“Subject to the jurisdiction thereof” is what the constitution says. Children born to foreigners are not subjects to any jurisdiction here. They are subjects of their parent’s country. They need to go back to their own people.

Deporting illegal immigrants isn't as easy as many MAGA fans think it is. Everyone, even illegal immigrants, have the right to due process under the constitution. This means even if you round up illegal immigrants, they have a right to seek relief from deportation in front of an immigration judge, and this process could take several months or even years. Only after this process has been exhausted and an immigration judge gives the green light, can you go ahead and deport.
