My family emigrated to Vancouver about 20 years ago from Singapore like you do. That was one of the best gifts that I can give the family. Canada is one of the most livable place in the G7 countries. It maybe hard to start like everybody else. Canada can make you a complete person while Singapore make you half a person because lots of nature and beauty not there and with no voice to speak and resolve your life in Orchard road and malls only. That why you should live in Canada.

Sorry guys, all of the reasons that you mentioned except maybe the inflation (which I think is temporary and happening around the world), are the reasons that you SHOULD STAY in Canada. If you leave then you are giving up challenges and trying to find an easy way out. Please remember nothing comes easy and if you leave Canada then you are not going to be part of the struggle to change the mindsets of Canadian society that Muslims can be also accepted in Canada as they are, which may not come during your or your children's lifetime but it will come eventually maybe during your grandchildren or great grandchildren's lifetime and you need plant the seed for that now otherwise there will be no fruitful outcome. It needs lots of patience and initial suffering for a group of minority or downtrodden people to be accepted within the mainstream societly. If the Muslim people start leaving Canada just like you guys then there will be fewer Muslims for this struggle to bring changes in Canadian society. I think you are escapign the struggle and suffering and you guys can affford that but you are leaving many of them behind who cannod afford to leave Canada and it will make their lives even worse and the future generation. You need to look at the bigger picture and and the future. Anyway, this is my personal openion, which you or your audiences may not agree.

As a Canadian, I would proudly walk around with you while you wear your hijab. I pity the person who gives you a weird look or says anything. I don’t stand for that nonsense. You belong here just as much as I do

Hello Saleh family, I have been following you for over two years now; I am not american or canadian but a physician and mother of two from a third world country in the Caribbean. I started following you because I was curious about the muslim faith and your way of life. I started following different muslim people (and jewish, vegan, homeless and more... basically anybody different than me) and after some time I saw that we were all humans in search of the same things in life. I completely agree with your decision of moving but was very disappointed in your comments towards the drag community. A person in drag reading a children's book is not indoctrination. A person in drag reading to kids is only teaching them acceptance and tolerance (exactly what you want the world to give to your girls who most likely wear a Hijab). A person in drag is an artist who finds joy and self worth in certain clothes, hairstyles and makeup... it is a person a human person with the same value as everyone else. It has nothing to do with sexuallity or sexual orientation... if we truly want freedom for Palestine, if we truly want to change the narrative and to prevent 75+ years of brutal occupation and racism ever happening again; we have to change the way we see our differences... is not enough to ignore and respect people who are different: we have to accept them and recognize their humanity and their worth; to value and foster acceptance and integration in the younger generations... that is the only way forward, that is the only way we will all secure a better future for our kids. My dad almost died because a ambulance took 50 minutes to get here when we live 10 mins away from an industry park and hospital that both has ambulance. Then one of the people wasnt even a medical person and was a firefighter and she asked if he could walk to the ambulance while having a heart attack. \nThen they took him out in pajamas and no tshirts in 0c weather then didnt give hime a blanket in the ambulance. ONE MOST IMPORTANT THINGS WHILE HAVING A HEART ATTACK IS TO BE WARM. \nLuckily the other woman was really good at her job an new it was an emergency from the EKG and my pops was impressed with her driveing and her work. He just couldn't believe that the firefighters asked him to walk to the ambulance while in his condition.\nHe made it but only has 30% heart function

Its not their land, it was once Jordanian land but Jordan lost. The only reason Gaza and the West Bank exist in its present form is because Israel wants to live in peace with the people in THEIR land. Personally I think Israel should invade Lebanon and forceably move all Palestinians to that area. They could do the same thing in Syria. At that point, all the Arabs can give all the Palestinians all the aid they want because they will no longert be in Israel. \nIran should be being blockaded and Tehran should look just like Gaza. Canada opened it self to any refugee that crawled in and legally lets in a million people every year which the same amount that the U.S. does but the U.S. has more then 10 times the population. So they tax the hell out of every working person and then give free stuff to the millions of free loaders.

I immigrated to Canada in 2010, and here are my experiences inside and outside Canada. I am grateful for a good education; having a Canadian passport opened up many opportunities in other countries to build a higher-level career. However, if I had known the amount of stress, health, and financial damage that I had to endure, I wouldn't have chosen to come to Canada. I would have remained in the US or EU countries where I could achieve even more without suffering to the level I did here. \n\nMisleading immigration promotion: The government-sponsored Canadian immigration program oversells what Canada can offer. It withholds information on the cost of living, chicken-and-egg problems like Canadian work experience is required to get a job at the same level as you are in, Canadian credit history is required to rent a proper apartment, Canadian education is required to secure a high-level job, etc. \n\nHiring process: I knew the Canadian system was not ideal for immigrants over a decade ago, but it got so bad now that even the born citizens are unable to survive. The Canadian government and employers lack a basic understanding that ambitious, high-achieving people immigrate to other countries for high-level positions using proper channels. It's ridiculous to see that Canada uses a point-based system to choose highly qualified personnel to enter their country yet expects them to pursue low-paying entry-level or labor jobs just because they have brown/black skin. At first, I thought having a Canadian degree and experience might help me get high-level jobs, and I didn't think how I spoke or looked would matter when I had high credentials to show off. So, I got my masters & Ph.D. from the Univesity of Toronto, which consistently ranks #1 in Canada. I have a bachelor's from a prestigious university in Asia and had a high-competitive, well-paid federal government job in another country. Still, none of that was recognized in Canada, and I had to volunteer for over 6 months, 10 to 12 hours/day, in a research lab that led to a funded PhD program. I worked even harder during my Ph.D. with many accomplishments, like 40+ research and leadership awards, internationally recognized scientific discoveries, and innovative technologies. I checked all the above and beyond in various domains (research, teaching, leadership, business, engineering consulting, collaborations, etc.). Yet, employers couldn't see past my race, gender, age, etc., and refused to give me the opportunity at the level of my qualifications. Luckily, I managed to secure short-term work in the UK & the US, and it changed even how I see myself. I was highly respected for my credentials, given higher positions than I applied for, and paid 3-4 times more salary and benefits. Of course, bias is an integral part of every society, but my race, gender, age, etc., were not as big of an issue to begin my career at the mid-career stage in these countries as opposed to Canada. \n\nHealthcare: Access to healthcare was another big challenge for me. When I moved to Canada in 2010, due to extremely low temperatures, I developed hives all over my body, my eyes got red, and I coughed for many months. The doctor said there was nothing wrong with me and refused to give me any medication. It took us years to get a family doctor, and we got one through my personal network. In 2015/2016, I developed an autoimmune disease, and my eyeballs popped out. As of today, I did not get to see an eye specialist as they have only 1 specialist in the area, and the waiting time is for years for the first consultation. Every time the family doctor told me that I had iron deficiency, even when I insisted that they should run additional tests and they cleared, they were flagged. The doctor never diagnosed my autoimmune condition. Luckily, during my short-term work in the UK, I saw competent interns who completed my care. NHS is poorer than the medical system in Canada... they are understaffed, don't have hospital beds after surgery, or don't have stock of paper gowns, yet the staff are highly competent and caring. Within 1-2 years, they did complete diagnosis by sending me to various specialists, completed eye surgery, and even found a lifelong condition that was preventing me from realizing my full potential. Following, in the US, the doctors confirmed the diagnosis of all the conditions within 1-2 months and put me on two small pills for life. It has dramatically changed my life, and I have even more admiration for the medical profession. While in Canada, I suffered for over a decade, and every time, I was treated as a hypochondriac and never given a single prescription. \n\nQuality of life: Big cities like Toronto are mainly affected by high crime rates, overpopulation, cost of living, low employment, low salaries, etc. A few months back, there was a huge auto theft, and one of my contacts lost their Lexus car within minutes of parking. Despite being a scientist, I have no faith in politicians or individuals fixing these problems. The salaries are not increasing, but the taxes and cost of living are on the exponential growth curve. The ridiculous part is that Canada expects you to pay taxes even when you are not employed or living in Canada! I lived in London and Boston, and they offer a much higher quality of life and pay. \n\nGrowth potential: No wonder Canada, being a G7 country, falls at the bottom of the list in innovation, equal opportunities, economic growth, etc. It has a decent education system but, due to its inherent bias in the hiring process and monopoly of certain businesses, loses talented immigrants and highly qualified Canadians to the US, the UK, and EU markets. Unless there is a dramatic shift in policies, Canadians, especially new immigrants, cannot expect any positive experience in Canada except for being discriminated against and losing valuable time and money by being there.

Immigration is great. Legal immigration. But even then you have to have the resources and if you don’t you will cause undo stress on all of society. Keep voting for Trudeau and Sing. They will for sure keep immigration up high. Those tent cities should all be moved to liberal and NDP properties. Their personal property so they can take care of the people this winter. They should be forced to take in immigrants at the homes to give them shelter food and conveniences at their expense instead of ours.

Canada is for those people who are willing to gap the bridge between eastern and western cultures. In Canada if someone is willing to give 100% effort for about 3 to 4 years, personal growth is amazing. You are very honest about the information you have provided in this video. It would been nice if you were able to travel cost to cost in this country. I wish you the best. You have lovely children.

I have been in Canada for 11 years and i feel like this is biggest scam i ever seen that being played with people life and dreams, I can say from personal experience all the fees and experience people coming here to get is not worth it, even college degree is not helpful as employer will ask you for Canadian experience which is impossible to get for any professional job. Please stay india or try Australia or USA where your education and job is going to give you good life for you and children.

In Finland the number of the homeless people has decreased to almost non existing when we started to give the homeless small apartments and after that all the support to carry on their lives and to become again a tax paying respectable citizen.\n Finland spends much, much less money than before. \nNoone is sleeping rough. The number of homeless is all the time decreasing.\n\nIf we had not corrected our way of thinking, we would have now tens of thousands homeless persons as the problems seem to get bigger when managed incorrectly.\n\nAs the homelessness is getting worse everywhere in the world and the problems get bigger every single day in spite of all the money spent, it's time to start following everywhere the Housing First method.

Look as a product of an immigrant father myself, we simply can't afford to take care of the Canadians we have, never mind all these people who come to Canada with no jobs, no housing, no money, possibly no ability to speak English or French. Like it or not, our taxes are going up and our services are going down. The government is focused on GDP numbers as opposed to GDP per capita, which essentially means while our production numbers are artificially enhanced the quality of life per person is rapidly declining. We're talking about flooding Ontario with 500,000 new immigrants, God knows how many Indian paypigs... I mean students for colleges and universities, as our government is giving tax breaks to Atlantic Canadians and torturing everyone else for going greener with natural gas. We're living in a country where it is very possible to hold down multiple jobs and still be homeless in 2024 and we're talking about more immigrants? We can't afford the people we have now and we're talking about bringing in more? Who's building the homes for these people? The last couple million of immigrants who were supposed to build homes didn't build anything so now we're bring in more to build homes for the last couple million who were supposed to build homes plus Canadians who has been here for more than a July on a sidewalk.

Are you egging kidding me?\nI’m Canadian, moved from Alberta to Montreal and every one in Pauline Julienne school is an immigrant except perhaps 4 people, 3 from my family and a girl from Toronto .\nI had a rude awakening to find out the immigrants tuition is free - mine I had to pay for. Also the immigrants are GIVEN money to attend class 500 - 600 per person per month. So if it is a couple that is 1000/month and that is on top of the housing benefits they get for free.\nMy family had to no such benefit.\nAdditionally even though educated, because we are anglophones we could not get even menial jobs. I applied at a value Villiage and was denied because I did not speak French however a class mate in my “beginners” who also knew no French but was from Mexico did get a job there. (Hanging up cloths)\nSo this is a small example of Trudeau’s government giving preferential treatment to immigrants over Canadians.

Our current federal government gives any person living here no benefit to live here. This country sucks under Trudeau. It's as simple as that.

Truth is that the immigration system has been a source of income and financial gain for the system but gives little back. Sadly many Canadians think the opposite is true. They think because refugees are given shelter while waiting for processing that means they receive support more than the locals. Truth is immigrants come here mostly on loans, spend years working and spending to support families back home, it takes years to understand the taxing, credit, wealth, education and many other resources that drives the Canadian community. This put immigrants in a position where they work more than the local just to meet the bare minimum life standards. If many of the immigrants knew the ins and outs of the system, then they would really take over and appreciate being in canada. \n\nCanadians and canada as a whole are welcoming. You might meet a few who have little knowledge of the global system and standard against immigrants, something that their countries economic system depends on. Remember your countries have never lived without immigration. From the day the first white personal stepped onto this lane, immigrants have continued to come in more different colours. It’s our duty to focus on making life better not on how we can make life harder for others. Wanting to live in canada with your own specific community and wanting others to stay away from a land that has been shared for decades is just a selfish stand. We all love canada because we all find peace here.

It’s been 5 years for me here and I honestly can say I have achieved nothing in my life yet. It scares me when I think I can’t return whatever my parents had invested in me. The fact is you’ll never have a good paying job in Canada being an immigrant. When I say this trust me I mean it. Most you’ll get is a minimum wage job which can make you survive the life here. The problem is very serious, on the one hand they let in people who are not contributing and giving added value to the country, quite the opposite, and on the other hand Canada has fallen far behind countries like Germany, France, Spain or the US , When bringing qualified people for specific fields, what is the difference, two things first, the ridiculous Canadian experience, is nonsense, the other even more ridiculous, the paths for recognition of all types of credentials do not even match the needs of the country and less than when those laws were created, they are completely out of reality, the paths were created by a person without the slightest vision, the aforementioned countries never ask for experience and the path to recognize credentials is easy, above all fast and practical, that is delaying Canada!! and it is leaving it very far from what it was, with so many good professionals who do not work in their area thanks to the terrible policies. \nThe result, true professionals go where it suits them best.

Chorkor i was blessed to have come across this video... it really moved me..back in 2019 started by going to Ghana.. i left Nigeria through benin republic to togo lome then aflao to Accra....was in Ghana for about 1yr..came to Nigeria. 2020 i was aspiring for Germany but due to covid everything was still. Then 2021 i applied for masters program in Warsaw Poland. But i was duped for about 4euro. Every big city has changed,but your video is so negative on Toronto. Why don’t you go and live in every other big city in North America and then give your opinion. Toronto is by far, no American city is even close ,to how safe Toronto is. The 5th biggest city in North America,almost 7,000,000,seven million people and almost no crime. It is the second safest city in the world,after Copenhagen in Denmark. \n Toronto is diverse,great job opportunities,great public transit,high standard of living,airport,food,arts,waterfront clean and beautiful,everything is world class and “FREE Healthcare”\n Yes,Toronto is expensive,but has innovative,high tech world class companies that attract intelligent hard working people. Everyone works. \n So if a person is unemployable,won’t work and can’t afford to live in Toronto,then don’t move there.

Obviously if he has a personal driver in Nigeria, then he is part of a very wealthy minority back home, thus his experience and life is much better back home. Canada has better equality in every way than Nigeria & in my own home country as well, if you want to be in a country that tries to give a decent quality of life for everyone equally and not just a high quality of life for a small minority, then he's right, stay in Nigeria. Canada will humble you if you don't have the competitiveness to earn a good life, it's a country designed to serve the masses, not just you personally. The doctor has many other patients to see, they don't have time to hang out with you buddy.

Ok this is interesting. Someone needs to ask the following \n1. Did the gentleman own property before initially moving to Canada? \n2. What were his goals before moving to Canada ?\n\nPeople need to realize a country like Canada will not give you wealth but will provide you a space for growth. You will struggle If you don’t have the following \n1. Employable skills \n2. Personal integrity \n3. Ability to build a healthy social network \n4. Patience. It will take about 5yrs to adjust to the Canadian culture \n\nTo emphasize again, if your primary main goal is to create wealth quickly then forget Canada. You can create such wealth in your home country.

As the child of immigrants, i think this is a perspective a lot of Canadians are facing. I could never bring myself to leave, most people my age are the same. All your friends are here, the neighbourhood you grew up in is here and you're simply not cut out to go to where your parents originally came from (half of us come from parents/grand parents who immigrated) because the climate is probably 1000x different lol (I just know I couldnt survive South Asian/Middle eastern weather).\n\nI just turned 18 though so I haven't experienced the insane rent and stuff (as it's literally impossible for me to move out). Things will be better I know it, but the question is how long will that take? Id personally give it 5 or 6 years. We need to put a cap on immigration and just completely cut off the GTA from receiving any for a set amount of time (think 2 or 3 years?). We also need to amplify our construction industry (incentives/rezone some areas for development) and the government should start subsidizing urban development projects with an agreement that prices will be lowered, or offer money to people who are purchasing condos/houses (think iZev but for urban housing and not electric vehicles). \n\nAlso stop taxing us and simply start slowing down/cutting non-essential social services; a specific government program should be created that closes all of these at once for a set amount of time (think 2 or 3 years as well) and they'll be able to redirect the money to more important causes.

The big difference is in cost of living vs earning potential in urban areas vs rural areas. Following is true for non farmers in India, Canada, or any other country. If you are highly educated, there are high paying jobs in urban areas, but the cost of living is higher as well. There are fewer jobs for highly educated in rural areas, but cost of living is low. Choices of lower educated are better in farming in rural areas. Choices for lower educated are lower in urban areas, but if you are young, then you can get college degree by part time education (easily available in urban areas), and then you can get a high paying job. In urban areas, owning a car can become optional with careful planning. So, the provocative title in Hindi that coming to Canada is stupid, is a terrible conclusion. You have to consider your personal assets (education, health, skills), and your liabilities. Then you can make an educated decision, whether coming to Canada (urban, vs. rural), is good for you, or India is best for you? Canada has been ridiculously good to me and for me, even as I appreciate that this is not the average experience. I came here 36 years ago, when there were jobs looking for people, and not the other way around. Back then we had the choice to skill up some more or go in full force in careers, which worked for many of us. I can see how tough it would be for new immigrants now, especially professionals who were already established back in Africa not wanting to get re-validated in order to practice here. That is a journey best played out by new engineers, doctors and other crucial professions where they have time on their side and not feel like they are giving up much to start from scratch. Canada is great but each person has to weigh their reason for wanting to be here. If the scales tip this way, then one has to fully commit to the move to make it work. Otherwise, truly look to make that success happen wherever you are ..... Africa, Asia or Australia. It IS possible!

There are just so many misinformation and misrepresentation from this video. \n\nFor example, for how long has the person you are interviewing reside in Canada to be able to come to those conclusion? Is the person working full time? He said he is a research student so how does he know what it is to work and not enjoy your money when he is just a research student who is not earning salary? \n\nEveryone will just come to Canada and be talking down on the country. Oh My God ! I am an Indian but feel very sad because climate is very unfriendly to humans ! Please give them good shelter where climate is warm and bare able. As an older person who migrated decades ago after protesting in my old country, I encourage young people below 45 to FIGHT for your countries. A pharmacist has to fill anything between 200 to 350 prescriptions, give a certain number of immunizations and see a certain No of patients per day. There is no time for niceties! A corporate professional May work remotely but has to deliver on so many projects he is up till 10pm and only gets up to eat. We have beautiful homes, drive nice cars etc but MUST work like the clock in an assembly line fashion! Most of us pay so much of our income as taxes we end up with less than 70% as paychecks! Things aren’t always what they seem!

As a second generation Nigerian immigrant (parents were born in Nigeria and I was born in the US). I 100% agree w/ his perspective. I’ve spent consider amount of time in Nigeria w/ my side of the family that’s doing well and the other side that aren’t. Aboard should only be for people who have no opportunity back home as in they have tried everything and nothing worked for them. If you are doing well in Nigeria, try and give birth to your kids in the US so they can retrieve citizenship. There is no reason a successful person back home should sell their things and move aboard even for kids as you can send them aboard to receive an education and help them gain citizenship and from their they can file for you. The amount of systemic racism, odd jobs you will have to work (God forbid you don’t have a degree and you move aboard for non degree purposes that’s when aboard will show you pepper), cost of surviving is expense here especially now as inflation is high. It’s just not benefiting especially if you were better off in Nigeria. However, this shouldn’t stop you from coming just know that the road isn’t easy and some places are worse than others. I’ve never been to Canada but have been to the UK and by far would advice anyone from back home to avoid UK at all cost. Not even sure how Nigerians are even making it there lol (it’s a never ending cycle of poverty plus citizenship is very difficult to gain and the discrimination in my opinion is much worse than the US. UK society has a class system and it only really empowers British people. The UK is so bad that they even discriminate against Eastern Europeans that should let you know a lot.) Also why do you think most Brits Nigerians come back to Naija hoping to secure job compared to American Nigerians and let me tell you it’s not because the UK is close to Nigeria, there is a true lack of opportunity. There are more opportunity in the US and possibly Canada compared to the Europe.

At a point in history, Canada was a struggling country but I don't think Canadian talk trashed of their country. I wish I wasn’t Canadian sometimes because of the influx of migrants that put too much pressure on our limited ability to integrate them. Partly due limited housing, especially on lower income supply. I know it’s not their fault for trying to get a better life. My recent exposure to the new wave of immigrants many are uncultured when they first arrive, Also adding stress to our failing healthcare system. Some are scamming the employment & welfare system, and get more financial assistance from the government than the people born and raised in the country. I’m embarrassed at the failure of Canada and its government to give not only the Canadians good governance and proper quality of life, but the new migrants whom we welcome the ability to not just survive but thrive. Personally I believe that immigrants should be forced away from the densely populated areas to the other provinces and territories that actually require their skills and expertise.

The arbitrary aspect of the immigration system is the most depressing aspect of living here in the US. I guess when the system was implemented it may have had some use (such as being impartial to everyone by employing a lottery system) but these systems are pretty outdated at this point and only a leverage for political parties to throw gang signs at each other talking about how bad immigration is. I also don’t think anyone wants to solve immigration problems really, I mean even some of the nicest local people I know throw their hands up like “I don’t know” and I think it’s because immigration suffers from the same thing that many other problems suffer from and that is a lack of focus. Illegal immigration takes up so much time and space that fixing legal immigration seems like a daunting challenge and not at all worth trying. If I were a betting person I would never hedge my bets on immigration, I just need to have the time to digest and understand a lot of knowledge about how immigration helps me and my country. It’s honestly up to the Government imo to give it the proper fix it deserves but, again, why bother if it doesn’t help?

Hi Tyler, born and raised Cdn here. I have American relatives and ancestors. I spent a lot of time going to the States to visit them when I was young and US felt like our big brother back then. Nice, clean, safe, fun and just big. Heck, when I was 15 I even took the Greyhound bus from Toronto to San Francisco. I've been back a few times but last was in 2015. Lkg to come back maybe this Christmas. I know media is biased but to give you some explanation, we don't have guns up here to the extent you guys do. Of course we have crime and sick things do happen up here but, we don't have to fear that every single person we come in to contact w is packin a gun. And the news intensifies our fear of that one aspect of your country's culture. And yes, the amount of mass shootings at schools terrifies us. I am sad to also see the political extremism in the US now. I miss the US of my childhood and certainly do agree, small town rural people are salt of the earth there. I even found New Yorkers nicer than Torontonians.

59:35 I personally think this is just personal story where a lot of circumstances lead to this situation and things might be like this earlier but now post pandemic and especially in 2023 things are so much better, nothing comparable to canada in terms or ease of PR but if one follows right pathway of what the govt. is looking for PR is super easy. A friend of mine age 20 being a Nurse got PR right after graduating with 0 work experience in ADELAIDE. They don't need accountants why would they give PR to them? I understand nursing is not for everyone but there are more such occupations too.

Its their personal experience which could happen to anyone in any other country.\nI have been in Australia, and i can say people here are very respectful and an amazing country to live in. Even in the regional area you will find more and more friendly people. Its all about accepting their culture and be respectful about that. Regarding visas and invitation its all about your skills, experience and your english fluency, if you are above the competition you will surely get nominated. Anyways everyone has their own point of views and their own struggles in life which all have to go through it. Just be patience and give it sometime, things will happen earlier or later.

Everyone eventually needs healthcare (unless they just drop dead immediately) Our US healthcare is designed to rob us of any accumulated wealth (assuming we're middle class). Why would someone from a civilized country move in with bookburners like Moms for Liberty and give up their healthcare and personal security to do so?

We do not owe them a debt. They (or any other migrant) are not entitled to become US citizens solely bc their home country is in turmoil. Sympathy can only go so far but when you try to invade our country all sympathy is lost. I feel for them greatly but these kinds of actions harden the hearts of our people and make the hate expressed toward LEGAL immigrants 100x worse. We have families that we need to protect just like them. Firing an employee in Ontario is very unexpensive in comparison to other countries. The Labor law is in favour of the employer. The law require to pay 1 week per each year worked. It’s up to the employer to give something additional (severance) to avoid being sued by the employee. Canadian companies don’t hire immigrants not because they are risk adverse but because they don’t consider the education and experience of immigrants good enough. The Mentality of Canadian Managers is that don’t need to develop people because if someone is not meeting his\\her expectations, they can replace that person easily because the cost is almost negligeble.
