Lets keep i real. The desire that most immigrants have is homeostasis which is the familiar. All humans do this. Individually indians are usually smart and decent people. But in groups ( and this doesnt just include indians) you get this group thinking that is prejudice against anyone who isnt one of their own. Im fairly certain its a good demonstration of what a different culture would experience in their own country. With our low corruption goverments , our clean drinking water, our free health care and education system, with our opportunities that make it possible through merit and hard work that it doesnt matter what family or where you were born. These are attractive features of canada that play a role in why people want to come here. And leave where they were. Its it logical to think that you have more to learn about us then we do of you? Not being on some selfish punk shit is canadas greatest strength. Its that same inclusives mentality that keep the government corruption very small which empowers the citizens to make them successful and able to contribute more back into this system. The very nature of hoarding resources for ones family, same culture, etc are the same oppressive situations many of these people left their countries to seek better opportunities. But once given those opportunities and a chance to decide for themselves, a lot of these people use their liberties to create exclusion and hostility toward out groups. The indians do this in a very overt in your face way, the chinese are more polite about it but both have this way of looking out for their own and not being concerned with anyone else. As far as im conerned you should all be split up and dispersered to live in different provinces and cites. I know this isnt realitic but it would save them from what a lot of them are gunna end up be exposed to which is experiences with native born Canadians who are going to very rudly show you what happens when you disrespectf someone in their own home. \n\nThe party is over. The Colombian president was claiming that migrants are welcome back as long as they are not treated as criminals since they are not criminals. Entering the US illegally is a civil offense like passing red light but not a criminal offense under US law. I have lived in Canada most of my life. I've felt lonely here most of the time. It is a rich county but so isolating. It's hard to make friends as an adult. It's very multicultural so people don't make an effort to meet people outside of their circle. It got worse after the pandemic. If I could, as a black woman, I would move to Mexico but I can't afford to support myself there. My profession keeps me here in Canada, well-off financially, but lonely.

As an American I had great love for Indians while growing up together in school. After we graduated I even travelled twice to India ( Pune, Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai) for vacations.\nHowever, my experience in India was unbelievable. \nAs a young American at that time I never believed Indians could have such horrible characters even when my parents and close friends had told me about it earlier.\nAfter my experience in India I decided to pay closer attention to any Indian I came across in the US, and surprisingly i discovered Indians are not only very corny by nature but are also very self centered, greedy and selfish kinds of humans. Although not all Indians, but 8 out of 10% naturally have this character which is disgusting indeed.\nFor a long time most people never noticed that about Indians because they pretend to be quiet and mostly gentle. However behind an Indian soft and gentle appearance lays very corny, crooked, self centered, and double standard fellows.\nAnyone who doubts my observations should also make the research by themselves.\nYes, they are good bad and ugly people in every race and country, but Indians are clearly out of the context as their double standard and corny life styles of extreme pretence are undiscovered danger to any society.

If you could make India into a decent place, visas to America wouldn't be a big deal.

It's more profitable for foreign countries to reject visa because people will try again, that just means easy money. If not then they at lest pay for the functioning of the Visa offices in India. So they don't have to pay fees to the visa interviewers, etc. It could also mean that rejecting visas is an incentive to the interviewers, hence they will make strict check before approving any visa because behind every approval they are losing money.

*India could make sure that the embassies and consulates have the resources to respond quickly to applicants, and to clearly explain the reasons for any rejections. THIS WILL MAKE THEM THINK TWICE*

Dear Palki and Firstpost channel, I appreciate this post but maybe if possible could you pls make a post/report on why some Indians are desperate to leave and most importantly the behaviour of some of our countrymen in foreign lands which gives a bad repute and leaves a bitter taste about our country in foreign lands? Shouldn't these ppl be held accountable too, especially when they are fortunate enough to have the means to visit foreign lands? I have seen first hand the way some of our ppl behave and try to twist and manipulate everything to their benefit, lacking basic respect.

There is this guy who keeps going on international trips and everyone in India for gaga over the importance he brings to India through those trips. What happened? Not working? They fail to understand that all the hugs and kisses are only for the TV and in reality every country just cares for the business opportunity they get out of the other. \n\nPalki keeps talking about using our economic power. Who should be weilding it? Is it not the Government? Do they really care if an individual or a lot of their citizen's visa get rejected? The peace and quiet would be wonderful, send them to which ever unlucky ‘stan would have them, and leave them to rot in their own hate and vitriol. They are nothing but a cancer on every country that offered them succour, the time has come to both recognise and admit that fact, if we are too afraid to do so we will suffer the fate of the countries that took them in and offered them sanctuary. In Europe Sweden, France, Germany and the UK come to mind, in the Middle-East Jordan and Lebanon.\n\nWe are fools if we refuse to learn from history, would Europe welcome back the German Nazis again and give them free rein AND the financial aid necessary to rerun their genocidal drive to annihilate the Jews, the Roma, The Disabled, The Gay etc? I think not so then why do we accept the Arabs/muslims and their similar hate-filled philosophy while, unlike with Nazi Germany, also giving them a home in our countries, giving them free housing, education, medical care, financial help, all of which they repay with terrorism and worse and all at the cost of our own people who're in similar need. Send them home and blockade the Mediterranean. We don’t need them and never will.

Born and raised in Canada. Grew up believing anyone could do well here if you apply yourself as an average person. Household income was higher then the USA and for the most part 'middle class life' was pretty attainable. Now I've had some bumps along the way that has nothing to do with this to set me back, but today I look at the 'make a life market' and the opportunities are none. You either own a home and are doing well, or your a renter going backwards every year because of inflation and the brain drain. Entrepreneurs have left the country. We as a country have not done much since the 1980's. We stagnated in The Boomers success and never made a future for their children. Then in the past few years, we have rampant immigration to add to the fire. Canada, for a lack of words is a Dumpster Fire. DON'T MOVE HERE!

It's truly heartbreaking to witness how things have unfolded between two countries that were once united. I often listen to the stories my grandparents shared, about the peaceful times when they lived in hawalis, surrounded by neighbors who were Hindus, and how they used to cherish the old crockery they brought from Shampura. Those were simple, yet beautiful days, filled with a kind of peace that seems unimaginable today. \n\nI often dream of visiting those places just to reconnect with those memories, but unfortunately, the divide created by the elites in both countries makes it feel impossible. The seeds of hatred have now grown into a tree, and it feels like that tree is spreading, threatening to become a forest. Our elders still remember how the politicians have always manipulated us to keep us divided, but the younger generation has no idea of the harmony we once shared.\n\nCan you even imagine if we could see peace between India and Pakistan in our lifetime? What a difference that would make, to heal these wounds and return to the unity we once had.\n\n?

The drop in homeless shelter in Calgary ab. The home of absolute disease and filth. Illegals rule the roost of drug dealers. The multi level management teams could not organize a rock fight in a gravel pit...these do gooders do not have to shut and piss on the floor because junkies go ambulatory in the bathroom stalls all day and nite. This drug den allows open use in building all day everyday. Exposing ? senior citizens to fumes.. No hot water for showers all through Christmas...season. we now have a bed bug, lice and scabies outbreak staff do not want to talk about. Their donations are down because we forward the data required to make donors think twice about donating to a Drug den mired in disease and funded by Government.

It's like Canada's problems could be solved if virtually all of the students went into healthcare. The solutions be common sense and yet countries will not implement them. How about make it easier for students studying healthcare to be able to immigrate.

Idk i think you need to realize that we also have our bias in addition to you having yours. Meaning, to most of us , excepting the most left leaning socially progressive pockets and contexts , which even then wouldn’t be viewed that way to us just acceptable lol ?\n\nOur baseline/political middle in Canada is A LOT more left leaning than the baseline normal/political middle in the states. So while people tend to equate your democrats to our liberals or our NDP , and equate your republicans to our conservatives. It’s just not accurate. If you throw our span of parties and American span of parties on the SAME spectrum /polarity line. You might be surprised to realize how shifted left our systems range politically is from the American one. \n\nThis hugely impacts the average normal expectation , what we clutch our pearls at hearing coming out of the mouths of the general public , and our range of what we expect to not hear or see ranted about unless they’re to our view , extremely right leaning politically /social values. \n\nFor us this means that actually genuinely , a lot of America does get experiences by us as bat shit crazy racist homophobic immigrant intolerant culturally and religiously ignorant , and somewhat backwards in larger or smaller amounts ? I know that’s not fun to hear but. Being the most diverse country based so much on immigration means. What is normal and known /familiar and normal so we aren’t ignorant to , is completely different. \n\nFor us we have our pockets usually in more rural less populated areas further away from larger cities where there is more diversity but that’s the same often in many countries that you will find some of the louder racist homophobic intolerant voices typically in places that truly are unfamiliar and ignorant to the experience of growing up with and around much of any diversity of varying kinds. So it’s not to say we don’t have racism and intolerance of course like anywhere we do. It’s just contained and the range and frequency and intensity is MUCH different. We distinguish nuances of diff cultures and religions more easily and in larger numbers we’re more familiar with diff ways of life , language , food, dress , holidays , values and used to a much less segregated way of existing even when we are differnt from each other as the NORM. My parents were both born in the states and my older brother was born there but they moved up here when he was a baby. So nearly all my extended family lives down there and I’m a duelly. And my experiences discussing things with my cousins or visiting absolutely could be described as culture shock at times. The insane things that came out of my own cousins mouths when they hear our friends or partners of various cultures , our not understanding how big a deal and incredibly insulting apparently it is to have assumed someone American was lgbt lol the list goes on. Like I don’t think our most intolerant Pockets can hold a flame to even ur closet to middle a bit intolerant places and contexts in America. Quite honestly. \n\nI think the absolute undying favourable passionate upholding and support of nationalistic, capitalist, hyper individualistic mentality about society as a whole (from my Canadian born and bred perspective lol) makes the differences even more glaring blaring and hard to swallow for us lol. I think more Canadians would feel exactly how that comment stated , that you felt was not fair for us to experience America as. I think the truth is a lot of Canadians are being too polite to let you know that’s exactly how a lot of America comes off to a lot of Canada ?
