I want to live in a little in a diverse community. My neighborhood in Scarborough is 90% Indian or Middle Eastern. When you have so many people of one ethnic group they do not assimilate but form a mini ghetto town They were telling us what to wear and what to learn. Secondly, Canada is full of vagrancy. Trudeau is the worst leader in the history of Canada's existence.

Since you both mentioned about the choice of doing Umrah more often , choosing Saudi Arabia would be a wise decision along with other factors that you mentioned in the video. An Islamic environment, nice weather especially western and southern parts of Saudi Arabia. Other main cities such as Riyadh and Dammam has a decent winter where temperatures hovers around 10 to 15 deg C for few weeks.Makkah and Madinah itself is a place to live but madinah has a more calm and peaceful atmosphere compared to Makkah. If not, Jeddah which is jus 30 mins to Makkah and 2 hrs to madinah by train. \n\nAnd you will also have quality of life especially the food and housing also and never to worry about halal foods. Education for kids will be on the costlier side, but again you don't have to ay any income tax. If you're on resident visa the only fee that comes is a dependent fee for your family dependent members ,lets say in your case 3. But if you're on premium visa such as investor visa etc i think there are exceptions. Also to take note saudi arabia doesn't offer citizenship. You can be here on resident permit of varying validity depending on the visa you choose to have.

I have to congratulate you. If you want to be muslim and raise your children muslim and dress muslim you should live in a muslim country. I salute your decision and your reasons for it

Seems Islam is too cerimonialistic/ritualist and require a lot of structure for praticing. Clean, specific places? Headspeakers for scheduled daily prayers? \nI'm glad the Creator I believe is omniscient and I can pray to Him anywhere, anytime, at worst requiring me a quiet place and to close my eyes. A humble temple, inside my mind.\nBut one thing I find odd...if inflation is one of the reasons you consider...muslim countries are far worse than Canada..specially Erdog4y's Turkey, which is also very secular, if that means something aswell. I'm a muslim female doctor from South Africa. Strongly considered moving to Canada, even wrote their exams, and we were very close to moving with our family before we changed our mind due to an unanticipated set of circumstances. Move out of Toronto and you'll love Canada! I immigrated last year and like everyone else I went straight to Toronto to find a job. I did find a well paying job but even after that, the city was not affordable. I liked the part that it's easy to find new people and settle in the city because everyone's very open minded and welcoming but the rent al market is absurd! Public transport need a major upgrade! The only thing apart from social life that I liked was toronto's biking culture and community. But taking ttc, specially the subway is scary! Road rage is becoming a norm, no respect for pedestrians or cyclists. The city is broken.\n\nI am now living in London, Ontario, and I feel a lot safer. Fortunately, the renting is still not as bad here but you need to own a car (well, that's just North America) and then you can life a comfortable life.

This is what multi culturalism brings. Cities only remain safe when you have a homogenous population. The second you begin importing millions of people with wildly different cultures and opinions on the optimal way to live and what behaviors are accepted in public, cities become garbage dumps.

Before moving please make sure what you would be doing in a new country for living? Will you be able to manage until you pickup your earnings. The Alhambra is there and christians and muslims live side by side. When I contemplated moving to Canada I really wanted to move to Toronto because a friend of mine who lived there really hyped it up and I was extremely impressed with its diversity. but as I got to know Toronto via talking to my friend every day and seeing how she struggled to pay rent and her bills I became more and more turned off by the ridiculous cost of living. Also, the fact that they don't even have unlimited data plans just boggles my mind.

Canada Is a mess. I won't even visit Toronto anymore, and I only live about 50 minutes south.

I appreciate the way you present the reality. One way to cope with salaries and taxes is to open you own enterprise. This is the canadian way of growing fron a wealth point of view. As a person leaving from a salary, it is still possible to grow depending on your skills. But beggining your own business to exploit your skills will make you 'fly' to the next level, which is the actual way of growing. It took me a lot of years to realice this. Just think about it, provinces allow medecins to incorporate what means that they will pay less taxes and become richer sooner. This is just my thought, other people may think in a different way, I just try to give positive ideas.\n\nSecondly, Canada is still a country to live in a bit better than other countries considering many things happening around the world. Crime and economics is worst everywhere also. But, it all depends on what criteria counts for you. About society, it's not easy to make real friends except other inmigrants that need it too. People have to stop using rental prices in cities like Toronto and Vancouver. That's like Americans using rental costs in Bel-Air California or Manhattan as an example of what rent costs in America. It's not a realistic portrayal of rental costs. \nHere in Quebec the the annual tax rate is between 26.53% and 53.31%, depending on income. Then you have to consider all the socialist programs that you are forced to pay into, which also sucks up a significant amount on your weekly salary. After that, you must consider that you pay 15% sales tax on almost everything. It's safe to say that half of your yearly earnings, give or take, are taken in taxes and socialized programs. As for salaries, less than 20% of the Canadian population make a 6 figure salary. We're not talking about household income. I am talking about individual income. You're not going to become rich here in Canada! The majority of people who do become rich leave Canada to avoid taxation. Canadians live a life of debt. You will live just balancing your debt to make sure it doesn't get out of control Few Canadians have money in savings without debt. The ones who do have money saved, most of them have debts on top of their savings which is counterproductive in my opinion.

To make matters worse, there are some who become “Canadians of Convenience” who, once becoming Canadian citizens and holding Canadian passports, leave Canada to go live in their countries and when things blow off, and their countries become war torn, they ask the Canadian government to pay for their flights back, not to mention those who get sick outside the country and come back to get treated at the expense of government health care. And after all is done, they once again leave the country. Really?

So Canadian citizens can’t afford to live anymore yet we continue to allow refugees in to the country? Who is the priority? I always thought government was to take care of its own people first. Times have changed
