And government is bad in tax spending.\nI don’t know what can be done in housing, but \ntaxes must be reduced and can be easily reduced adjusting budget spending.\nRussia, Belarus income tax rate is flat 13%.\nSingapore is 12%, Macau is 8%.\n\nWhat is the problem to find proper balance for taxation?\n\nGST, PST, Property tax, fuel tax, stupid environment tax etc.\n\nStop it, please!
