As a proud US citizen who loves her country, I am disgusted over so many actions of Trump/Vance/Musk that display a lack of care for the American people and a disdain and arrogance for other nations such as ?? Canada. Trudeau you speak with character, clarity, class and thoughtfulness - ?. If only our own leadership had an ounce of any of those characteristics of true leadership such as Canada has displayed…

Gotta disagree w/ Mr. Trudeau on one point, when he says Trump is 'very smart'--NO. Otherwise, Trudeau's speech was spot-on, and I love and respect Canada even more now. Most of us Americans cannot be proud of our country; we are held captive by a wannabe dictator and his stooges who are self-serving, vindictive, and UNpatriotic! To gather some semblance of sanity, I am taking the family on a Canadian Rockies tour in late spring--am tempted to not return home again.

I’m very very proud to be Canadian! I’m extremely proud that I’ve sold off ALL of my USA held stocks prior to the market fall! I will never ever moving forward invest in USA! Ever! Even when Trump is dead and buried! I’m done with the country that voted for the man the second time. Shame!

As a Canadian, I am proud of our leadership on the tariffs. We are polite people, but we refuse to be bullied. How can Trump treat our country this way when he cozied up to dictators? When I was growing up in Canada, hearing of someone being a “Proud American” was something I admired. Today it’s a punch line to a joke about the American education system. They have nothing left to be proud of, and I’m so thankful to be from this country instead. Trump administration or not, the American people can not be trusted to vote in their own self interest, let alone the interests of the allies that stood with them for the last century and who have lost lives sending men and women over seas to answer the American call for friendship, justice, and loyalty. America wants to stand alone so let them. The global order is shifting, and Canada needs to plan accordingly. Don’t listen to what people say, watch what they do, and Americans have done enough.

As much as it genuinely upsets me that things had to come to this, it came as no shock. tRump has always been jealous of Canada - our oil, natural gas, timber, minerals, etc.. tRump is ridiculously jealous of our younger, fAAAr better looking country AND Prime Minister. \nSeriously though, Canadians ARE a proud bunch. We just don't feel the need to flaunt it. But this..... Happend to see many videos from diff countries depicting rubbish behaviours from Indians. I support visa rejections. Here in north America many north Indians are behaving like uneducated ones i would say. Zero civic sense , no standard no value for relations , zero empathy n tooooo greedy . I had respect for them until i met them in person. Wonder how these many people reached here !!! Lack of education is highly evident in them!! Ladies behave like men. Its interesting to observe n analyse these people. Proud to say that am a South Indian❤ proud to say that i cant understand or talk Hindi.But to be frank , met some humble, educated,super-sweet north Indians as well ❤
