South Asian Indians are fourth generation Canadians and are educated, successful and have assimilated with the European culture. When a local store got taken over by Indians, they tend to only hire fellow Indians and leave nothing for Canadians. The fact you have to pay a couple HUNDRED bucks a month is crazy! We have extra coverage with our jobs for chiro, massage, dental work, but i NEVER paid that much for it. And like I said, the work insurance is for extras, not basic care. I'm on disability so no work insurance and i haven't paid a dime even for major surgeries that meant 2 seeks in the hostital, 2 days ICU, rehab, meds, home care. That's all covered by gvmt (Yes by our taxes, but we actually don't pay more taxes than you) . I would need that extra insurance if i wanted to go to a private clinic or something.\n\nEven the homecare that I have, not the post surgery one, basics like cooking and cleaning, is paid by a gvmt program to come 10hrs a week for me but they also cover full time! First of all this is wrong and misleading, i respect and like this country as any other Canadian. Second this is country of immigrants ,if there were no immigrants you would only see the local Aboriginal Peoples. Starting in 2001 it took me 5 years and a long series of bureaucratic hoops to jump through to get Canadian citizenship. I’m originally from the UK and had a PhD in neuroscience and was doing post-doctoral research. I’ve since had a long teaching career in colleges and am proud to have given something back to my adopted country. It now seems that Canada allows almost anyone entrance, with little rational objective or consideration for the Canadian workforce or culture.

Why dont they go home and make something of their own country.
