Canada has been the down the road of high immigration in the past, erven in the face of housing shortages. This happened right after World War II. To deal with the shortage of rental housing stock then in the large cities, the government put demands on immigrants and refugees to settle in agricultural areas and small town Canada. But, it seems today that most immigrants just want to go to the already overcrowded cities, especially Vancouver, Edmonton, Toronto and Montreal. Rural Canada is now facing manpower shortages, but has a fair amount of housing, as many small towns have actually shrunk in population over the years. and could use the people. Immigrants assimilate better in small towns.

Agreed! I grew in TO & have moved to AB since late 2000s. Now I cant recognized TO anymore & for sure, its not the TO nor Canada I grew up in. Came to canada and cant even work as electrician. Back to zero all my documents and exp are nothing here. Guess its better to take my skill to the US or somewhere else. Yes, please stop moving to our over saturated economy. Canadas economy is not ready to sustain such a large number of immigrants. When you have an extra 451,000 people flooding in per year that require jobs in a very sparsely populated country you’re going to run into housing and job shortages, which increase demands, increasing prices and therefore increasing homeless because people can’t afford living and they can’t get a job because a requirement for being an immigrant is full time employment.

I prefer the US and Canada to stay majority white.

NEED FOR SPEED. Its terrible. \n\nThis need for speed action or violation of stop signs is being more common with young drivers here in Ontario also. \n\nIts about respecting the neighborhood, other people who share the road and the pedestrian. Being mindful of whats around you & keeping your eyes on the road. Driving is a responsibility. Teach your kids.

Great video. Recently im researching canada and new zealand as my adventure in australia come to end. And a lot of the points you mentioned are better in canada than in Australia. Education, team work attitude, living. Im surprised but also encouraged more towards canada. I wish I could see same comparison of Canada and New Zealand and Australia.
