When you talk to Americans, when America is about to put tariffs on a country, they think tariffs are a good thing, yea SuRe if is, ??? we'll see how good it is when your paying extra in your pocket. Then when they start tariffing other countries and continents, the counter tariffs will come in thick and very fast to Americans.

Tariffs have never worked, history has shown that all they do is raise the cost to the consumer and the profits to the corporations. We put tariffs on washing machines once and then the manufacturers her in the USA also raise the prices on dryers also even though there was no tariff on them. I live near the Canadian border,and stand with Canada on the reciprocal tariff increases. This was not necessary,but Trump is always looking for a fight.
