These students came for an education. You accepted the terms of that student visa and should thereby adhere to those terms. Many countries do offer jobs to international students who excel in their studies if there are available positions in that field that Canadians can not fill. We have the same problem in the US with Indian senior parents milking county and state Medicaid living with their wealthy kids in upscale Scarsdale (NY), Plano and Hiighland Park ( N.
