It's so paradoxical that the indians back in India and abroad are projecting different outlooks about immigration and assimilation. I think it's absurd. In recent India, they look down upon immigration in India and complain about the lack of assimilation of immigrants to the diverse Indian culture. But abroad in another country as immigrants they want to protect their culture and do not want to assimilate to that country's culture or way of life. 😅 The comments about equality of humans, non discrimination etc made me laugh so much.. Ask them about the caste discrimination in their society, anti-conversion laws, attacks on sikhs, muslims, christians institutions/places of worship, and how they treat african students & other non-white races in India to have a better understanding on their views. 😂😅

The older whites in Brampton seem to be blaming others because they failed in life. Anyone in Brampton knows a lot of the whites are on drugs in the downtown area. People started getting annoyed about Brampton when the international student boom happened. This is different from families settling or people starting families. Young students who are basically poor and desperate take up all the jobs and they pack so much into one house. Indian international students have ruined Indian reputation in Canada. Indians figured how to game the system and flood Canada better than other nationalities. And it’s true they do not integrate. They leave their land and come to a place where it’s just like home. Where they can live work, and go to school and not interact with any other race, ethnicity probably can go weeks without speaking English. Chinese have similar places like this but they’re not frowned upon.

I dont know about anywhere else in canada but ive noticed that a growing number of men lurking around playgrouds trying to lure children are east indian males in their 20's-30s. These cultures in their own countries had arranged marriages where they married children and is something they are bringing to our country except we dont allow that here so we are taking in these preditors who clearly want a young child and shielding them because if we point this out were racist. Coming back to basics, how can any human being call another human being a "racist" when we are all of the same humanity. I am so happy people are starting to speak up. Sadly, I am changing. I am becoming angry. Angry at immigrants and the system. Am I becoming racist? Or just so lost at how things seem so wrong. My main upset is for my teen son. Turned 16 after Christmas. So excited about looking for a part-time job, earning some money, getting experiences and (unbeknownst to him ) expanding his social circle. This excitement came from me. LIke all us Canadians who remember our first part-time jobs (mine was at a McDonalds), I regaled my son in stories of that first part-time job. How much I learned from it, and the so many benefits it would have for me as I got older. He listened, and couldn't wait to turn 16. Also, like most parents, I raised him on the benefits of working hard in school, getting good grades, learning, getting involved, etc. Do these things son, and you will have a good future. He listened. Honours student all his life. Played on school teams. Performed in talent shows, Volunteered his time, etc., etc. Not a bad resume for a first time teen seeking a job. It is now heading into September. He has applied at all the traditional teen job hotspots, (all the fast food joints, grocery stores, drug stores, etc). Dozens of resumes, online and in-person applications. Not a single response. Then I walk into the local Burger King. Not a single Caucasian, Black, Hispanic, Indigenous, or Far Eastern employee. All East Indian (or Pakistani). Suddenly I am really noticing this trend everywhere, especially in the franchise fast food industry; especially upsetting when I even see it in a Harvey's (even more Canadian than Timmies). It's either East Indians or Arabs. I don't know for how long I have been hearing about diversity and fair hiring practices (which I have always supported); but to see this trend makes me furious. Are the owners of these franchise exempt from fair hiring practices? Are they not taught we are a diverse country? This is wrong. I want to finish with two sad situations which we should all be concerned about. When my eldest was looking for part-time work after the pandemic, he walked into a Mr. Submarine. He asked if he could leave his resume or fill out an application. The Arab cashier told him in broken English they were not hiring. As he was walking out, a young Arab man walked in. He approached the same cashier and asked for an application. She gave him one. WTF. My last comment, is the most concerning of all. My 16 year old, who works so hard at school, and at everything he does, recently commented, after yet another non-reply after handing out a slew of resumes, "Dad... what's the use of working so hard if I can't even get a job at McDonalds." I wonder how many other Canadian teens are feeling the same way. Not just white teens. Black, Hispanic, Indigenous and East Asian teens. Seems the broken English East Indian and Arab teens and young adults aren't asking themselves that. How long until my son thinks I am just spewing BS about this hard work thing? This is not about racism. This is about fair hiring practices, especially in more and more franchises; however, I do find myself listening to more and more of these videos, and find myself developing sucb negative feelings towards these two cultures. This is not Canadian. To be thinking this way, especially, is not Canadian. What do we do? Speak up, and we are racist. Stay quiet, and our teen kids move into adulthood without job experience, money put away, or just having a life experience that any of us over 30 (no matter our race) experienced. Something has to change; but I haven't a clue how to do that.

The actions of few spoiled Indians affect the entire Decent Indian community and India. Canada is in need of labour force due to less population and India has more population but insuffient jobs to engage people. If this scenario is reversed Indians would be complaining like canadians do. So the problem is not one way, just becos reducing immigrants does not solve the issue. people have to see things past nationality or physical identity into the statistics. even though canada has professionals of their own there are people who work with dedication and who work without interest, or recent generation being attracted to digital life instead of understanding that college degrees in mainstream subjects are what earns them job and also they have to show dedication and hardwork along with smart work, comply by the work place rules and so on... this goes to all invariable of who they are. all these started changing and now people instead of trying to correct these small changes that lead to these large issues of cost of living and low wages, have now started to pit against live people and their race, nationality or culture. There are good and bad people eveyrwhere, people cant justify the actions of drug addicts roaming the streets and that has increased a lot now, people acting violently against others just becos they dont have what the other has, and so on. but instead of addressing the high amount of actions that are happening around our own country, it has become easy to put blame on each other. I am not justfying the actions of these bad indians who has done these stuff. but we have to see the other side of it before making this a International Issue. Yes, few Indians are bad but not the entire community. Canada has its own needs that needs a lot of hands and support. So, only if we change our perspective beyond the emotional BS we exhibit, we can address the real issue with real solutions. BTW becoz of these things private companies are the one profitting not the Govt.

It's not about race or culture. It's just too much is too much. Too much for our health care system. Too much for our economy to handle. Too many jobs are now scarce. Too much is bad for the people who have paid their taxes here forever, just so one particular immigrant group can use up resources that long time generations have built. I'm not saying any particular culture, but there are too many of them. This particular culture should also be reduced because they are exploiting every mistake the government makes (from their good hearts) or loopholes to stay. Not just stay but trying to transform a country into their own. That is wrong. Most immigrants from past generations didn't come here to conquer the country. They came here to be part of a great country. Contribute to it. Make it better, not make it worse. And now here we are. How are we going to fix this? Put a very long pause on immigeation. Get rid of international students from this particular country. They have no right to stay. Stop giving licenses to unqualified people that can't read, write, speak or even understand English. It's becoming a safety issue everywhere. Again, it's not about race. It's the "too many" factor that the country can not sustain.

Because they are not trying to fit in to our society and they are causing problems for the neighbors. They receive more than born Canadians and are given jobs here over Canadians. In my apartment building they don't like to be told to stop causing noise disturbances, in fact it even gets worse when they have been asked to stop. Some of the tenants " Newcomers " seem to think they can operate a business in the apartment which means they use excessive noise to build whatever they are building. Once they have been asked to stop by other tenants and given notices they then decide to retaliate by causing further noise which is deliberately to disturb the rest of us. They try to intimidate people that they know are born Canadians like some kind of gang members. We no longer feel safe in our own homes and neighborhoods. We are tired of them using the race card for every problem they have which is usually something they caused in the first place. In this particular building on Queen st. N. in Hamilton they cause trouble in multiple different apartments which they attend. Once they have been asked to stop causing noise in one apartment they just go to one of the others and then proceed to do the same thing there. Some of the newcomers have been given more than one apartment in the same building and therefore run back and forth between those apartments and slam the door of each one over and over all day long. The management has been informed hundreds of times for a number of years and yet they have not yet dealt with the issues. There is an ongoing record of so many incidents in this building which the management has not addressed beyond a blanket notice to all tenants regarding noise complaints. The manager says things like " It's a process " and yet there seems to be no results. Is management afraid to just simply evict the trouble makers ??

The business lobbyists cooked up a scheme that there’s not enough labour, because businesses don’t want to pay minimum wages. They sold it to the government. I’m curious to see what will happen in the years coming when the White working people are retired and no longer paying for the subsidized wages. I guess that’s why Carney wants to tax the equity in our payed off homes. Gene pool going to get thin for the elites as Caucasian race is genocided.

Make it expensive to import, and the businesses will have to operate in US, if not they have to forgo the American market.
