your argument is false. US has one of the most efficient health care systems in the world. The problem is that it's a for profit system which denies access to approx to 40% of its citizens and it's cost prohibitive to many. In Canada, our health system is not efficient but it is affordable and universally available to all citizens. Most developed countries except US adopt similar universal models and it works.

I left Canada a long time ago, not out of any ideological reason, but for a job opportunity. It wasn't until I was outside looking in that I realized how controlled Canada is by monopolies, oligarchies and families. I'm shocked when I go back at the fees Canadians pay for connectivity, banking, food, alcohol...and the list goes on. I never understood why Canadians put up with it.

They (you know who) are now moving out of urban Ontario and flooding into Atlantic Canada at an alarming rate all taking up much needed accommodation needed for our students attending universities in our smaller urban cities. Yes most are afraid to even bring up the subject of over immigration here for fear of being labelled racist. Enough is enough! Other major differences I see between Canada and the USA is education and media. Home schooling exists in Canada but it's very hard to get your kid started while in the States there's more of an infrastructure for all the different types of homeschooling that is harder to partake in in Canada. There's more trust of teachers on the part of parents than there is in the States, and groups like Moms for Liberty would not get off the ground here since the parents who would join said organization would be ostracized from all social events held by the school and the PTA because they would be viewed (rightly) as extremists that should not be satiated. Media over here is more reasonable compared to the polarization rife within American media with channels like MSNBC, CNN and FOX News. We have a right wing media sphere, but besides outlets like the Toronto Sun and Le Journal de Montreal, they are pretty unknown to the average Canadian.

Many of the facts were some % wrong. Although I love India and happily worked in India for almost decade, but lifestyle and personal life is better in Canada, because in India big business tycoon says people should work for 15-18 hrs. Personal life put on shit. It’s not easy to settle here easily and definitely have to struggle a lot, and that is same in India if u are builting things by your own and not on with family support. Homeless people are being provided with proper shelters and money in Canada, but being druggist they don’t live there. Skilled people here are not struggling much, but if u go in comfort zone and continue with basic jobs, u eventually will struggle. People don’t wna go to distance city, hence all problems.

Went to Canada in 2005 first. Things were so different. Was there just for a year before moving to California for about 9 years. Now back in India and love it here. Glad I enjoyed the good days in Canada and USA when it was really good times there. Even Many parts of Uaa are like this now. UK too is bad choice. I worked for a Canadian school/institute as their admissions advisor for India. But when things were not looking good for their job prospects I honestly told them not to go or wait to get in a better US university. Ofcourse this ethical mindset was causing trouble with my work profile and targets, so I quit. Atleast I won't feel guilty of misguiding hopeful students who were ready to take education loan by keeping their homes or ancestral lands as mortgage. I will advise the new generation to choose any country for education after doing all research, not just by the glossy picture they portray.. or best to stay in India and help our economy grow.. create jobs here. Better to live a life king size here than doing labour work in other countries. Better to be a part of growing India than being a secondary citizen somewhere else. Apna desh apna hota hai.???

As a child from Northen Europe ?? I remember when my grandmother told me about our distant relatives living in Canada ( due to war) and how powerful, rich and fair country this is and that everyone has good life there. Now, 25-30yrs later everything has changed. Big part of Europe and Northern-America aren’t the same anymore due to mass immigration. Even my own country with only 1,3 million population ( Estonian 69.1%, Russian 23.7%, Ukrainians etc). We have taken in quite a lot ukrainian war refugees, who atleast share the same values as we do. But I still see a lot of people in the street wearing burkas and our demographic is changing. People need to stand up for theirselves and protect their countries heritage and culture or otherwise there won’t be anything left for our children. My parents/ elders fought for their right to become free country and Estonia took back it’s independence in 1991.
