Hello Saleh family, I have been following you for over two years now; I am not american or canadian but a physician and mother of two from a third world country in the Caribbean. I started following you because I was curious about the muslim faith and your way of life. I started following different muslim people (and jewish, vegan, homeless and more... basically anybody different than me) and after some time I saw that we were all humans in search of the same things in life. I completely agree with your decision of moving but was very disappointed in your comments towards the drag community. A person in drag reading a children's book is not indoctrination. A person in drag reading to kids is only teaching them acceptance and tolerance (exactly what you want the world to give to your girls who most likely wear a Hijab). A person in drag is an artist who finds joy and self worth in certain clothes, hairstyles and makeup... it is a person a human person with the same value as everyone else. It has nothing to do with sexuallity or sexual orientation... if we truly want freedom for Palestine, if we truly want to change the narrative and to prevent 75+ years of brutal occupation and racism ever happening again; we have to change the way we see our differences... is not enough to ignore and respect people who are different: we have to accept them and recognize their humanity and their worth; to value and foster acceptance and integration in the younger generations... that is the only way forward, that is the only way we will all secure a better future for our kids. As salamu alaikum, may Allah guides you to the best decision and place for your family and use you in the goodness whatever wherever and accept your good deeds ameeen ?\nJust to not be shocked some of your reasonable reasons for looking for more Islamic environment are not available as you wish in lot of Islamic countries.\nOf course there's more daily Islamic things that people in these countries take for granted while Muslims in western countries suffer to get/live and though the gap in cultures is shrinking, which should be a good thing in its principle, but with time of more fetan it sometimes means faster spread of fetan between countries to find some of what your suffering from is there also but maybe alhamdullelah still not in same pace or widness.\nIt hurts do much being in countries whose governments support obviously the wrong side, just keeping mind it's hurting (regardless now of whether hurts more/same/less) when you are in some Islamic countries and not free to express your opinions freely.\nIt's worth mentioning that moving while kids are not yet old enough to get familiar with anti-islamic things around is better in timing.\nOne suggestion that I'm not sure whether is affordable or time wise is good or not or whether you've gone this all the way of trying or not is to continue living in Canada with more surroundings of people of similar core values (by the way not all of whom I mean have to be Muslims, lot of non-Muslims are conservative about education and society pushing their kids to ideas and behaviors against their core values) if you've tried this already and even tried moving within Canada for that purpose and didn't work, then may Allah help you to go for the best.

MashaAllah, u guys r such an amazing couples and parents. I know this is not an easy decision, but Allah is with u and I really stand and look up to u. Every parent knows what is best for their children and families. I live in Pakistan 2. Me and my brother were born in US to Pakistani parents. My mom didn't want to leave US but my dad said there is no religious environment there plus our whole family lives in Pakistan and didn't want us to grow there. Our apartment owner who was Christian was not letting us go. He said that u guys r such an amazing people, good Muslims, nice to everyone and take Care for everyone. It was really hard for both of my parents but Allah made it easy for us. My mom passed away when I was 18 and my brother 15 and I really miss her. My option is u can guys move to Pakistan. U can get Islamic education + Islamic environment. No matter how bad our politics, government doesn't care about Its own country and no cleanliness but I still love Pakistan. I really respect you guys for making such a hardest decision with strength. I really support you guys with this decision. Just don't mind I was just giving an advice that Pakistan is way better but it is totally up to u guys which country u like to make your better life. But where ever u guys go, u are all always in my prayers even our brothers and sisters in Gaza. How does he know that thye do not want to move out for a better future elsewhere? I mean if he offers them asylum and then no one comes, we can believe what he says otherwise Its hard to just belive what he is saying.. Personally, I am willing to bet that the Palestanian will easily take asylum in US if offered.. other muslim countries should offer asylum and then when no one takes them up on it they can talk the way this dude is talking..

To be honest. That land has been conquered by so many different armies over the eons. Whomever conquers the land,and defends it, owns it, until another army comes along and takes it by force. If you want it bad enough, go take it, but it will always come at a high price. As in all wars, many lives will be lost. It is always better to find peace, but no Muslim country will ever make peace with Israel.

I’m sorry, but that is really disgusting. We do not need more immigrants. Our infrastructure and medical system is already burdened. Not to mention the government often pays for everything for them for the first year so they think they’ve got it good and suddenly when they can’t get a job, because Canada may not recognize their degrees, then they are struggling again. And sadly, if they are Muslim, sometimes they just don’t want to integrate they just want to live their own ways here, but have a better life in our country, and that’s not fair to us. That’s just my big overview and don’t get me wrong in every day life, I have some friends who are Muslim.

If your video discourages a few day-dreamin', ill prepared candidates to move to Canada, all the better. We already have our share of whining, self-centered or never-satisfied Canadians of all origins. Now, please note that the much vilified Quebec legislation prohibiting Muslim women to wear a hijab when working in the civil service has a much wider aim. In fact, it prohibits all State employees to wear religious sign - whether it be a Christian cross or a Sikh kirpan, while working. Whether one thinks it is a good idea or not, the law's objective is to uphold the neutrality of the State - not to discriminate against Muslim women.

If any of the religious things are not allowed in that campus u better leave that kirpan outside as u are under the law of that institution. But if any other like muslims women wear hijab and stuff and they arr only targeting u then u should raise a complain.

Better to settle in a Muslim country

You, Englishmen and - women, should think of sending these hardcore Muslims to Afghanistan or the Emirates. In so doing, you will help them better fulfill whatever duties and obligations they have to their faith and deserve their gratitude.

He is not talking about absolutely harsh weather…where you can not leave door without fully packed thats not 4 months or less you are talking about 8 months in canada…extreme weather, bad food, tasteless fruits and vegetables, no family support, kids living without cousins and relatives, if you want your children to be raised muslim you have to find good muslim school. Its not that easy not for everyone. Its for young people come earn save and go back. A small house in canada would cost you a million which is about 12 cror that loan you will be paying for the rest of your life. If you have a little bit of cash you would be so much better off in Pakistan. If there was a war going on in pakistan like syria palestine then yes right now it would be a stupid decision for majority of people to move here.

Clothing does not make you a better Muslim. For them to say that is ignorant. They might want to open there minds. Praying or going to church does not make you a better Jew, Christian, or of any religion. A lot of western countries believe and practice freedom of religion. Covering ones face is not part of religion. All religions are man made. They all push a narrative.

I am a muslim and once when i wrote on the internet that i was muslim, straight away someone swore at me and called me fool because 'it is only lord and jesus'. i think people nowadays find it a duty to discriminate people and they think white people rule the world! I think its never going to end but its slowly getting better however not at the same time.

The media thinks if it keeps on blabbing everything will turn out OK. Wrong. Consider that the media, fully invested in secular humanism, reminds the public constantly that it is precisely secular humanism which makes our societies so wonderful. The Muslims of course benefit greatly from secular humanism, but the catch is that they do not attribute their well-being to that humanism. Rather they praise Allah as their deliverer. That deliverance comes at the expense of the unbelievers...all the better.

I think the fact that a brown man, with an obviously Muslim sounding name, was elected or appointed ( not well versed in Canadian political matters) is PHENOMENAL!
