Canada has issues, for sure. But a lot of them stem from the issues the whole world is going through. The fallout of neoliberalism and the crashout of the USA. To say Canada has an everything criss because stuff is kind of expensive and our businesses are lacking as the US right below us fully descends into fascism is pretty ridiculous.

Canadian here . Not interested in buying anything american nor visiting states ever again .Been to usa multiple times and will not go back , at least until there is some leadership that I can respect. I have love for Americans, but never to the detriment of Canada.

A message to Trudeau. Put an export tax on the Oil and Electricity sold to the United States. Open up new European Markets for Oil and Natural Gas product and sell directly to Europe and Japanese markets. China needs oil, there is plenty of market around the world for our products. The Tariff's imposed by Trump is only going to make product to the US more expensive for their own citizens, and with Tariff's on all American imports, if they can't make it, or they don't have the raw materials to make it themselves, they will have to pay more. It is not necessary to impose Tariff's on USA Products to penalize Canadians, but Canadians will find new markets to replace the US, and we won't even notice it happened. We have alternatives. The southern islands are great vacation locations, and with the weather disasters they have suffered over the past few years, they could use the tourist support to help rebuild, and, their people are friendly and don't carry guns.

I live in Nashville, TN USA. I am so sorry Canada is suffering due to Trump. I do not support this move on Trump's part. I never voted for him. Trump is acting destructive everywhere, where he engages. He is destroying his country because the prices in USA will go up quickly and long lasting and their stocks will fall dramatically. Inflation is USA will soar and get out of control. They will find better partners and other ways to trade.
