First of all I'm guessing you are in Toronto or Vancouver or Calgary maybe Montreal, The most expensive places in Canada to Live for sure. I live in Manitoba where the cost of living is pretty close to the cheapest in Canada. Yes minimum wage is $11.95 and apparently going up shortly. After 10 years living in this wonderful country…. (Great Montreal subs) There are few things, I will never be able to assimilate.\n\n1. Excessive government interaction or presence in your life. Too much!!! People is extremely obedient at the point that some love the gov takes decisions over them and their kids…. \n\n2. Political correctness and not many autentique people. \n\n3. I would think no matter what your current situation is you still miss Canada as I would miss the United States if I were to move to Canada. \nA couple things you mentioned in the video were not correct and as with anything there may be a little truth in the matter but yet still incorrect.\nThose who do not have health insurance are not charged or taxed $150 monthly. There is a provision in the affordable care act (ACA) that penalizes certain individuals who make above a certain dollar amount. The amount is either $150 or $300 for the entire year. I concur any monetary penalty against anyone for not having health insurance is outrageous. I could be wrong but I believe this aspect of the ACA was never implemented under President Obama and it was indefinitely suspended or revoked by President Trump. I also feel like I need to address your thoughts about the United States all about war. I believe the American people are like most other people and want peace and civility. The government and major defense contractors have differing opinions at times. Of course there is plenty of people who are war hawks but they are in the minority. Most of us are absolutely sick of war. We currently have been at war for almost 19 years. That's six complete world war 2's in their entirety. \nI think you were being awfully generous when you said obesity is on par with the rest of the world!! If a close one is fat of course I love them but I also tell them privately that they are a walking heart attack. It's more than OK to accept someone the way they are but as a friend or family member you doing them a disservice by not mentioning their obesity. \nI'm sorry if you feel I'm being to harsh or critical. I think it is a wonderful thing to share the world's longest border with such a great nation as Canada. I have always thought Canada was like the United States fraternal brother or sister. We are very much alike with a few beautiful differences that distinguishes from one another. It doesn't appear that you upload videos hear anymore but I hope you get the opportunity to read this. When I see people indulging in racial profiling or discrimination I wonder if humans are actually that dumb ? Treat differently just because someone has a different Colour ? Why is speaking in English so imp even if the one speaking is talking dumb ! ! \nAren’t bilinguals more intelligent and attractive ? I have lived in Toronto for 3 years racial discrimination exists but is subtle ! Am brown take me for your next experiment ?

Political Correctness will be the death of the West. You don’t hear the “moderate” Muslims denouncing terrorism. It’s usually crickets. This is a real problem. The West is expected to take in Muslims with no question but then when Muslims don’t want to assimilate, this is supposed to be their entitlement. Then we wonder why there are so many social problems!!

Some just hide it better, others don't recognize that they, are sadly but truth is... As an American Citizen and Veteran, I use to wonder why so many family members and former soldiers would stay overseas after the military. That is till it was my turn..! I had my culture shock on my return to the States, I had gotten use to being judged on my merit and personality there instead of my color here. Hey, we even discriminate against our own race at times. Life is, What YOU Make It and How YOU Take It... Canada isn't as bad as here and other places I've been.

I feel sorry for this man and his family! But I wonder how sorry he feels, knowing that by coming to Canada, he and his fellow immigrant countrymen have, taken jobs away from Canadians? 1500 people like myself that have worked here all their lives? I was working in the meat industry for over fifteen years, just to have my employer, take my skilled job and give it too an unskilled worker, under the temporary foreign worker program. That program was set up by the federal government for unskilled workers, coming to Canada for unskilled jobs that Canadians didn't want. My job was a skilled job, that I had to work my way up from the bottom, to the level of employment, that only skilled workers were capable of doing. This temp program was for unskilled employment only! But if your employer is big enough in the industry, the government allows them to bend the laws of the land, and give your jobs to any undereducated immigrant that comes along...WTF? Canada wake up!!!

Hmmm, come to Canada from your 3rd world country and we will give your family a one time payment of $50,000. More money than you have ever seen in your life time. Literally like winning the lottery. No wonder all these border jumpers are clambering here. I mean if, say Switzerland, was offering you, yes you, a cheque for $50k to come live in their country wouldnt you take it if you didnt have much here in Canada? Like didnt own property, didnt have a great job, etc etc. Of course you would.

I wonder if all this time when I constantly bump into employees if they're monitoring me as well.\n\nI'm half Native but don't _exactly_ look it because my dad was really pale. You can tell I'm not 100% white but I could pass.\n\nI do walk around with my own grocery bags because I take the bus/walk home, so I do look a tad suspicious I suppose, so that kind of makes me wonder. They seem very friendly when I speak to them or ask for help though so maybe it's a coincidence.
