimaginably Expensive for example our Government is adding 300% Tax for Vehicles .even though I'm earning 6000$ per month its still not enough for my needs I have to pay like 60000$ to get Canadian Visa But I don't wanna disrespected by some Racist scumbags I'll do anything against people who disrespected me untill they say sorry to me because to me Respect is Everything in My country we Respect Every one we still have Scumbag Human being they are like less than 1% . your Information is very useful for me I'll never come to Canada I was ready to get the Canadian Visa thank you for saving me

The cost of living  is the money needed to sustain a certain comfort level in a location. The cost of living covers basics like housing, groceries, taxes, and healthcare. Some countries have a very high cost of living particularly in areas surrounding large cities. For example, in the USA cities like New York and San Francisco have a very high cost of living, while areas such as rural Mississippi,  Kansas or Oklahoma  may be notably more affordable . Moreover, no matter where in the U.S. (or the world) one lives, costs may be lower still—or even higher—in another country. Some nations have a very low cost of living. Canada is still one of the world's best countries to live in.

The truth is that if Nigeria doesn’t get better, even the few that said they will return back home will never return. Cos if you plan to come back in your old age, have you forgotten that old age is a time when you desperately need good health care to ensure you live a healthy life? who will provide that good health care if you are in Nigeria? So I tell you people, if this country Nigeria don’t do better, no one will be returning. Cos you can’t work all your life in the US or Canada only to retire to a shit hole country to die, no one will do that. They will Stay back in a developed country to claim and enjoy their retirement benefits. I know their hearts will forever be in Nigeria but their bodies won’t. It’s quite unfortunate.

It’s funny a lot of people are leaving there homeland, and even when they get a good education they never return to help their homeland. Also you complain about the healthcare yet in African countries have the worst healthcare at least you can wait for healthcare while Africa don’t have any proper health care you die waiting. Another thing is that there is racism in every country even between light skin and dark skin African there is racism. Another is that if you go to any other country in the world you still need certification from them. What you all are talking about happens in every country. One of the top issues is being black. Seen as black and identified as black when you leave a predominantly Black Country. \nWhen I watch the various Realestate shows of white people buying property abroad as second home or just packing up and moving. I always say it must be nice! Because the reality is they can see them self almost everywhere unless they choose to go into a remote area then that’s the only exception but even then as long they learn the language and respect the culture they are good they are liked welcomed and even seen as fascinating. Not saying they don’t have to struggle but the colour of their skin is the least! \nAmerica is great if your trying to be self made, be your own business owner, and other random ventures you want to dabble in. But to just go there and be a regular teacher, doctor, lawyer, engineer to the low and middle class you’ll end up with the same financial issues and struggles as a result. You gotta now cater to the rich and famous wealthy people but then it’s back to never being home and not enough time for family. \nThe reality is if we could make the money we make here in North America and Uk back home in in the Caribbean and specific countries in Africa it would be a dream come true and that goes for other communist countries too. You truly have to know what makes you happy. Make money but enjoy life it might mean living below your means even though you can can afford a bit better life style. People do it all the time back home (not because they want to I know) but for some reason when you move abroad a one bedroom for your single self is to small, the car under $24k isn’t good enough, you don’t want your kids to share a room so you need a bigger house and the list goes on and on. \nCanada is boring if your not in a major city with money to spend you know why? Because people forget the population of the entire country of Canada is only a 3rd, 4th, 10th of the population of certain countries that immigrants came from and in the case of the US population it’s 100x more than Canada. So of course there’s more opportunities there. \nAnd finally imagine if more countries didn’t need visas to travel? They really would just come to make money and go back home or live bicoastal. Even just the freedom of travel half of the immigrants would of settled elsewhere before the year was up or go back home.

You started the video with an opinion not a fact. You can In fact gain wealth here. You have access to RRSPs and tax Free Savings accounts to help with Taxea for people earning over 6 figures. No one has tries to take your money, the policies are clear as day. You also have access to the Canadian stock market where they will allow you to keep 50% of your excess and tax the other 50%. Your statement needs way more context and a broader discussion. Stil love the video but we need to state all the facts. You must ask about total cost one by one for student visa and should also ask that if we arrage all kinds of fund which we need like college fee admission fee, 10k doller account and some other expenses after all this struggles can we get student permit 100℅?because visa rejection rate from Pakistan is much higher.

Free healthcare is not free we Canadians have to pay for it and that is one of the reasons why our tax is so high and having this kind of healthcare means it will take you a long time to get treatments done and we have to wait a long time to see a doctor where places like the USA you have to have insurance or pay cash but you get it done quick and don't have to live with pain for a long time but if you are in need of emergency issues right away they will get you in as soon as they can but for non life threatening issues prepare to wait a long time.

Bad things about Saskatchewan:\n-A LOT of snow, A LOT\n- negative 30c is the norm in winter, summer usually plus 25c (It's COLD)\n-housing prices aren't as cheap as the video says... sure you can buy a place for $280,000 :) ...an apartment. \nA new family house made in 2012 costs $550,000, an old one made in 1980 costs $330,000.\n- Not a lot of bang for your buck. Yes, there are jobs in the major cities but the pay isn't so great unless you are a nurse or work in health care. (Best province for upcoming nurses btw) Minimum wage for the win! \n-As I said previously, minimum wage for the win! There are jobs but you don't get paid enough to live without a roommate or almost be constantly broke.\n-Rent is okay. If you DO manage to get a decent paying job, like a teacher, plumber, doctor, etc, rent is cheap.\n-Expensive retirement. Thinking the healthcare is great for seniors? It is. But, get ready to give every last penny to your senior home. A neighbour got a quote from a local seniors home for him and his wife, $65,000 per year (MINIMUM) for the 2 of them. That's how much the old folks home costed.\n-You need a car. If you want to visit outside the major cities, you need a car. In the cities you can survive traffick by bus, but it is better with a car.\n-You can't see northern lights a lot. Not from the cities. You have to go north, north, north, out in the middle of nowhere.\n\nGood things about Saskatchewan: \n-No cougars. Bears and wolves live here, mainly in the north.\n-People are friendly. There isn't as much crime in the 2 major cities, Prince Albert does have a lot though just like the video said, so I'd steer clear of that place.\n-Great education. Good place to raise a family.\n-Great healthcare. Has most covered in universal healthcare I think out of every province. Seniors like to move to Saskatchewan for retirement. It's a great place to retire if you have the money to move.\n-Lots of local stuff to see. A lot of local shops, parks, camp grounds, etc.\n-Rent is cheap. It's cheaper than Vancouver or Toronto.\n-Food prices are alright. Not good, not bad, just okay. Even a poor single mother can buy some food I think.\n-Lots of land. There is lots of flat land here. Not that you could own it all lol But it is pretty to look at.\n\nHighlights/Best people to move here:\n-nurses\n-immigrants for fast food jobs\n-rich seniors\n-rich families (good place to raise a family)\n\nPeople not good to move here:\n-single people\n-poor seniors

People need to stop saying “Canada” if you’re only ever in one place. Just say specifically where you are and talk about that. Gives outsiders a homogeneous feel to Canada when it’s anything but.

We relocated to Pune from Delhi- NCR 5 yrs back, best decision of our life. \nDifference we felt, great weather all year long, no pollution, no water shortage, no electricity issues, amazing education system for kids, lowest crime rate, food.. unbelievable although not as good as Delhi for foodies like us. Job opportunities- unmatched. Even during the pandemic, we had all the support we needed from the government ( yea crazy unbelievable), strict rules about garbage collection as well. One of the Best place to retire and relax.

All Canada not only Vancouver it’s very isolated.\nPeople can’t afford to buy a house because the house marketing is 3 times the price compared to USA. The houses have shitty materials compared to my original country, and you simply can’t built by your own and that’s why every price rises.\nAnother issue you didn’t mention it’s there is no scholarships, it’s incredible expensive to get a proper education like university, and even so, they no offered scholarships. In Mexico almost everyone can reach the opportunity to study to be anything (lawyers, doctors) AND there is why you can get professional services everywhere. Here in Canada the business never have profesional services (like a real Human Resources, who studies for 5 years to be the best influence in a company, or a real engineering taking care of the machines in a plant. Canada only hire the cheap hand to avoid paying and I can understand it, but if more people could study more money moves in the country.\nAnother issue is there is not any public transportation into the cities or provinces, so if you don’t have a car, a driver license (it’s not easy to get one) and pay the super expensive insurance (it’s incredible 10 times more expensive than in Mexico) your can’t move from the place you are. Because of the weather you simply can’t move in a bike.\nPeople live just for pay rent, buy some groceries and buy some pre owned cloths in the thrift store.\nAnother problem it’s many rules to open a small bussines (like selling some food) \nHealth care it’s not exactly free: you need to pay for your prescriptions out of the hospital or if you never been hospitalized. And it’s very expensive to pay for them. You have to wait (to be true emergencies are different, they are good on that) you have to wait like 12-24 months to get an appointment with a specialist (gynecologist, etc) dental is not covered. \n\nExcuse my English I know it’s not very good but I love your video and I had to left my comments

It's an immigrant quota goverment tax scam. They need self sustained educated immigrants to raise tax money for the locals without being a burden for the government. Once in Canada they don't care how you do. As far as technical or high pay occupations they are controlled by unions which make gualifying degree holder immigrants pay exorbitants amounts of money and go though so much red tape that make it almost impossible for them to practice in their field. Their degree qualifies them to come to Canada, that's all. Once in the degrees even if better than Canada's standards, they are worthless. Engineering, medical fields are run by unions whose only purpose is to ensure Canadian born high payed proffesionals in those fields and others are guaranteed a lavish life through an endless pool of ever growing customers for a short list of elite board certified providers. It's a scam, a well thought one red seal approved by Ottawa. Get your foot in the country to escape the hell in your origin country, work through towards your citizenship which is always handy to have and bail out for better opportunities else where outside Canada. My two cents anyway.

So i did various warehouse jobs.\nNow i have completed my 1 year noc B skilled job and want to apply for CEC.\nMy question is do i need to fill all the jobs while applying on cec ? I hope you don't underestimate Europe's existing problems when i went to London 4 years ago i was shocked that it wasnt the place i imagined it to be no need to explain im sure you understand what i mean. Im an Asian immigrant, but i wasnt expecting that i couldnt even see a caucasian in London mostly arabs, blacks, indians, some asians i do not hate it but im just confused i worked in the middle east for 10 yrs and i was hearing arabic speaking everywhere, also asian language its like im in Vancouver or Surrey area. The tax is really quite high but the Canadain government though with some flaws is still better than most countries believe me i have lived in Asia, middle east and been to places and met all kinds of people. It’s very difficult to forget the place where one is born and lived through childhood. It’s pain my heart when I recall my childhood memories and how I had to leave it. It was a small village but gave me everything I needed.

I know of a few taxi drivers that have law degrees or a PhD in the way they get treated is astounding the young need to be educated not just the Young the ignorant people say they're taking our jobs they're taking our jobs because they're work ethic is 100 times better in some cases in most cases people that are from a country that has benefited them wouldn't know damn thing about a hard life. I have experienced or found amount of trauma in my life in and out of foster homes the day I was born adopted at age 9 back in foster care , addicted to opiates I thought life couldn't get any worse I am now 6 years clean from opiates I find myself among the luckiest women or person on this Earth. Good for you two for educating people thank you I hope you ladies get everything you have worked hard for and then some even though what you're saying sounds unfair it is unfair it sounds to me extremely difficult you remain hopeful and humble. I have a family and both of us no-one has a job now. My daughter is in class 7 now and 2023 she will be a candidate. What job can l apply because l really need something. \n\nMy friend had invited me to US over the Easter holidays but l was scheduled for next year's interview of which am seeing it's very far . We need to end newcomers from Buying older homes and be obliged to build their own homes on vacant land. No one should be allowed to buy a 500 thousand dollar home then tear it down and then build a multi- million dollar home that no one can afford.

Block parties, cook outs, neighborhood meetings, bus trips to the beaches, weddings and Saturday clean ups were all apart of our past community's. Yes some still exist. However, anytime Blacks in America have demanded equity, justice, education, health rights, human rights, and fair housing, we are met often with a back lash. Suddenly, rents go up. Houses have doubled or tripled in increase. Crime waves have made it almost impossible for people to come out and relax freely. Political changes have also played a major roll. Neighborhoods have been redlined. Even where one goes to vote has been moved. White racism and fear, entire industry's have moved put of key areas. So thete is a natural break down. Neighborhood meets come to a end and different organizations from schools, to planting trees to parking all get affected due to such changes. Local small businesses that knew each family members also close up and leave. Its not a question of oh you have everything you need in your American house. That is not it! Its more complex. The lack of kids playing out front or the older ladies keeping watch have disappeared also due to no rent control policies.

He just told you what one problem is. Immigration. Immigration has continued but house building can't keep up. They should have acted years ago but all the foreign money being brought in to the big cities has put them out of reach. That's only the tip of the iceberg. We need immigration but what numbers I'm not sure?? Maybe the answer is tradesmen to catch up on the building trades and bring costs down? The biggest problem though is the deficit financing leading to inflation. Like father like son...maybe the answer is think before you vote.

The U.S. is very large, and there are many different types of people and many different types of neighborhoods, cities, and communities. I have lived where neighbors knew one another very well, and their kids would play ball in the street or play baseball at the local park or playground. I have lived where there are walking trails where you would see the same familar faces time and again. I have lived where there were many community activities. There are places where you can find farmer's markets and where churches are large and hold events. Our town has many groups that you can join, and there is a local theater. There are cities of course, where you can find all sorts of things to do. People do have a tendency in many places to have their spaces, and as most people do have what they need within those spaces...and many are spending more and more time on computers and watching televisions, we are becoming more estranged than we once were. We have come to value privacy. But, again, there are many many people with many different lifestyles. Today I went to shop at two different stores and ended up in conversations with several people. One man invited me to visit his farm. One woman told me all about her home and garden. Another lady told me about her daughter and what was going on with their family. I did not feel like a stranger, and the people I saw working in different businesses today were talkative and interacting with many other people, including friends and neighbors and other familiar faces. it just takes a little effort to smile and to speak. That being done, I was very happy to return to my home and have my own space again, where I knew I could take a nap without anyone knocking unexpectedly on my door. So....it depends on what you want. I would hesitate to paint the U.S. with a very broad brush. \nThat being said, it is very difficult to leave your home behind. It can be very difficult to stop seeing differences because you did love so many things about where you grew up, though you might not realize how much you will miss them until you've gone. I feel that in myself, and I have to be very careful not to miss the potential and possibilities where I am, because I am always thinking about how I miss where I once was.

The stress and the pressure we live under is what weighs us down. We do not want to deal with other peoples problems. \n We have compassion fatigue. \nI can totally relate to the person who commented that it was not always this way- especially when we had more people who loved God and less fear about everything.\n When I was a child all the kids played together in groups- until dark and dinner time. People looked out for each other.\n Now, everyone is afraid to be taken advantage of because it happens so much. \n This is very sad. \nLord, have mercy on us. We lost our way.\n The best thing to do is find a community of people to pray with and share your life with.\n Thank you for this video. We needed to hear this. \n Yes, where are the children?
