As an *actual* Canadian student, I can say there's no opportunities in Canada. I might have to move to the US to get a job in my field sadly.

I'm an Indian. Sorry to say this but they are selling the Canadian dream vigorously back in India. It has now become a separate business segment altogether.\n\nThis is what happens when people like JT are given so much power. Sad for my Canadian friends.

It's more about them getting used by politicians and radical islamic ideologies and as a result being ropped their freedom and being used as human shields to use it as a political weapon against Israel and the west ... And the sad thing about it is that so far they are quite successful with it ... Look I'm not saying Israel is doing everything right they are also making constant use of inhumane methods to justify their cause and goal but at least they are fighting also for the Arab refugees in their state ... In terms of Western values and basic humane rights Muslim ppl living in Israel have it by far better than in most other radical islamic countries

I have left Brampton Though I am Indian but migrated to Canada 40 years ago. And seeing the changes. Sad very sad to see culture changing. We left Indian because of crime and it is following us. Government is not helping Canadians. Very sad. Student don’t even gives seats to elders. They do not respect other religions they think they are perfect and Canadians are foolish. I don’t know what is discrimination. It is discrimination with white. Then these people say Canadian don’t work they are lazy. No government is greedy. Sad sad sad ?

Some Canadians have been screaming about this for *YEARS.*\n\nWe have always been a small population on a massive landmass. It's part of our cultural identity. Then Trudeau and his ilk come along and decide to irrevocably change the face of this nation for a bunch of nonsensical reasons that are easily disproved. Nobody asked for this. Nobody was consulted. There was no vote. Canadians had no say - at all - in the fact that their country was going to change so dramatically.\n\nTrudeau is going to lose the election because of his policies, but sadly, the Conservatives replacing him will do no better when it comes to *this* particular issue.

Canada has sadly taken a hit. I say with no hate..... but we let too many people into our nation. The housing issue is one thing, but housing can be built. My sadness comes from the change in our Canadian culture. Canadians were always known to be nice people, polite and generous people but the more foreigners we let in, I see less friendly Canadians, less polite Canadians.... our culture is changing for the worse because of letting other cultures blend in.

As a foreigner myself and living my last days here before moving to the US, I can say that my main issues were: access to the job market (the egg-chicken paradox that you described perfectly) and the cost of living. Sad to leave because i did picture myself here, but unfortunately I couldn't find what I was looking for

Thanks for making this video and spreading the truth of what's happening in Toronto. As someone born and raised in this city, I would sadly have to say to stay away from here now. In the past I would have said this is one of the best cities to live in. It was a great city and now it's a dead city.

The US averages more than 1 school shooting per DAY. Tyler, you may say depending on the area, but in 2023 only 1 state (Wyoming) didn't register a school shooting. Pretty much everything is overrated and overpriced, can’t even travel domestically and enjoy what we have. I tried so hard to settle down in this beautiful country but the men in the suit made everything expensive and controllable. Sad to say, Canada can't be forever home for many of us.

I Love when Canadians and American are calling other people immigrants when they themselves are the also the immigrants. These lands were indigenous lands that where stolen from them, they even built schools over top of their bodies, yet they say this is their land. From an Arab / Canadian born and raised here this is truly sad. This country is literally built with all kinds of different nationalities and would be nothing without them all! The migrant crisis will continue to worsen, because the countries that these folks are leaving realise if they treat them like ? they will eventually leave making their own countries more prosperous and putting the burden on others. No surprise there, \n\nCanada is NOT attractive to migrants anymore due to multiple reasons.\n\nSoon a 1 bedroom apartment will probably cost 5000$/month for rent in the Major Cities making it impossible to settle here for newcomers.\n\nThe healthcare system has serious problems due to a lack of Doctors and Nurses who left for better paying jobs in US or Europe.\n\nIf you need immediate Specialist care you will probably have to pay hundreds of dollars just to see someone in the Private sector because the Public Health System has huge waiting lists and is understaffed.\n\nYou won’t be able to get a Government Family Doctor because the remaining ones have thousands of patients already so they’re swamped.\n\nYou can wait even 10 years for a Family Doctor and still won’t get one.\n\nYou can’t be bumped up on waiting lists for Doctors or Specialists even if you are in a critical condition because you aren’t a Celebrity / Politician / Millionaire.\n\nOnly those with a lot of money, status, power get immediate medical attention in case of an emergency.\n\nMost of the traditional medical costs like and eye exam, treating an ingrown toe nail, Physiatrie treatment are NOT covered by the Provinces anymore so you will have to pay out of pocket hundreds of dollars again.\n\nSome Provinces are already copying the US healthcare system which is 100% Private and for profit so don’t be surprised if you you’re gonna have to pay even for an infusion.\n\nThe minimum wage is only 15$/hour in most provinces when in reality you need at least 40$/hour to survive the ridiculous cost of living.\n\nYour typical salary will go 45% to taxes and 45% to rent leaving almost nothing for food / bills / gas / insurance etc. \n\nYou will struggle to make ends meet and possibly starve a week or two every month just to say that you’re “Canadian” \n\nThat is the sad reality but Canada is in a deep hole right now.\n\nUK is in a similar situation too.

This is not the same Canada, we came to, it has changed and believe me changed for worse. Every place is crowded still liberals say we need more immigrants. I have visited the United States many, many MANY, MANY times over the years. I've loved every single visit. The people are warm and lovely....some of your scenery and historic things were more than a joy to behold Would I ever want to move there ? Not even for a second. In fact, sadly, my husband won't even go back for a visit anymore. This is sad to me, but I understand where he is coming from. \nWas sad to say good-bye to our dearest friends who moved to the US, because the job pay and promotion was impossible to say no to. They lasted 2 months and settled for less pay and no promotion to come back home. They found it so weird, that all the new friends they made, thought they were freaks because they didn't own guns. The final straw was when they learned these people were packing when they came to summer barbeques. That was the final straw, and they high-tailed it home. \nIn recent times, a country run by someone I see as a loose cannon, psychopath...makes it a most emphatic NO.

Arab nations did take in Palestinians before right? In Jordan and Lebanon? Didn’t the Palestinians assassinate the Jordan King and caused a civil war in Lebanon? I think that’s why they are scared of taking in Palestinians now. \n\nCorrect me if I’m wrong, but when Israel was formed, many Arab nations united and declared war on Israel but lost, hence they lost some land. \n\nI’ve heard many stories as well about many human rights abuses in Arab nations. I'm only halfway through but feel I need to comment and well I'm not exactly a new Canadian. But I was born the but grew up in New Zealand. And well why not . I moved over there in 2014 with full rights as a citizen. My trade wasn't recognised. Canada has its own rules about everything. You need to have training to pour drinks in a bar wtf.! But yea I came wanting a better life and well thankfully I wound up in Calgary so eventually I had the money to leave. And come home where know having seen the Canadian shit show I'm killing it here. It saddens me and yes I was that asshole that got trudeau on there cos I seen one rousing speech where he invoked his dad Pierre. And I fell for it. And not to lie I look old Canadian so I fit right in English is my first language and all that. And funnily enough it was the first time in my life where I could say fucking immigrants. It's a brutal place a brutal work climate and well there's a lot that's nice but when it's bad it's dog ear dog. I feel really sad about what's happening, all the mass illegal immigration and yet your a criminal for noticing it. A lot is very wrong, don't get me wrong nz is doing all the same shit too. I went to Canada for prosperity and to change my life lesson I learnt was go home ans do better and that's fucked.

Sad to say but Canada will be a very tough place to not only live but to thrive in, at least for the next decade. Not worth it, maybe come back 2 years after the Conservatives win and have started fixing some things in 2027. I’m trying hard to understand. I thought when someone goes to a different country to live they accept what that country is about. I’m sad to hear these people say they’re leaving because Canada has some elements that are offensive to them. I though Islam was about acceptance.

This is sad but I think this is happening all over the western world I’d say. There’s an explosion in migrant population. In some ways it’s good as it helps fund the economies of the countries as they are typically comprised of aging populations. But on the other hand, a lack of planning and forethought has meant that already faltering housing situations have turned into full blown crises. It’s just such an avoidable tragedy playing out in front of our eyes.

I grew up in Toronto Canada. It is so sad to say but Canada needs to pivot because it is on a very negative trajectory. I finally had enough and the events that unfolded during the pandemic and where our current government is going made me make up my mind. I sold everything and moved to SE Asia. It's not paradise but my parents left their country to seek better and I'm doing the same.

All of the GTHA has changed... I grew up in oakville / burlington, used to go into Toronto a lot, have lots of friends in mississauga, but just within the last I'd say 5 - 7 years nothing is the same as it was. The entire region gentrified or simply went through a rapid social, economic, and culture change. Oakville where I grew up has absolutely nothing similar to what it was when I was a living there, and pretty much my entire age group had to move somewhere else to afford to move on with our lives or stay stagnant and stuck in renting situations. \n\nIt's quite shocking and sad. I could go on about Hamilton too, but I hope you get the picture.

I find it so amusing and sad that everybody thinks Palestine and Israel are some sort of exclusive club. It makes perfect sense to want to get away from the things you've mentioned. The world is not the same as it was even 10 years ago. That's the last time I visited home. (Abbotsford, BC) I've lived in the States for many years now and boy was I shocked how things have changed here in Canada. I realize you and your family don't use Bible, but just to give you a biblical perspective on things that very well may parallel scripture from the Quran, at 2 Timothy 3:1-5 it says... 1 But know this, that in the last days critical times hard to deal with will be here. 2 For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, haughty, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, disloyal, 3 having no natural affection, not open to any agreement, slanderers, without self-control, fierce, without love of goodness, 4 betrayers, headstrong, puffed up with pride, lovers of pleasures rather than lovers of God, 5 having an appearance of godliness but proving false to its power; and from these turn away. \nYou may be able to get away from the moral decline of where you live now, but honestly, these things are going to be world wide eventually if they aren't already. But there will be a time when God (for me his name is Jehovah), will step in and fix things. In the meantime, It's awesome you are putting your family first. Im American and sad to say i hate being american i hate being a westerner for the fact america has gotten horrible with high crimes , drugs our Government is corrupted our judicical system is terrible and america took Jesus out of schools , the public plus they encouraged the Lgbtq groups doing book readings , teaching our children to become transgender and i want to move out of america i want to move to Africa to the mother land i always wanted to live were jesus actually walked and taught the gospel..❤
