I came here from a refugee camp in Germany when I was six. I integrated into Canadian life and I think that the new immigrants will as well eventually.

Every one of you in Canada is an immigrant or descendant of an immigrant, so please don’t do to each other what they did to your grandfathers and grandmothers! Put yourself in the place of the person who just arrived and feel how much they are suffering to start a new life, find a new place, find furniture, change career and look for a new job, get the cultural shock and cold weather shock and learn how to survive the cold winter and learn a new language, and make new contacts, new friends and new families maybe… too much to handle while you are not giving a fuck about all his struggles but pushing him to change his culture automatically like if it’s magic and at the same time he is not aware why on earth is everyone against his religion or accent or way of thinking and your rejections towards them by showing clearly your attack towards them here online without shame! Those people who are escaping from wars or genocides or poverty to find a better opportunity to be able to feed their families abroad, you have no consideration for what brought them here or what they had endured and you want to let them endure more above their struggle to survive all the inconvenience in a capitalist frozen country! Please try to be nice to each other and teach one another how to live respecting one another boundaries and culture! a country with many nationalities is multicultural and multiculturalisme can’t exist with racism and discrimination. Keep the multiculturalism with the nice picture it holds which keep the country warm and colourful. Live in peace and love❤

Liberals don't see migrants as a problem because they fall back on the reality that Canada was built with the help of immigrants. But that was a long time ago. It was a different situation completely. There needed to be people brought in to build, plant and develop the country at that time. We are no longer in need of mass migration as we already have a developed country. I wonder how many of the liberals would change their positions if the policy was, if you want a new migrant to come into Canada you have to pay for them out of your own paycheques and if you don't want a new migrant you don't have to pay. Pretty sure, very few people would want to pay when it is put that way but we are ALL forced to pay to cover that tab.

I don't see this as a social problem, Canadians are from everywhere, we are not inherently racist because we are voicing the mess Canada is turning into. It's a Political problem. The last governments have quietly opened up immigration without providing infrastructure to support them. Taxpayers dollars have been dolled out for new immigrant's housing and living. This is akin to welfare in that there is no incentive to begin to work and make your own life when the federal government is supporting them with our tax dollars...and first generation Canadians are afraid to speak up for fear of sounding racist. Ridiculous. This has to stop and change. I'm planning on leaving. It's headed for disaster. I see the light.

The damage is done. Liberals ruined this country and let us down. They are just importing their voters. In 10 years they’ve been in power they created tones of new citizens to vote for them. I’m a first generation immigrant. The selection process for us was extremely hard. We were well educated professionals with university degrees, healthy (checked), had to provide funds allowing us to live for at least 6 months without any support from welfare organizations, no OHIP for 3 months. Why has this system been changed? How do all these people without education, money or skills coming here? Why our country is flooded with illegal immigrants? I love Canada dearly. It’s my home now. I’m a proud Canadian. And I’m very sed to watch my country decline like that. Shame on you Liberals.

I am also an immigrant, I came here from Guyana (I am Indian) in 1986 when I was 13 years old, so I grew up here and me and my family adapted to the Canadian culture and love it. I've called this country my home for the last 40yrs and wouldn't want to live anywhere else. We live by the rules and laws of this Country as all other immigrant SHOULD. I hated it just as much when new immigrants come and try to impose their culture and way of life on us then complain when they meet resistance. It's simple, if you are planning to go live in a foreign country and you don't like or think you can handle the culture, then you shouldn't move there.

Like USA, get officers to get them all out of our soil. Not racism, but they need to leave, even they got official papers. Stop giving them benefit for our tax dollars. Not racism, but majority robberies from The blacks new immigrants. Not racism, but too many Indians, no integrity, not polite, not following our cultural and demanding us to respect them. Respect is a two- way street. Thry don't respect our traditions, they should get deported. Politicians corruption like a third world countries because those immigrants are from those countries.

We are changed with all the new immigrants at 60 I was called a white woman rudely by a white immigrant. I lived upstairs and she rented basement suite At 2 am in the morning she would get on the phone talk loud for two hours below my bedroom and then tell me I was the one noisy and white woman. If you live here follow our laws our culture of kindness and peaceful living or get the f out!

As an immigrant who came to this country & fell in love with its culture 40 years ago, it's appalling to see how our beautiful first world country is quickly becoming a gutter. The newcomers these days are the privileged ones. All of us need to speak up, especially those of us immigrants who retain our original accents &/ non-white because our white fellow Canadians are accused of being racist whenever they do (though many could learn to be more eloquent. ie. go back to your country does NOT help)! I see it as my Canadian duty to remind "misbehaving" newcomers the reason they left their country in the first place. ie. You chose Canada for a better life, so why try to change it into the one you left? ie. Help me understand your logic? Why not leave your hate & war at the border; just like normal folks won't bring stinky garbage into their new homes. Life is challenging enough when you uprooted to a new country (especially our unforgiving cold Winter). So, just focus on the positive things in your new country & leave all your miseries behind... ie. Learn to adapt & enjoy your new country. Canada is a great country because of the love & effort of those before you, so now you are the beneficiary. Join the legacy by enhancing this beautiful country & its culture, so you can pass on this century old legacy for later newcomers to enjoy, like you do now. What dignity do you have & what kind of life lessons to your children by bullying your culture & religion into Canada at the expense of other Canadians? This will fracture Canada if everyone does that. Do you want this country to become so fractured & terrible that your descendants have to leave for a better country, like you did? Is that what your religion teaches you? Does it state it's perfectly fine to satisfy all your whims & wishes at the expense of others? Are you striving for Canadians to think badly of your race/culture? Are you being a good ambassador to your race/community/culture/religion? Canadians are so friendly & helpful, if you need help, just ask, please don't demand. Learn the language & it's ok to speak broken/pigeon English with gestures to communicate. No one expects you to be an English scholar; you gain respect for trying. Apply some basic Canadians manners, which goes a long way... Please & Thank You, Smile doesn't cost you anything, besides it's good exercise for your facial muscles. I worked my entire career with the public, I very seldom encounter negative feedback when I do the above. If they get nasty, I tell them that's definitely not the Canadian way to make friends & wish them Good Luck! I also make a point in telling the wealthy ones "Tax Avoidance is legal (I'm more than happy to show them), but Tax Evasion is not! Then reminding them....Canada will be bankrupt eventually if everyone don't pay their fair share of taxes. ie. You may not suffer, but your children/grandchildren will. Worst Case scenario, you didn't get the necessary medical care when you most needed it!!! We should lobby for a mandatory course that all newcomers have to take & PASS a test about Canadian culture & expectations. If they fail, no citizenship for sure! But that would be another hornets nest because our parliament will debate over definition of "Canadian Culture" for decades. Welcome to Canada!😂

I am a born and raised Canadian. I have 3 boys that are 30, 25, 21, my 30 yr old recently went blind and is dealing with that in another province. My other 2 live at home with me, because none of us can afford to live on our own as we rent, and they can't find work anywhere. The government needs to fix the problems they have before bringing in new people. If your own people can't survive, why the hell are you bringing in more people. Up goes the crime rate, up goes homelessness. The worst part is most homeless people are born and bred Canadians, while the immigrants get jobs and housing pretty much handed to them. I don't think the prime minister should have been able to make the decision to bring more and more immigrants here with out asking the people.

It's true though. I couldn't get a job for over two years, I applied EVERYWHERE, they would say they're not hiring, then a week later I'll see a new worker or two being trained and guess what? they're indian/punjab (sorry, unsure all the proper terms of people or the differences). Not to mention that they treat indigenous women the way they would back home.... Pretty much every person I know (I'm indigenous and have experienced it myself) has experienced some sort of harassment or assault or whateva with them... And yes, I know it's not all of them, I also know some great people that are indian/punjab but I'm not going to act like there isn't a problem....... Then people think indigenous people get "hand outs"... I was broke for over two years, I tried welfare, it's not as easy as it seems to people lol Also, I'm sure I'm wrong, but I always assumed Immigration was like... reserved for people that need it kind of like refugees.

I have lived over 15 years in Canada. I am an immigrant, and also don't like much when people bring their narrow understanding of their world, regardless of the culture. But, that doesn't equal to automatically blame the immigrants for new generations not having a job, or slavery wages. These are problems created by the government and corporations, selling us a very expensive existence. Yes, integration is essentiall. But also be open to learn something from those others cultures. Don't be ethnocentric. We all have something to learn from each other

This mass immigration is deliberate and if you follow global politics you will see this isn’t just happening in Canada. It’s happening in the UK FRANCE GERMANY IRELAND SCOTLAND AUSTRALIA NEW ZEALAND POLAND HUNGARY BRUSSELS SPAIN ITALY PORTUGAL some of the above nations have woken up and have said enough. Both Poland and Hungary have said enough. Now the EU is calling them racists. It’s all Indian or Muslim immigration. I have all evidence and receipts saved. How do you implode a nation, crash an economy, make citizens reliant on govt for everything… why bring in millions of immigrants and put their needs first. You can go to any city or town in Canada now. It’s hard to find a Canadian working. In Canada we have foreign workers programs that allows businesses to hire foreigners and the liberal federal govt pays 1/3 of these foreigners salaries. So of course any business like retail or restaurant’s biggest overhead is labour costs so if they can save like $6.00 an hour on every employee why wouldn’t they opt in for that. I also did a very deep dive into the voters in Canada. At least 4.5 million out of the 8.5 million voted the Carney liberals got in April 2025 were immigrant votes. That’s why Carney and liberals pander to the gigantic Muslim population in Canada. Muslims, Chinese, Indians from India, Ukrainians, Filipinos they all pretty much vote liberal. There weee over 100 Muslim groups that told their Muslim community to only vote for candidates that support Gaza Muslims and Palestinians. How is that not election interference. We know the Chinese directly interfere in our elections by threatening Chinese Canadians to vote liberal or their families in China will be harmed or they will be harmed inside Canada. In June Carney said Muslim values are Canadian values. Either this clown has no idea how radical Islam is or he knows and just panders for votes. Liberal cabinet ministers Anita Anand and Melanie Joly they both openly campaigned saying they must support Palestine because they both have large Muslim populations in their respective ridings. Over half of the liberal voter base is foreign now. I started in 2019 telling the federal conservatives look the liberals are importing new liberal voters. The party needs a strategy to win over the immigrant vote. I proposed hiring a team of individuals from the Muslim community, Chinese community etc to brainstorm on how to get their message across that if your an immigrant your best to vote conservative because the liberals don’t care about them they just want their vote. Show them how they may never own a home, how their kids will be worse off than them. That buy bringing in about 2 million more immigrants a year it is causing inflation and the affordability crisis. I believe if you can show these immigrant communities the truth they may consider voting conservative. Bit of the conservatives refuse to pivot we will never see another federal conservative govt in our lifetimes. It’s not racist it’s the truth. We need a foreign registry act to kick out foreign entities that harass bully and threaten immigrants in Canada to bend the knee or else. If we have 100 Islamic groups telling their community it’s yo only vote one way charge them with election interference. We need electoral reform badly in Canada. We need to end all immigration to Canada for at least 5 years maybe even 10. We need to deport those here illegally. No more fake asylum claims. This country can still be saved but we need immigrants on board to help save it. We need to remove broadcasting licenses of mainstream media networks that lie and bash conservatives. That’s deliberate political interference. It’s time we enforce the law. No more hate speech or hate crimes against any community especially the Jews. Deport these ppl back to Gaza if they are here on visas or revoke their citizenship and send them packing. We need ICE in Canada like they have in America. It’s long over due. If we get a hold of our borders and we stop the drugs we would have a new trade deal with Trump tomorrow. I immigrated to Canada in 2020 during peak COVID. I lost my job working in the Middle East and I had my PR so it made sense moving to Canada for good. I’m a chemical engineer who worked in oil and gas for about 10 years in the Middle East. Once I landed in Canada, I went to work in Amazon Fullfillment Centre the week after I completed my quarantine. It was hard labor working for $16 per hour in Toronto. I worked for 10 months while working on my qualifications and engineering license. After that I was hired by an oil and gas contracting company and worked as a Trainee engineer after which I was promoted to Senior engineer in a year after I received my engineering license. I moved 4 cities in 4 years for my job. Now I am settled, own a home, got married to my long time girl friend and work at an Oil and Gas company which pays well. What I learnt through my experience is that Canada is a land of opportunities and people respect you for the work you do whatever it may be and do not judge you, all that we will have to do is work hard and improve on your skills. Integrate with the society, donate and volunteer. That’s how new immigrants can integrate. If you aren’t open minded and want to stay as you stayed in your country then you will not develop and it will hinder yours and the country’s progress.

This degradation is going on 15 years. Go back 20 and all the immigrants we had were professionals with capital or they were not getting in. Now we let in riff Raff and they are spying on if there Chinese and corrupting our values if they are Muslim....and I have Muslim friends they are great and hate all these new radical arrivals

The birth rate slowed because of a corrupt Liberal government who priced everyone out of their homes. Canadians are not bringing new babies into a world when they are broke and taxed to death. We can't justify adding another mouth to feed when we can't afford to feed the mouths that are here now. And they are not importing to sustain the population....they are importing votes to stay in power. The Liberal mantra...."Fuck Canadians!!! Do what we need to do to stay in power". Immigrant to votes ratio is 1:1.

They left their country because they were promised a better life….once they arrive I am wondering if they are told differently. Are they told what to do what to say. Are the well connected immigrants getting the jobs? Not all immigrants have jobs. I am sure the ones who don’t have jobs are worried wondering if they should go back to their country even if it means being shamed. Darn if they do darn if they don’t. The Liberal made this mess and they should fix it! If they can’t then they should step aside and let the Conservatives try fixing what’s wrong with our Country! There needs to be a revival in Canada. We need things reformed, re-established. We need new standards in place and bring alignment back to where things have gone off. To the Liberal voters… ”I hope you have realized by now what you have done by voting for the Liberals. It’s up to you now to step out of your safe zone, your cocoon and protest and demand that Mark Carney put aside his stupid idea of net zero policy before he goes further in destroying Canada as we know it.

I am an immigrant,I never abused the system, never took what was not mine, I worked hard and I am nurse, I waited four years to purchase my dream car and 2 months in, the person who don’t use road codes or stop light hit my car! I worked hard and I am kind and respectful…. People who steal DAILY gets a slap on their wrist and gets their Canadian citizenship right away. I don’t eat or drink and place my cup on store shelves with clothes that other people are about to purchase. Canada is not safe anymore! All the jobs are going to a set of immigrants who acts like pigs! Driving in the dowtown area, u have to keep your foot on the break because there WILL be about 20 bikes that will ride in front of your car without notice . I work so hard and sometimes it’s so overwhelming, the last time this got to me…. I had to go and take a little vacation…. No I could not afford it but it’s better than getting stressed out because Canada is becoming a 3rd world country!!! There are HONEST people who work so hard and cannot afford anything , not even their rent! WE ARE FED UP, it is not the older immigrants, it is the new ones that are destroying the country and turning it into trash!

I heard why the government did the immigrants wrong. I was talking to an uber driver and my pharmacist. They told me the promises of luxury in Canada has and offered for them to live a better lives. They didn't know after they came here for work and or college/university they become in major debt. They said that they're in a luxury debt and never getting out of debt knowing that they're stuck in Canada and can't be allowed to leave unless they pay off the debts. That's 100 % wrong to do that to people when they know they don't feel welcomed and want to go home. I'm a metis Canadian and I had to leave Ontario to find affordability and miss my home. GOVERNMENT THIS IS YOUR FAULT AND YOU KNOW IT! Let them go home in debt. You made this mess. FIX IT! Including the baby boomers that made the problem started 8 % rate interests to buy houses. That was a mistake that should be bought 1 house and nothing else. I forgot to add something. The uber driver told me that india doesn't know that it's a debt luxury trap that you can't leave unless you pay your debt. He felt alone and found some people and the internet to make himself feel better temporary. TEMPORARY! He hates it here, but he respects Canadians. He feels sorry for the new ones that are coming to become debt trap. It's the same for the pharmacy. She got into college to be a pharmacy and bought the store. She is on low income but doesn't qualify for any supports like benefits to pay off her medical things. The reason she can't because they'll see the pharmacy store is income. Wait what? So she doesn't quilify for benefits because she's making income to pay off her massive loan to do her job. It's not enough to live by as what she told me. She also does misses home, but also traped in luxury debt. This is what I have learned so far. I went through a car accident and coudln't get out of the car. I thought in Brampton, Ontario was the rudest people on the planet, but was saved by the angels of indian people saved me out of the vehicle from the smoke. I still thank you! There is still good people out there and some are stupid people out there. Keep it up because being kind gets you to be positive to others and make things better when the world is fcked right now.

The bad behaviors doesn't only come from the immigrants. There's white people do too have a very bad behaviors and a bad attitude. Don't judge the new immigrants.

In my lifetime our population has doubled from the immigrants and we are way worse.. when the population was half of what it is now Canada was in a much better place.. so stop repeating the BS. Canada is not bringing in immigrants to work. I am a child of immigrants. My parents worked hard from the day they landed and given 0 from the government. Today, these "new Canadians " get free housing, free large amounts of money(which they use to send back to their homeland)...while we , born Canadians find it hard to pay our everyday expenses. Does this make sense.? The government has to stop handing out our hard earned money. Take care of your own first. And we have to endure bending to their culture not them learning our culture...our humility and kindness. This is not about to being welcoming to everyone , this is about calling out to the government start cleaning up this mess before we ( born Canadians) find ourselves without a country of our own.

New immigrants are not like the old immigrants. I am native, roots go back hundreds of years before Canada became Canada. My whole family worked in the orchards with Indian families that came here a long time ago, they adapted and changed and loved being in Canada, and these families had respect and worked hard and got along with everyone peacefully. New immigrants, they are here working for half the price for large companies getting kick backs. Why be here if you are trying to change everything?! Adapt like everyone else before you did. And those people have lived here for a long time and even say the same thing! We are losing our grip here people!

While the end result is the actual "immigrant", you can tell these new immigrants all day and night to go back to their country... The immigrant themselves will be looking at you like... Huh? Why? Not understanding why people say that to them. Folks, the Trudeau/Carney Gov was the problem all along. Trudeau's campaign on bringing 500,000 a year made this a field day for everyone around the world... Furthermore the campaigns they would have in other countries to literally sell the idea for them to apply to become an immigrant in Canada. The libs are 100% responsible for what is happening now... For me to tell an immigrant, the he/she is not wanted here is not relevant... The government sold them the pitch to come here for a better life.... Trudeau allowed other loopholes to happen too.... Migrants through applying to colleges and universities, migrants through the liberal foreign work program and the list goes on. Now we have a problem and everyone sees it.... The question is what do we do as Canadians... I exercised my vote for blue...but we still had a majority of liberal supporters which was not just surprising but it seemed that people think Conservatives are bad people who are racist and want to follow trumps steps... i begged to differ.... I think what many of us are aiming for is a cleaning up of liberal policies... And stop immigration from ALL PLACES. Allow Canada to re-coop, reestablish and redevelop what it always was.

Because our government lets the new immigrants do what they want and punish Canadians to the max.

I am a new permanent resident in Canada. This video is very true regarding our integration. You are absolutely right. Newcomers must integrate, as it is the beginning of a new life in a new environment. What I do not fully agree with is when you complain about the social benefits given by the government to newcomers. It is not free money; we will pay it back later in taxes. We cannot build life projects depending on these benefits. Ask each newcomer if they are satisfied with these benefits rather than a good job. We want to contribute to the economy of this beautiful country. For example, I came to Canada with specific goals, including starting an IT company, which was difficult to achieve at home due to lack of opportunities. So, don't blame immigrants too much; in my opinion, responsibilities should be shared among all of us, including the government.

Mark Carney has approved 250,000 new imigrants from India and Pakistan. They are immigrants with money so this makes it acceptable to let them gain citizenship. Scarborough will be the capital city where 100% per cent of the workforce will be Hindu or Pakistani. NO WHITES ALLOWED. Tim Horton's is now hiring.....

I would love to see any of these new immigrants that are here now and trying to change our way of living to theirs. Go try that shit in Russia or Syria or Africa even. They will beat your ass and put you In your place so fast.

What difference does it make? Canada is screwed anway, there won't be a Canadian in parliament in a few years anyway, it will be all new immigrants!

I'm a born and raised Canadian, as well as my husband. Even before our country was completely taken over, employment was hard to come by because of the fw's. 8 years ago, my husband had enough with trying to find a job, he stopped counting at over 450 resumes that were ignored, so he decided that we should start our own company, a small delivery company that 2 years later, we added a safe ride service to (driving drunk people home in their own vehicle). I was the manager of a little pizza place, which was run by immigrants, but good ones. I was hired because my husband approached them about doing deliveries, and they wanted to meet me. I had no idea I was going for an interview but they begged me to work for them, their reason; although they could speak English, they weren't fluent in it, so they wanted an English speaking employee who could easily understand the customer's. Within days, I was promoted to manager, and I loved my job and all of them. They treated everyone with such kindness and generosity. I found out just how much support they got from our government, when I broke down one day because I couldn't afford my prescription. My boss was so confused because he and his family got free prescriptions, dental, eye care, etc and they thought everyone got that. My boss paid for my prescription and actually apologized to me for how our own government treated us. He also showed me that they get $2,500 every 2 weeks, funding to start or buy businesses, but if they don't hire other fw's or immigrants, that funding changes to a grant and they have to pay it back. They are given money for housing, and vehicles. He was pushed out of that business by his 2 partners, and the partner's promised him I would keep my job. That was a complete lie. They stopped putting me on the schedule, claiming financial problems (bs), but hired not one but two new full time immigrant employees. I lost it and quit. Our town isn't that big, and word spread fast, especially when everyone found out that I was still owed over $2,000, which I will never see because no government agency will help me. Their business is actually struggling now and I love that for them. As for my husband and I's business, it's going strong but I came unglued when we recieved a letter from the government "suggesting" that we hire immigrants. I wrote back, telling them in no uncertain terms would that ever happen, and it will be a cold day in hell when one of us steps back so one of the government's favored people can take that money from us because we are the only 2 employees and we're not sacrificing a damn thing for someone who already gets everything.

Canada is being ruled by a globalist criminal cartel. Arrest the traitors in Ottawa. Vancouver BC has truly become a hub of transnational organized crime and our government seems blithely unopposed at best, a criminal participant most likely. The great peaceful Canada that I call Home is going down the drain. The government has done this to our people. Immigration on the rise. The Liberals are still bringing in new immigrants and supporting them. Our children can’t find jobs and if they do it takes months to get one. Why does the government house immigrants? I came here 40 yrs ago and adapted and never had a hand out by the government and just worked but lately all I see are new immigrants not adapting or trying so I can see why all the resentment against immigrants.I unfortunately have to say Indians and Arabic culture doesn’t want to conform to their adopted country so we have to limit these group.

Even if you make it past that stage, there are endless AI-driven assessments before you even have a chance to speak with someone. And when you finally do, it’s often yet another layer of screening rather than a real interview. I know I bring value — I consistently receive compliments from customers across cultures for speaking clearly, precisely, and making their experience enjoyable. Yet I find myself competing with younger candidates who can work longer hours, or new immigrants that companies often prioritize, sometimes with government incentives. At 55, I feel like I’m being overlooked despite my proven skills and professionalism. Right now, I live with my retired parents and should be caring for them. Instead, my father is helping me pay my bills so I don’t ruin the credit I worked so hard to build. If I don’t secure a job soon, I fear I’ll lose everything else I’ve managed to hold onto. The stress is overwhelming — I cry daily, and on top of everything, I also face health issues of my own, but I have no space to focus on them because survival takes priority. Canada today feels very different from the country I grew up in. Since the pandemic, things have become harder in every way — jobs, housing, and simply living. Canadians can't afford to have babies. I don't know what makes the government or the immigrants they bring in think that, after the free government stipends and support ends, theyll be able to afford to have babies. They won't. They'll be in the same position most Canadians are in: working their life away to pay their bills, and having the government take half their income in the form of taxes in order to pay for all the NEW immigrants who arrive. I'm guessing that's partly why a lot of new immigrants are leaving Canada shortly after they arrive: they were sold a fairy tale that no longer exists, and probably won't exist again until Canadians wake up and vote out the Liberal party.

Why do Canadians continue to vote for the same liberal disastrous government? We needed a change many years ago, but Canadians are deaf, dumb and blind! Our government is actively working 'against' citizens and not 'for' citizens. They have an agenda to replace citizens with these new immigrants who will work for much lower wages. I love the voices of new immigrants who support Canada but they are not all. Many come just to take advantage. Those are the ones I fear. The ones who plan to take over and spread violence.
