Contrary to some mega ignorant comments, The U.S.A. is rich in natural resources and can be self sufficient. We just have to resume use of resources that were shut down by the appropriately initialed Barak Obama, Biden-Harris, and deep state bureaucrats in Washington. President Trump can accomplish this with our support. Shop carefully and please do not buy anything from Canada. Leave all Canadian goods to rot on the shelf. You won’t regret not making it to the Miss Hockey Puck festival in balmy Churchill Manitoba either. Other protective measures should be immediate cancellation of all visas and green cards held by Canadians and their deportation from U.S. territory.

My husband and I were both immigrants to Canada, he from S. Africa, I from the UK. I never experienced any discrimination. My busband was diagnosed with late stage bone cancer at 31 years old. The medical care was so good that he lived another 6 mostly happy years. We were supported by the Ontario Health Care system with visiting nurses, even housekeepers and received every help we could possibly need, at no cost to us. I will always be grateful for the love and support we received from Canadian friends, employers and the medical professionals. What a country! I am in Europe now but feel strongly that Canada, the EU, Britain, the wonderful Ukrainians (I know quite a few refugees) and other countries of good will should work together for a better world. We are a family and families support each other in difficult times. Americans welcome when they are ready.

I effectively spent a chunk of my childhood in America with relatives. I treasured these memories, but now all the feelings of wonder and happiness when thinking of my visits to America have faded. President Trump doesn't care. The US has been subsidizing Canada's electrical grid for over $250 million dollars a year. Canada will loose that. In addition, US automotive industries like stellantis are moving productions back to the US from Canada. Canada has been charging the US dairy products 250% in tariffs, US Bourbon and whiskey 180% for over 4 years. China has been charging Ford 200% tariff so much so that ford can no longer afford to sell their vehicles in China.....all these outrageously high tariffs were designed to protect their domestic products.... China was suposed to spend 4 billion dollars a year in US goods but they have been consistently spending only 1.9 billion each year . Trade deficit of over 2 billion dollars. What sane person would allow this to happen in a free market and call this fair trades????? I have no knowledge of this until recently.
