Very good video, I wish I knew it all in 2014! Taxes, OMG this was such a nasty surprise when my grocery bill was higher than what I saw on a price tag. Funny that a lot of this is true in Switzerland as well. Switzerland hates overachievers but values team work. Always respect your team, help and be polite are absolute dealbreakers. Other aspects of cultural norm also works. Remember how Canadians were closed when it comes to personal topics, Swiss people are reserved and it takes time to get closer to them but they can also been direct when it comes to a civil state, at least this happened to me. \nFunny fact: when I arrived in Switzerland I had Canadian views of a distance and annoyed people by saying 80km is close, but when I explained I used to live in Canada they understand I need time to adjust. \nI lived 5yrs in Toronto and never get issues with winter, but I hate summer heat not winter.

As a kenyan living in the UK for the past 7 yrs ,i came into conclusion that theres something not right about nigerians living abroad, among all africans ive met here in England, its only nigerians that never loves their country compared to other africans, ive met south africans ,cameroonians ghanians ugandans malawians liberians and Gambians all of them are proud of their respective countries and they tend to go back whenever they get the opportunity, i inclusive i do go back to kenya like every december coz i just cant stand being in the UK the entire year without going back home for a couple of weeks ...when it comes to nigerians ive met over here theres something always off, they hate their country sooo much to an extent one told me nigeria is a country in ICU ,some even told me they can set foot in africa but not nigeria..so nigerians tell me wats soo bad about your country that you tend to run away from it, even in my home country kenya there are estates designated for nigerians..Besides i prefer being in UK than in north america coz of the distance i cant imagine being in US or canada coz of the flight hours ,they're sooo far away from my country i love it in the UK coz its closer to home and i dont need connecting flights in most cases when going to kenya.

After watching this video, i still want to make my move to canada in the next 1 to 2 years. Because canada is a big upgrade from usa. Im from texas and i hate the hot weather that lasts 11 months of basically summer. and always dreamed about cold cloudy weather instead. Im 21 and im planning to get my education there so it's not really a big problem for me compared to other people who already studied in their home country. Basically life quality is better and i dont have to worry about the sad things that happen here. I love canada and i want to be a proud Canadian.

Hate to pop your balloons, but Canadians are not as nice as you think. I've met plenty of nasty ones through the years and it is definitely not the Canada I remember from childhood (I'm in my 60s). You find plenty of Karens, feminazis and out and out unwelcome busybodies that are always sticking their nose in your business. Canucks are definitely not angels.

I was born in USA but this man speaks 100% truth. \n\nI feel afraid, lonely , depressed in California. People are mean, rude, cold, violent. So lonely people don't talk to nobody only to fight. Too much drugs. \n\nI'm visiting my parents in Mexico and I like Mexico better. People are very friendly there is crime but not too much. Right here it is nice lovely friendly people say hi friendly neighbors.\n\nUSA is full of everything virtual, everything online and yes consumerism , materialistic and yes very plastic. Working day and night never home. Stupid. I know a lot of people like my uncle always at work never home working 7 days a week like slaves and not ever home just to sleep. Ridiculous. \n\nMy Dad retired and went back to Mexico by Otay and I'm visiting my parents a lot here in Mexico more freedom and very friendly people friendly neighbors. \n\nNot horrible lonely America. In America too much cell phones nobody talks only text. Cold people no interaction no socialize only depression, drugs, drugs, drugs, money money, money, cell phones all day and fighting . \n\nPeople mean rude in USA I fight with everybody in USA too much racism. Too much entitled crazy people. I hate it in California. I prefer Mexico or other foreign countries like Africa, Thailand, Japan, Cambodia. \n\nNo greedy money hungry commercialism capitalist USA and Europe.

Representing Nairobi Kenya. I believe in travelling and experiencing different cultures around the world. But as for settling, these Western countries seem too cold and lonely for us and our way of life. We are very communal, we sit and walk outside a lot. Common Market places are an integral part. Our kids always come out to play with neighbors kids when not in school. I have lots of friends everywhere, our shopkeepers are our friends, gas station attendants, security guards, technicians, our workmates are all friends. I'd hate for my daughter to have no friends to play with and to just sit watching TV or on a computer all day every day. We find this very antisocial and bad for a child's development. Its is so sad and unfair but I guess its just the way life is there.

Canada is a country of immigrants, which means people who are, in my humble opinion, mostly quite self-centered and expecting the world from others, which never happens! Canada demands a gigantic capacity to adapt, to adjust and, in a word, to change...completely! You must be totally willing to leave everything behind if you want to integrate into Canadian society and this is extremely hard to do! Moreover, most immigrants come to Canada because they expect that country to give them a life of luxury or at least a very easy life, which can be true, as compared to certain other countries where life can be hell because of corruption, poverty or mismanagement and dictatorship. Now, don't fool yourself, you will find all of this in Canada too, in a very different way, although not always that different, but you will find it to a certain extent, depending on what you are trying to do here! Canada pretends to be a free and democratic country, but if there is one thing, that you are not supposed to do in Canada without dire consequences and reactions from most Canadians, it is criticism and voicing dissent! You will face repression too! I am 67 and I have lived in this country for over 30 years and now have lots of health problems, which I would probably never have had in another country, all this because of the frigging climate here...I just hate it here! And yes, don't be cultured and...play stupid and ignorant, otherwise you will face automatic rejection and that same stupidity and ignorance! A country of many cultures...yes, but also of deep rooted prejudices and intolerance! And if there is something that never changes in Canada, it is change! They expect you to change, but they never change themselves! in a word...Canada is a country like all others, no better and often far worse!

It is only in Western countries that you see attacks against Asians. You do not see Asians attacking foreigners in Asian Countries. Western countries have always looked down on Asians. It is time for Asians to stand together against these hate crimes.

And no matter how different, how inconvenient or how unexpected, we’re asked to love our neighbor well. 1 corinthians 13:4-8 tells us Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails.

Why do Asians always hate?

Corona has nothing to do with anyone's race or origin. We're all humans this is a time for us to stand together and be united always and face the situation head on. \n\nPeople who differentiate others by color or race need to know that we're all human. Though we may have different complexion or look different and talk different, at the end of the day we're all one big family. \n\nThose who deny and live a life differentiating everyone should not be encouraged and should instead be corrected and if that doesn't work then they need punishment or need to reach out to the nearest hospital for help. \n\nThe earth is our home and our fellow human beings are our family even if we aren't related. The Muslim always hated Christianity minority in their country but then why they immigrated in Christianity mayority. Such as European, Canada, United States, Australia, kind a sucks.

There will always be racial bias in society. We can’t help it. Race, religion, gender, language, all part of our identity. But we are also going to have a preference for those identity traits as well. It’s the hate that is the problem. Maybe yes, maybe not. Sales clerk always come and ask if someone needs help. I like the idea when they come and ask and I hate when sales clerk ignore me. There's few stores that clerk ignores customers coming to the store. That's my experience.

Racism goes both ways I’ve been treated very bad because of my pale skin hair and eyes I’ve been called albino by people of colour and I’ve never and would never do that to them growing up in the uk in an area with a high Muslim community being beaten up at school ,there where places white girls just didn’t go I hated the way I looked I started to dye my hair black I wore baggy clothes and lots of layers but I couldn’t change my eyes I would alway walk with my head down so I know what it’s like to be treated differently because of colour

It is NOT just race. Depending on the bag or backpack you carry, you get followed, which I hate. And I'm not black. My mother also gets followed everywhere in every Macy's store. It drives me crazy. It's really annoying, because I think it's because my mom has big purses and I usually have my art backpack. \n\nWhen I'm in a different town, I get followed in Walmart all the time. If I forget my shopping bags, I will empty my backpack so I can use that to put all my items in at the end of the purchase.\n\n In Best Buy, I'm lucky to get anyone to help me at all!!! I have to hunt someone down, and most of the time, they don't know anything anyway. Target: I have a hard time finding anyone to help me as well. I haven't really done a social experiment, but sometimes I just have my shopping bags and fill them as I shop and I won't carry a purse.\n\nLocally, I don't get followed because my family and me are known in that town. We know a lot of people and my face is everywhere. I never get followed. But out of town Walmart, I get followed in certain stores. It irritates me immensely, especially since I buy a lot of make up and the make up department is cramped they way they block the end of the aisles. It makes it really hard to turn your cart around when other people are in the same aisle. Then they close the make up aisle even though they have tons of cameras all over!! \n\nOverall, I don't know WHERE these backhanded compliments are coming from. I normally hear stuff about my weight. Funny how leftists have always hated religion and now they align with these guys.

I hate that at my work that we have a 5 foot rule; if a customer is within sight in 5 feet of you, you are to ask them if they need help with anything. Whether or not we suspect them of stealing. We don't discriminate racially, we do this with every person who walks into the store. Which is ridiculous because our store is very small and we have anywhere between 3 and 6 employees on the floor at any given time. So, inevitably, every customer is offered help many many times in their visit. I am always worried that a person of colour will think I'm profiling them, when I'm really not. I genuinely just want to know if they're finding everything they need or have any questions. If we were to racially profile based on the people who have stolen from us in the past, we'd be going after every white person who walks in the store. In my 3 years working there we have had only white people steal from us. So sick of the race issue, we're all humans. The amount of melanin in our skin should not matter.

I am Asian, live in the US and this is the reason why I hate shopping. Workers are always stalking you until you are out the door. There are always more than 1 employees asking the same questions to see if I needed help all the time. It is so freaking annoying. I never stole anything in my whole life. But it is okay, it just means they are not getting my business anymore and I am saving more money. ?

Since I was a kid I hated my brown tan sun kissed skin...i wanted to have snow pale white skin i always thought it was beautiful...i still do..at times i still hate my skin colour but slowly trying to accept that I am beautiful the way I am.

I have always said, as I too have been very involved with Muslims as my ex husband was Muslim, Muslims have no neighbors, they have no love or compassion, they cannot do not and will not be a respector of any Christian beliefs or values of any kind, Why do they want to live in our free countries when they despise freedom. They are not here for freedom, they hate freedom of every kind. it is very clear from the Qu'ran, that I have read. They hate our culture, they despise our free speech, they despise Christian's they despise our dress (apparel) they despise any form of woman's rights. When I lived in Egypt it was extremely rare to see a woman ride a horse, drive a car, ride a bike or go swimming, or even jogging. I was a rare exception because I was American and did all of the above, however none of my female friends could or would do any of the things that I just mentioned. Ask yourself, why the hell are they coming to our home lands?!?!

As a older Canadian born and bred, but now in Europe because of marriage, I can see things farther toward the wall than most of you perhaps in Brandon, Thunder Bay, Charlottetown, Whitby, Kamloops, Red Deer, etc. This is extremely dangerous. A few muslims are o.k., as they may assimilate to Canadian values of 'PEACE, ORDER, and GOOD GOVERNMENT'. Yet most do not wish to assimilate, only to remain who they are, ungrateful of the bounty Canada offers them, and holding values against those our country has always promulgated. We have separation of church and state in Canada, and fought very hard for it, with a history of bloody wars in Europe to show for it. It is repulsive how we are allowing a bleeding of immigrants into our country who do not believe in our basic creed. This is not racial. This is not hate-based or prejudice. It is simply defending our creed as a country, from wherever you are, and whomever you are. Canada is worth defending. Where are the feminists on this? Why are you not defending Canada is this debate?

Muslims are confident enough not to hate on other religions. You don't see them on other religions videos posting hate comments. That proves that their religion is the most respectful amongst other religions. \n\nI love Islam and I'll always do. \n\n#ThePeaceReligion

its easy. if muslims fear about their safety they should stop supporting islamist agenda. if they support views islam promotes, they will always be hated in west and for a just reason. islam is hateful religion, and when you take it seriously you find yourself supporting terrorism.

As an atheist exmuslim who despises orthodox islam and jihadis, I have the ability to separate the regular muslims from the crazy ones. I have always admired Canada's openness and inclusivitiy which I believe is unrivalled in the world. However the hate speech in these comments are troubling. Not all americans are KKK members and not all muslims are jihadis. Let's all oppose the crazy ones together but by preaching hate speech against all Muslim Canadians you are making the situation a lot worse and perhaps turning what is 1% of Muslim Canadians to a higher number.
