Say it correctly please, the American PEOPLE are NOT enemies of Canada….President Trump and those who voted for him are enemies of Canada. Many Canadians and Americans are being harmed by a president they did not vote for and we don’t want Canadians and Americans who are innocent to suffer. A great day of us Americans want to remain friends with Canadians and are very sad about what is going on.

I effectively spent a chunk of my childhood in America with relatives. I treasured these memories, but now all the feelings of wonder and happiness when thinking of my visits to America have faded. Now I just think of how selfish it was to sabotage Canada. American private equities want to rock our system and buy up all they can and so I am happy we are watching for this. I think Donald did this to try and buy up Canadian companies. This should be made illegal. I am willing to suffer for up to pull the plug on all resources and energy going to America “suddenly” do they have no time to adapt and collectively suffer. We even produce the ingredient you need for your nuclear weapons and otherwise need to get this from Russia. Canada has the ability to help our allies get nuclear weapons to protect against “America as our #1 enemy now”. Will we share too secret info with you when Trump clearly seems to be working with Russia? Putin dream for NATO to break down and now Trump ours that I to action . Trump wants everyone to spend money on military to fuel the American military industrial complex, something each and every huge tech company you have participated. You have essentially been taken over by a global entity that doesn’t care about democracy. We are going to manufacture our own weapons to have zero dependency on America. That makes no sense to buy weapons from the country threatening to invade you. \n\nHow will America feel to be totally alone in the global stage all under the power of one unstable man with multiple personality disorders. Trump things Putin is Americas friend and meanwhile in Russian media America spoken of as enemy number one. Meanwhile, America is 30% full of people with such little education in politics that they do not even know what is considered red flags to democracy. The 20% needed to shift will see the light once the worst man made intentional recession begins and the billionaires buy up 30% of your homes and buildings. Nothing at all will be outside of billionaire and corporate control and now all your data is in AI. how did all American value fall in just one month. Anyone not questioning this now, ai promise you is being blackmailed or is corrupt. \n\nThe bureaucracy prevents dictatorship. Now Trump is removing this. Just listen to project 2025. At this present time and in this current governmental climate, I do believe that changing a leader now would hurt Canada. Trudeau has first hand experience and has dealt with Trump and his tantrums, this isn’t Trudeau’s first rodeo. I am concerned with Trump antics another leader could be influenced with charm and falsehoods which Trudeau has already confidently stood up against.\nAnd for a moment, let’s think a little bit further out of the box. This isn’t about fentanyl as Prime minster Trudeau pointed out. This is about making life for Canadians extremely difficult and chaotic. It’s to bring division between the United States and Canada, and with Trump joking and jokes are not jokes sometimes they become reality Canada being a 51st state. Trump Being friends with Putin, with Russian ships in our Arctic Ocean think on this for a minute. Putin decided to invade Ukraine to expand his make believe empire. President Trump and Vladimir Putin working together. Hasn’t Trump said he wants Canada to be part of the USA and wants our Prime Minister to be a governor how insulting. How very insulting to the Canadian people who not just live in Canada, but are also united Canadians.

As a Canadian citizen I have always admired the US up until now, I sincerely wanted to move to the US to build homes and start up a company. But now am re-evaluating my decision because if this how the US treats their friends and allies, I really feel sad for their enemies. Both countries benefited from having a good relationship and now the great US has no one willing to challenge Mr Trump on this idiotic move, America is alienating themselves from a lot of countries and regular Americans are the ones who are going to suffer from this fall-out, the rich won't be affected but regular working class folks your stress is going to get a whole lot worse and that's unfortunate. Hopefully US wises up sooner rather than later and stop blaming immigration for their problems it's poor governing and politicians that have us looking at each other as enemies rather than humans with the same struggle and issues. They have money to send annually overseas but none to improve the life of their citizens in need, that should tell you something. People that don't look like you aren't your enemies, people who try to harm you, undermine you are your enemies. People are just searching for a better life that's all, the most basic thing humans have in common, change the red tape a make things more structured and rid your country of the bad apples and welcome those willing to work, build and serve God and the country. May God help us all the beginning of Sorrows has begun ?.

You people from XYZ are really like the EU hypocrites that all you got is words. As a Canadian, I hate Trudeau and everything his government has done to the country. I want a PM like Trump that is willing go against the entire system(deep state) and dig out all the dirt even though you're in the way of a lot of powerful people and organizations. Out of all the world leaders today, Trump is the only one with that kind of courage. Compare that to Trudeau—aside from his nice suits and polished public image, what has he actually done to improve the lives of Canadians? \nWe need a DOGE go into WHY WE ARE PAYING SO MUCH TAXES. When I was living in Vancouver, I (and many ppl) would just drive cross the border to get gas and groceries because it's just much cheaper once you're on US soil.... For years we cannot retain any talents because they would just migrate to the states because the pay is much higher with less taxes. I used to live in a bubble thinking that even though life is tough and it's harding to make a living here but at least it's more peaceful here than the States. That is not the case anymore and everything is getting worse in the past 10 years.

I'm a Canadian. I am trying to wrap my head around why a President would start a trade war by imposing tariffs that hurt their allies and hurt his own people..!? I am not an economist nor an investor; However I found it interesting that the immediate result of this as they corresponded about this news is how the markets are taking a major dive. If I wanted to make money off the stock market and had no morals and had the power to cause it to crash, I would make sure it crashed hard by imposing tariffs. Then I would invest as many billions in the key stocks that will come back, and watch my billions turn into 10's or 100's of billions...\nThe other possible explanation could simply be that he wants all the critical minerals from Canada, Greenland, Ukraine for nothing. Taking those minerals for free and selling electric cars, miliatary equipment, etc. would be most profitable!\nBut greed seems to know no bounds for those who are wealthy, as long as it's at their gain and not at their expense!

We don't want to see Canadians hurt, either. It's all very unnecessary and intended only to appease the bottomless ego of a tyrant. Donald Trump imposed tariffs on your country. The American people did not. We are sorry, and we will do all we can to use the processes in place to remove Trump and his elected supporters from power as soon as we can.

To all Canadian's, I did not vote for him and tried to convince others of how bad his was, but here we are. I love Canada. I have been to Canada several times and the people have been so warm and welcoming. It is beyond sad to see this happening. I have never felt more proud to be a Canadian, it’s a good feeling, I was almost brought to tears earlier thinking about it. And it’s interesting to note that it is overriding the fear of the consequences of Donald’s actions. Here’s where I can’t help but think of you, our fellow North Americans. The good people of the USA, I hold you in my heart. For you don’t have that boost that comes from feeling proud of your country. I can’t say I’ve ever known what that is like. It seems it would leave you gutted, and lost. Can you even describe the feeling, the experience? It has to be one of those things that you can’t know until you experience it. The pride in my country is keeping me going. My heart is crushed thinking that you do not have that. But you need to do everything you can to keep it. It’s what the Donald and his cronies are counting on. Unfortunately, he does not care about you. He wants to crush you. He does not care about America and what it stands for. He only cares about himself. If you do not have the fight that comes from being proud of your country, you guys are gonna be easy pickings. Do everything you can to find pride in your country. I was glad that not too long ago... Trump actually did say the truth to the American people: Canada imports 95% of it's goods from the USA... with us refusing to buy American, with all of us buying Canadian or International products instead... how will he be making America great again ?? But the imbalance has to stop.\n\nSame with Mexico, trading balance with Mexico is almost $200 billion in favor of Mexico. The imbalance has to stop. \n\nThe US economy is bleeding by trading with allies and partners, it’s fighting for its financial wellbeing. It is not some bs from the orange man, it is real.\n\nOf course Canada, Mexico, Europe and others want business as usual… and why wouldn’t they? ?

As a Canadian, we love everyone! Except bullies and people that create wars and attack innocent people. I have nothing against people from U.S or Russia. I disagree with there leaders however. They are punishing President Zelensky for absolutely no reason by stalling aid to Ukraine his people are being slaughtered and they want Ukraine to give up territory and that's not acceptable under any circumstances Trump is trying to force President Zelensky ?? into a deal with Russia ?? by stalling aid. I heard a person on the Jake Tapper, C NN, this afternoon say all the companies are coming to the USA not Canada, he didn't mention that they come because they don't have to pay a lot of taxes. Us Canadians take great offense that the spawn of the devil wants to annex our country and he refers to our Prime Minister as governor. Canadian here. Wake up Canadians. Many people are praising Trudeau for this speech. Don't. He is out as Liberal leader within the week. He doesn't have to follow through on anything he said. Plus, he just stated that he's smart enough to suggest that Trump just put a 25% tax on Canadian goods for Americans but he also thinks that you are dumb enough not to realize that he just put a 25% tax on Canadians for American goods. Trudeau basically created the situation for these tariffs (open border to let anyone come here). He loves this as he gets to take the apparent moral high ground for the first time in his life and wants this speech to be the way he is remembered rather than years of failing Canada. Forget about the last 9 years and vote Liberal if you are a fool.

Canada has known for decades that we have put too many eggs in one basket - selling our resources primarily to the USA. We've had tariffs before and worked with them. Yet we still keep selling to the USA. This time is different. In conjunction with the tariffs, we have an American administration that is flat out insulting Canada. Saying we wouldn't exist economically if it wasn't for the USA. It's at a time when the USA won't promise not to use military force to annex land (Greenland) from a decades old ally. A time when clearly Putin is calling in his chips for whatever he has over Donald Trump. Canadians have had enough. We are directing our governments, provincial and federal, to finally, finally break from the north-south trade links. We need to establish stronger east-west trade links. The resources we have are wanted by many countries if the USA does not want them. It does mean much work within Canada. We need to get our AB-BC pipeline finished as well as the new sea terminal so we can ship our crude oil and natural gas to Japan and if need be, to China. We finally need to get out pipeline to the Atlantic coast finished so we can supply the UK and EU with our products. We need to double our rail capacity for shipping potash, uranium, rare minerals to Asia or Europe. Just as Trump hopes for a golden age of American companies coming home and building new plants in the USA, this will be a golden decade for Canada to create transportation corridors to get our resources to other buyers. America will have to look elsewhere for his raw materials. And we all know what that is - RUSSIA. They've already offered their rare minerals and crude oil. This is all clearly a well thought out scenario from the people working behind Trump to dismiss America's allies and trading partners - have us turn against the USA - as the excuse to open the door to Russian imports into the USA.
