Take them directly to the airport and give them a one way ticket to their home country. And inform them that they have lost any right to migrate legally back to America. All VISA applications will be denied in the future. Get the message out that America WILL gladly accept applications and grant VISAs to those that have applied legally to enter, live and work in America.

If you really seek asylum you'll be ready to do it legally. If you don't you'll face the consequences which should have always been applied.
