This is SUCH a puff piece completely one sided that dismisses legitimate concerns as the only reason being xenophobic......Canada has always welcomed people but it was done at a lot slower pace where people had a chance to assimilate and build a life. You can't add over a million people a year with different cultures and pretend it's going to be ok. Ignoring the massive housing crisis, it's a culture crisis. A lot of the people coming do not share Canadian values, period. Canadians are noticing a massive change in the country they love seemingly overnight. You go out in any city and you barely see white people anymore. It's jarring. It was made into an amazing country by certain people and now it seems new immigrants are treated better than citizens. Everyone is in favor of immigration done the right way, but that isn't what's happening and natural born Canadians have every right to be upset that the country is being ruined in a way they don't want.

I completely agree with all that you said, specially how Canada doesn't take care of their immigrants properly, they just want money and they don't see them as humans. I really hope that things can get better... I came to this country as my childhood dream but is sad to see how low is falling.

Yes BUt youre forgwtting its expensive because its amazing !\nWhen you want to live in such a beautiful place, it costs more than a s-hole. I find this so distressing and alarming, we are quite literally watching Canada disappear before our very eyes. It used to be that immigrants would trickle in gradually, and people new to the country (like my own family a few generations back) would aspire to assimilate into the culture, adopt our values, and become Canadians. But these new immigrants are completely different… They want all the benefits that come from living & working in Canada, but have no interest in actually becoming Canadian. I walk around in my own city now and more than 50% of the people I pass by are speaking in foreign languages and make zero effort to learn or speak English. Indians are literally everywhere and completely dominate certain jobs and industries. This has all happened in the span of about 10 years too. I feel like an outsider in my own country, and I feel like this county has lost its identity completely ?

I agree with most of the information in this video. I lived in Canada from 2015-2021. When i used to attend college, parking lot always smelled like weed. People were always lined up at the “recreation drugstore” even in excruciating cold. Also, the job market is bad, most of the employers are racist. Permanent residency is very hard to get. Free health care is actually not free. It is deducted from your every single pay checks. If you had any emergencies, be ready to wait for more than 10+ hours; sometimes more than that. I remember when back in 2015, prime minister justin, got more than 5 thousand Syrian refugees, and people were complaining that they are currently facing job shortages, housing issues and many other things but their needs were completely ignored. I recently visited Canada, and it’s getting worse now, lots of traffic, crime and homeless people. I would still recommend if you want to go and get educated because the education system is good. But if your goal is only for settlement then i would suggest to apply for permanent residence first.

I believe India is the best country to stay because:\n- Rents extremely high in developed cities . Property prices unaffordable in big cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata. People are paying life long EMI till death.\n- Teachers focus more on Private tutions to make money. If you don’t take lessons from them, they will fail you in education system \n-Government doctors more focus on Private practices than their Government jobs. In ICU doctors sometimes sleep because they are tired for their private pactices.\n- Court takes decades to settle court cases. \n- Extremely high inflation - Food prices uncontrolled \n- Retirees not worked for Government getting hard time to pay bills specially medical treatment cost. It’s really hard for them to stay in big cities. No Indian government help and support. Government basically don’t care them. Only big big words at the time of vote \n- middle class working upto 11 pm to save their job , no retirement money- just surviving \n- After completing MBA, lot of job seekers land in selling target oriented credit card selling and driving Uber/ Toto \n- Ministers have so much under table money they keep their money inside the walls of their property \n- Sides of Highways full of Poverty . No good food, no proper sanitation \n- Farmers have to commit suicide for manipulated Government practices \n- Police is not writing FIRs if you are categorized as opponent \n-Fake promises are given to illegal immigrants/ Hawkers/ by Ministers for creating Ministers Vote Bank\n-\n- Ministers create vote banks from Hindu- Muslim riots \n- Ambani’s spend millions of dollars inviting top celebrities where 60% poverty prevails \n\n- Health care system is changing extremely high prices for small surgeries because Insurance will pay. At age 80 , all top insurer declines coverage when you need coverage otherwise premium is extremely high so that you can’t afford \n- Middle class is pressuring their kid to get admission in a reputed Private school and still has to pay high amount of donations.\n- Modi wants to make digital India which is great. Did he cared how the uneducated citizens, needs medical attention can cope with Government rules. He didn’t care. Some of the data shared is incorrect. For example you dont need 190k salary for mortgage. Even someone with an average income of 60k can own a home. Housing crisis is in major cities like Toronto, Vancouver the same like we see super expensive housing in Mumbai for example. \n\nPregnant lady does not have to wait for 30 weeks. That is completely incorrect. \n\nThe drug problem and the images that you share is from Vancouver which you mentioned already but that is not the case you see in Ontario, Alberta or any other province. Its like how Punjab has drug problem but it doesnt mean that Gujarat is the same when it comes to drugs. \n\nThe protests currently happening around deportation is also due to the fact that so many students from India were scammed by an Indian agent who sent them to Canada on fake admission letters. Those students were not enrolled in any colleges and came to Canada on fake documents. \n\nI agree that Canada is very difficult for immigrants to come and build at this point. This wasnt the case 10 years back. But this is true to only densely populated cities. Everyone wants to go to Toronto and Vancouver so it has made the situation tough in those cities. But there are other provinces and cities that are still easy to settle down and build your life. \n\nCanadian locals being not immigrant friendly is not whole truth. Some % of locals yes they are fed up of too much immigration but do search for videos or news article of Indian students in Brampton fighting and you will get the answer on why some of the Canadian locals are being wary about immigrants now a days. \n\nIt is hard to settle down in Canada yes. For someone who is having a decent salary in India can live a good life in India instead of choosing to struggle. But someone are made to chose the hard path to success.

The new students who came in May intake haven't got the jobs yet that too in an area where population is relatively smaller, jobs chances are better etc. They have been applying for whole more than 2 months straight almost every day..and still no luck. Homelessness, drug problem is actually a real problem here. Pollution, greenery, electricity, water etc. k mamle mein I would say it's pretty okay unlike India jahan boht mushkil ho jata he. But I thini yahan or bhi bura haal hone wala he. O would prefer India all day every day. Well.. I'm still waiting for my studies to be completed...jikska ghanta koi fayda hone wala he..but .. so many people like me are in this dilema of going back vs staying here even after wanting so badly to go back to India. few points are absolutely wrong-\nCanada provides one time post graduation work permit(PGWP) only once after completion of study..They never promised to any international students to give PR or Citizenship but Canada gives you time to establish your comprehensive ranking score in order to get the permanent residency but these students who are protesting could not fit in that criteria, Thats why they are looking for the extension in their work permits which makes no sense actually.A fun fact a lot students can't talk in English here bcuz they hardly study or learn some skill. Your language proficiency is one of the main criteria to get jobs and later to get your PR here.\nCanada didnt promise that. So please do not share this wrong information that Canada is deporting people just for no reason. \nA lot of froudulent cases came in limelight, For example some students produced fake documents and chose non recognized college for studies, Hence they are being deported. \nCanada,UK and Germany.. they all have line ups for patients becsuse its free and people go to emergency for small small things. What ever problems you showed in the video is only related to International Students. But at the same time when International students come to Canada to study not to settle. When CBSA always asked them how long is your study and what would you do after your studies are completed. Every student would tell them that they will go back to their country once their student work permit is finished. Then CBSA will allow you to enter Canada. Go tell them when you come to airport that you wanna stay here for ever they will kick you out right away. I don't know why students are protesting when they knew the rules for students are different from other categories. And it is changing every year. The problem is international students not the Canadian Govt. Indians know this is the easy way to get into Canada. Canada is a free country to everyone there is no discrimination . Bro, I'm living in Vancouver from last year. Took 40 Lakhs of Loan for My MBA, chipped in money for fees. Till date I've got no benefit from Canada, except for bills and spending money on taxes and rent. This is damn true! - Work permits are getting queries, PR files are getting rejection. No job part time opportunities.\n\n1. Renting a room, especially for boys is the hardest if you are looking a private room. (my rent is 950$ for a private room, i struggle to pay this every month - without having a job)\n2. All banks want you to get enrolled as a student, then give credit cards, so you can easily buy things and pay them more and get you involved in the loop. \n3. I've applied in almost every job for part time, got rejection due to no available positions (Reasons : too many applicants)\n4. You are not gonna get a job in your field, unless you are into finance or IT with a found background.\n5. I DAILY SEE OUR PEOPLE ALSO GETTING ATTRACTED TO THIS CULTURE, SMOKING WEED ON A DAILY BASIS AND DOING MANY THINGS WHICH I FEEL STUDENTS MUST NOT DO. \n6. For my chest pain, they kept me waiting 4 hours in a line. Asked me that if i can stand and sit for a while then i must not worry. I was completely weak at that time, shivering and going through 101 fever.\n7. 75$ monthly for MSP insurance we pay as temporary residents -> still waiting for 4 hours to meet the doctor.\n8. I have been working in an immigration industry for the last 1.6 years and I can bet that almost every student who goes to Canada for studies is a complete garbage. It's time for Canada to deport these people they are the reason that the country is in a housing crisis, a major strain on our already strained health care, the reason Canadian students struggle to find employment, not to mention how difficult it has made it for some canadian university students to have access to the relevant classes because they fill up with foreign students. This ends up cost the Canadian students more money and time to complete their degree, it's not fair and as a parent of a Canadian university student I am beyond frustrated with the state ofbthis country because of the overwhelming amount of immigrants here, and to say that they are adding value to this country by filling jobs and growing the economy by putting the money they earn back into our economy is naive and false because the jobs they fill now require 8 employees to the same job 4 employees were able to handle before these immigrants came along and as for the money they earn, while that gets sent directly back to the country they originated from. Every student that comes on a student permit needs to be able to support themselves completely without taking jobs from Canadians. Ur here to study not take a job. When these Indians moved here, they are not adapting themselves to Canadian culture, instead, they are forcing Canada to adapt their Indian culture. There are also a lot bad habits Indians have brought here to Canada with them. One day I was buying food in a local store, and these Indians who ran the store wanted to charge me extra (like 15-20% on top of labeled prices and taxes). I said no, they said I have to buy it because they can't put the food back. Then I demanded they honor the prices the items were labeled, and they said no again while trying to lie by stating the extra was part of tax. Then suddenly one of them snatched the money I was holding and trying to put in the register before I could react. Lucky I was faster and grabbed my money back. I left right after, but now when I think about it, I should've probably called the police there because that was literally attempted robbery. These Indians got no honesty in running businesses, and whenever a local business is taken over by them, it would be downhill for that business due to ethics and honesty issues. They also tend to only hire their fellow Indians, which is completely unfair to local Canadians. For example, I've worked with Filipinos before, they are decent people and they give everyone a fair chance during hiring regardless ethnicities. However Indians tend to only care for their own, and that is absolutely destroying Canadian societies. This is Canada, Canadians should be first, then immigrants, and lastly foreign workers/students.

Canada is a corporation and I guess the more immigrants WE have then the GDP looks better. I am a Canadian and my mother was born here and my grandmother came to Canada in 1907 from the USA when she was 7 years old. I was born in the 1940s and brought up in rural surroundings. Back then We had traditional beliefs and I had farming background. Connection of relatives and helping our neighbours were how We lived. I became a schoolteacher. I saw that in 1954 when I went to school that learning was not natural and it was fear based. Then I completed a dip. of ed psy and then I decided that if I ever wanted to help change the system that I would require at least an m. ed. - leadership. I knew the university I went to would not be able to say no to me when I applied to get into this program. However, I was too much of an negative influence on the younger students and had to finish the last couple of classes at home and which I did. Today, the families have been divided, people do not connect or communicate properly and I have to question what living skills did I learn? Instead, my head was filled with propaganda which sadly, I've had to relearn. I say, stay in your own country and fix it there. Indian has some wonder ancient wisdoms for healing and health. The OWNERS of our nations like the banking families realize that when new immigrates come in that they assimilate more, and the older generations begin to question what THEY were taught and why. I remember when say a barn burned down or one had to be built that neighbours would help build the barn for the farmer. Then we would all celebrate and the women would get together and cook the food and we would have a barn dance. Life was simple then, but connection was authentic and we didnt lose ourselves. We must know ourselves and our history or we are lost and so many people live in chaos and ignorance. Learn to become our Divine selves. Learn to understand that WE are living in a fictional world when We are educated to be who we are not.

Who in the right mind would come to Canada to study paying so much money in student tuition and not hope to become a citizen? It’s not their fault that they’ve been scammed out of money and now kicked out of the country because of poor administrative decisions. \n\nDual intent (of studying and wanting to stay) is completely legal and worked for decades. As someone born and raised in the Toronto area, it's impossible for me to afford to own a house or apartment here on a teacher's salary. Even rent pushes me to the limit unless I want to live in a... less than nice area. I'm living hand to mouth and enjoying the benefits of living in a 'developed' country less. Here's why:\n\n1. Wages aren't really even close to keeping up with the cost of living. The first tick upwards a bit. The second just keeps rising on the back of housing, food, amenities, and inflation: the four horsemen.\n\n2. Our grocery cabal ruthlessly raise prices whenever we look away, and their lobbyists are all ensconced within the leadership of our three major parties, particularly the Conservatives (so if anyone thinks that electing them will help, they're in for a nasty surprise).\n\n3. We're experiencing 'labour shrinkflation': increasing duties are downloaded onto workers and more is expected: more productivity, more availability (almost 24/7 in some jobs), and higher qualifications. Meanwhile, real wages are decreasing relative to living cost, more positions are 'contract', which is basically a way for employers to not have to give you benefits, and job security is tenuous for a lot of people.\n\n4. Houses are being bought by investors and not owners. Foreign entities are money laundering. The wealthy upper crust of high population countries are moving here and buying property because Canada is (still) more safe and stable and less repressive than their home countries in most cases. \n\n5. There's a cycle beginning: as people are squeezed and forced to spend more on 'needs', they spend less on eating out, entertainment, and other 'wants'. They come in bus loads to our town in the summer to use our beach, which is no problem except they pollute they beaches, when and I say when they use the washrooms it's left a complete disgusting mess.
