And the USA was not doing anything to prevent it as they were mostly happy illegals were leaving the USA. Now, in the last 2 to 3 years, few thousands of Indian citizens, on visitor visas to Canada, are trying to enter the US illegally. Canada is taking active measures to prevent that but the onus is on the US to protect its borders.

How. How? Last time i went to the Canadian border, they check passports coming in. Is no one on our side checking them coming the other way? Doesn't canada check passports etc when you FLY IN to canada? Thought i heard they wouldn't let you enter canada without the covid vax... ? but if you're on the watch list you can still enter?

There use to be a border patrol show for the Canadian border. I always hated that show because how difficult it was to even enter the country to visit. Very very strick and the agents did their jobs well. What happened to those standards. The illegals wouldn’t be crossing the border if Canada kept those strick standards. I learned why the agents were so strick.

If they are coming across the border in a vehicle Canada will not be able to stop them, they will stop at the US customs for screening bypassing Canadian border security. Canada has to do better stopping them from entering Canada to begin with. Stop the flow into Canada and it will stop leaking into the US.

If we stopped these people at the border and made them stay in the country they entered, Canada, and Mexico. How long do you think they would tolerate this before they stopped it. Your wrong! The US, and CANADA have had a lucrative business of transferring migrants in a rotative system, usually between Buffalo,Syracuse,Toronto,Niagara,for many Decades! Also, people forget that when entering the US, It's US customs agents that you deal with,and when entering Canada,you deal with Canadian customs!
