I'll admit I could be more educated on this but also why is running to America the solution. Watch our news. They use this for political gain. As a international student who just came to Canada last year, I understand how extremely bad the cultural bubble is that is created by Indian people, you have to understand that for even someone like me who wants to adopt the culture here and explore other cultures, its not easy. Generally I have faced concealed racism when i try to interact with people from different cultures (latinos, white and especially asian people). Regardless, Im trying to still get out of the bubble and have somewhat managed to do so, Im just trying to explain my point of view. Im also not denying that the majority of the people in the bubble are not trying to get of the bubble ( I hate this mindset too)

Yes I understand his point but at the end of the day they’re still not taking any in and they should you can always return them and you can still push for them to have their lands but I don’t think they have to stay the sacrificed to do that. If they’re helping them and truly fighting for their land you should be able to remove people for safety reasons leave the fighters behind when it’s safe you can return the people and they probably should make systems in the neighbourhood areas and yeah other countries in Europe and whatever yes we all should help out each other like that I think for sure . Indians can't integrate into Canadian lifestyle and ethics. They do not want to integrate and blend into society with harmony. They think they are better and smarter. The reality is that they aren't. They are just average joe like 99% of the world population. On top, they are the cheaters, scammers and liars. They think being a cheater means being smart. This is why majority of Canadians have negative opinion about them. I lived with them for 5 years. I have at least tried to understand. I couldn't. I learned all above in 5 years. I have seen that they bribed driving test examiners, lied police. I have seen that they cheated banks, credit card companies and CRA as well. They harassed people by calling their personal phone numbers to sell service. I have also seen that they have cheated TTC, YRT by not paying their very reasonable 3-4 dollars fare. I have seen that they did committed insurance fraud. I have seen that they stole grocery from department stores. They speed, disobeys traffic rules and more.\n\nThey are also financially frustrated and feel homesick. This is the main reason. They are suffering here and stressed.\n\n\nIt is not racism. It is a behavioral reaction. This will not stop.

What's one of the main reasons why a foreign country would invite foreign workers into their country to work?? Because there are native citizens of that particular nation that don't want to work, they are lazy.. I understand the issue about overpopulation, but on the other hand, the opportunities have always been there for the natives to take advantage of, but did they?? So the government had to come up with a system to fill those vacancies, and in some cases, another reason why natives can't get a job, is because they are not qualified.. I think if an immigrant should be there with the aim to create a better life, I'm sure it can be achieved with hardwork and sacrifices, because a lot of us want to live above our means/ budget, spending more than we earn, instead of saving towards accomplishing a specific goal.. And i think a lot of people go with this false belief that that particular country is paradise, so they think as they land, their lives would be changed instantly, not knowing that they have to work very hard and make sacrifices to achieve their goals, and that's the main issue, they go without having any aims or goals, they go with the wrong mindset and attitude, and the list goes on.. And these students that are protesting, they should be trying to make a difference in the country to demonstrate to the government and the natives there that they are worthy to be a part of the nation, because they are not taking from it, but rather adding more values to it.. I think it all depends on the mindset.. And of course, i do agree that an immigrant should assimilate..

I am an international student myself but i also think this kind of protest is very wrong. I understand that everything in Canada isn't easy. If you want to stay in Canada, you need to follow the rules, system and culture. Besides, you need to try hard to be acceptable.

most newcomers to any country struggle especially since most are not bringing in wads of cash to start a business but literally scraping in using life savings just to get here - however once here with residential status a national health care and level of income security for unemployment benefits is an added bonus which you won't get in every country regardless of residency status but refugees and others come in with no money at all as well as problems in some cases with language barriers, but as bad as everyone thinks it is the grass is not greener on the other side just because you're paying lower taxes but privatising infrastructure only makes things more expensive even when you're not taxed.... and Canada is a huge country with very limited number of tax payers such a small market would double costs for private business too - and just cos things may be cheaper you may find you don't fit as well as you thought..... and also the more you move the less time you have to settle and grow into the space you find yourself now....I've lived in 3 very different countries so I understand how difficult it is.... and how some places regardless of cost just fit better than others.... I love Toronto... but would not want to live in Vancouver or Texas for very different reasons... and don't judge a city by people who don't know how privileged they are to live in Toronto or anywhere in Canada really they should try living in India or Russia or even South Africa... places may be cheap but the lifestyle isn't worth much as a result of being failed states - even USA is falling apart road by road bridge by bridge.....of course there's hope for all of them eventually.... but if you don't like it it's probably best you leave.... if you don't want Canada why would Canada want you.... your just bringing the nation into disrepute

Honestly it’s not that I’m completely opposed to immigration in the proper amounts but currently the were kinda eating a** in the housing department, so it feels as though we’re giving space for something that doesn’t completely exist yet, which is also drowning out legitimate citizens from being able to have affordable housing, therefore causing some sort of aggression towards people trying to get away from they own crap, but everyone needs housing and likes it affordable so it’s understandable. Maybe we could handle this sort of intake in like 30-50 years easily, but we’re filling a bucket that has so much going into it, I’m not knowledgeable on Canadian happenings to know all the intricacies. Though a layman could tell Justin Trudeau is a large contributor to this line of politically charged thinking that doesn’t really think about long term consequences.

Who were in Canada before white people migrated there? The Indigenous people went from being the ethnic majority to getting wiped out and white people claimed the country as their own. So it is ironic that white people are upset another ethnic group is now the majority. Canada, US and Australia are not white people countries. I understand these are low skilled low income jobs but when I was a teen these were the jobs we took as part time after school jobs. It helped us save for college, buy a car, pay insurance and gas and have some spending cash aswell as it helped learn to have more responsibility.. Now teens today don’t have that. My friends two teenage kids tried applying to a few different gas stations and resturaunts and they wouldn’t even accept their application. One said he was told “ sorry we only employ family”…. It’s a corporate chain!

What I do understand is that he took responsibility for what happened. He did not try to get away with it. It is not like he is some criminal gang member joy-riding around. Being an Indian living in India I can tell you one thing that mostly people who are not 'good enough' in anything pay lumsum amount of money to move to Canada. For instance, most of the students going to Canada for study, lack foundational knowledge that should've been taught to them at school. Take a GRE-like exam by randomly selecting Indians residing in this area and u will understand what I'm talking about. Unfortunately, the current Canadian govt knows this and capitalise on this problem as they have turned the education system of Canada into a money-vending machine. Furthermore, no skill development opportunities and lack of jobs intensify these problems as these individuals are never exposed in a multicultural urban setting. That is why likeminded individuals aggregate and live in silos. Lastly, for my Indian brothers and sisters, I would like to say that yall should try to assimilate with the culture rather than live in silos. That doesn't necessarily mean yall should abandon ur religion and culture, but try to participate more in various activities associated with Canadian culture. Like Im a Hindu, but I participate in Eid & Christmas as well in India.. We should be open to new experiences, especially when moving to a foreign country, one should be able to adapt.. just like one adapts to the weather, one should also embrace the culture.. Try talking to people who are 'non-Indians', have a genuine conversation, find out the history of the place and various other key milestones in the region.. mostly engage in amicable social behaviour. Holding grudge & closing doors to new interactions would not solve anything, neither for Canadians nor for immigrants.. Live and let live.. Cheers!

I understand this is an economics channel, but saying that NO ONE wants to live in Canada because of 3 issues with the economy that most developed countries in the world are dealing w/ is kinda stupid (It's almost like most of the world is in a recession.?) A lot of this data is straight-up wrong or twisted in a way as to be really misleading. The whole video is just full of inconsistencies and is overall extremely critical of Canada to the point of making it sound like a terrible place to live. We have a lot of British who went to the Caribbean along with some Canadians, i now understand why. Based on the information you guys are providing, it seems like it's a simple issue of landlords in Canada trying to exploit people by preventing more housing from being built. I understand that an increase in immigrants makes the housing market more competitive, but it sounds like corrupt government officials are taking bribes from landlords to make Canada a worse place for everyone.\n\nMoreover, it's funny that he only uses Vancouver and Toronto to illustrate how expensive Canada is when there are other places to live in the country. The crazy thing is that some Canadians still have faith in Trudeau's party or just have too much trust in the government that they can turn this around. I want to see this country prosper but every few months I just keep on seeing new policies that the current government makes that just doesn't make sense.\n\nFew things to mention\n- No more investment in more roads by the federal government (I understand they want essentially to have citizens use cars less but they haven't provided a plan on how that money would be invested? I have yet to see trains being invested to connect cities such as High speed rail?)\n- Increased carbon taxes (most premiers were against this but they negged it on)\n- proposal and voting for Increasing taxes on capital gains (impact business that invest in Canada)\n- This is a positive thing but also happened because they polls went to the dump (increased investment in housing) and then decrease foreign student admission for future years ( I think this is where liberals say they have hope, but it's at a point where they messed it up and now are trying to fix it to make it look like they are fixing someone else's mess\n- The government is also just adding more policies we can't afford such as Dental plans for certain incomes, food in schools while the free health care doesn't really feel worth the taxes when the quality is not there. ( This is how they want to be the good guys when the conservatives need to cut costs to help resolve this mess)\n\nThe liberals are kind of like that guy in the family that takes a loan, pockets some money for corruption, then gives money away to charities saying I'm the good guy, and then doesn't know how to pay the loan back so asks for their family to help fund the debt.

May be it is not well illustrated in the video but it is hard to understand what the problem is. It appears that the fear of change is an issue. But change is inevitable. Canada is a multicultural society and that is protected by the constitution. So nothing can be more Canadian than bringing one's own culture here while adhering and abiding by the Canadian value system. I welcome the creator of the video to engage in productive discussion to know more about what are his concerns and try and identify the root cause. This is so wrong to try and push your horrific laws onto a CHRISTIAN based country. I don't understand how people can move, flee, or illegally enter another country and try to turn it around to be like the country they left behind. I thought people moved country for a better life not to drag their archaic laws and customs with them. Sharia law is absolutely revolting the same as letting older men have young girls as wives. We are meant to look after our young not hand them off to be raped. The laws of the country you choose to live in should be abided by you. I have very wealthy cousins who moved to the US for work, and I'm trying to talk them into moving back to Canada, but because of health issues, they prefer to stay in the US because of the availability to them due to their financial status. I understand that, but I still prefer our universal system.

You come, you learn the language and INTEGRATE! We loved our country, you wanted to come for what our country has so don't try to turn it into the country you fled! And stop alienating the people who were here before you. \n\nSo, these are the two BIG ISSUES Canadians complain about. Rightfully so. \n\nI myself don't live in Ontario but find Alberta has become a foreign country and I feel like I am in danger now in my own lands. Integration is so important, and Trudeau bringing in millions in a short time line did not integrate but now caused a great deal of violence and many new comers confused and hateful to Canadians when they simply don't understand that what they have done is not integrate but are overtaking and we feel at war with them.

I agree about integration. And it’s not just about Indians. For example, here in Calgary almost all barbershops are run by East Africans. Whenever I try to explain something in plain English, they have a hard time understanding me. Or when they try to start a small talk but when I answer their question, they have no idea what I said. It gets super frustrating when people just can’t understand you due to their poor language skills. Am I the only immigrant who learned the language at a high enough level to function in the society BEFORE I came to the country? It’s not like there’s a war in India so they have no time to learn English before coming here.

Try visiting Peterborough. Every fast food restaurant, Walmart, grocery stores etc. it can be really hard to understand people because many of them haven’t developed their English skills yet. It seemed to happen overnight

Is there a smart they won’t come to Canada because even right now Canadians are on the street. It’s just not a good time. Canadians are good people it’s not their fault. It’s not the screw goes right back to Trudeau. All the cared about was making money and that is it charging immigrants so much you know what I mean and getting money from the government but it’s not going I believe to the migrants it’s not even going to the Canadian citizens. Mr. Trudo does not care. He only cares about himself and how to make a quick buck in the hell with anybody else. They should’ve been clear when you made a commercial and made it look beautiful on how you can kill yourself if you’re suffering depression. There was a young girl in her 20s, that’s a kid and because she had depression and why did she have depression? She was homeless and she had diabetes. She had no money to buy the diabetes medication so she killed her self with the assistant help of Canada. They were murdering people and then inviting immigrants in, how does that make sense?. And then no one‘s offering the immigrants jobs because there is no jobs but that’s not again the Canadians fault they can’t afford to put food on their own table. Canadians are hard-working and I know lotta immigrants are hard-working in regards to the students don’t come here maybe the United States will be best for you they offer lotta countries. Oh my God warm nice beautiful countries, I’m not country is sorry states you’ll probably be best for you to transfer over to somewhere there cause it’s just so many beautiful, warmer climate, and if people are used to coming from a warmer climate, it would just make more sense to me just an idea. I’m half of Canadians. I’m embarrassed of what is happening to the Canadian people under Trudeau and I’m embarrassed of what’s happening to the immigrants under Trudeau. Mr. Trudo needs a nonconfidence vote and sodas, the NDP, the broken laws both of them so both of them need to go make some very clear that a certain laws are broke doesn’t matter if he joins with an NDP throat people need to know the rights of Canada please Canadians look them up look up your rights, read them if you don’t understand them maybe it’s time we start having private groups and not on Facebook because Facebook rats. Justin Trudeau knew that unrestrained immigration would destabilize our economy but that is exactly what he wanted. His intention since he was elected in 2015 was to make Canada a dictatorship with him as the dictator. He does not respect Canadians, he tries to control them and if any resist he resorts to name calling and accusing them of holding unacceptable views. Pay attention to what is happening and understand that your vote for him or the liberals in any future elections is only assisting him in bringing in his basic dictatorship ideology that he warned us about. He said himself he admires chinas basic dictatorship. He doesn’t need to say anymore. You should be able to understand what that means
